The best Attorney, I ve literally ever had. William hale, Stayed by my side the entire multiple year process. My friend used this law firm recently and not only are they super professional & very attentive but also from the beginning she felt like a priority compared to other law firms not just in Austin but in the surrounding cities. I just wanna start by saying how great and amazing Logan is. I was so nervous and scared about what was going to happen with my case. I was over the top stressed financially. When I went in for my consultation, we sat and talked for a while about expectations and where I see myself in life. Nobody likes or looks forward to having to call a criminal defense attorney. If you have been in that position before then you know. However, I will give this firm a five star rating due to the punctuality of the response and the personal treatment received. Went to jail last march while on deferred probation! Sat in jail 6 days because my court appointed was no good wouldn t help me out I was scared of getting revoked, until I met Logan. The very first second he touched my case he got me out of jail within 6-8 hours! He even made sure I had no revocation on my probation. I had two 2nd degree felonies he got them both dropped and got the judge to sign off on my probation! and now here I am free with no felonies on my record. I highly recommend Logan! I ve never trusted anyone with my life or freedom as much as I did with him! Highly recommend. Reasonable prices as well. He worked with me very professional! Communication skills 10/10! I was incarcerated for a crime that I did not commit. My family contacted several bail bond companies that wanted anywhere from $2,000-$3,500 to get out of jail. GHC Law Firm, not only answer my initial collect call from jail, but they proceeded to answer every call I made after that. Ben represented me back in 2018 when I turned myself in after violating my probation and fleeing to another state. I followed all of Mr. Gergens advice and recommendations and served 12 days in county jail before being reinstated on probation. Did I mention he was also able to get the judge to remove a charge I had signed for in 2017? I did not even know that could be done! My probation was to be served until 2025. I came to Mr. Gergen again just recently, asking for his help to take my case back to the judge and ask her to terminate my probation early. I had completed all requirements, but was having hardships. Mr Gergen and Mr. Campbell were able to get my probation terminated, against the Prosecutor and Probations strong recommendations that I not be let off. Both Mr. Gergen and Mr. Campbell are absolutely the best. They will work with you on pricing, they will work with you on whatever...and you definitely want them in your corner!

Benjamin has been our criminal justice lawyer since 2020. My partners chances were really low, to fight his case but Benjamin s literally fought to the end for us. Money hungry and he does not get what you want. He picks and chooses who he wants to help. He negotiates probation for the government to get more money. Simple case he cannot achieve the clients goal. No wonder he has only 3 reviews on Google. I was not happy with his services at all. He held up for a year and still didnt get a good turn out.
