Ms. Emma Apodaca was exceptional in her service!!! I will recommended her to anyone, friends, family, colleagues, ect. Im very happy with her service, she is detailed oriented, meticulous, responsive with any questions. In addition, she uses an app portal to communicate that it is super easy to use, you can make payments, download all the paper work, is one stop shop. Im very pleased, she is very direct, honest,easy to work with, professional, she is patient and listens. She was referred by a friend who worked her case for immigration prior years. We really have a bad experience with an immigration officer with my mom who is elder when she came to visit with her tourist visa, that we decide to proceed to request her. Ms. Emma I cannot thank you enough, the piece of mind worth every penny. All your details, explaining, it is better to get it right the first time than make mistake(s) and your case can be at risk. When we got lost with all the paper work because it can be overwhelming, she pushed through with us very professionally while we wait the whole process for more than a year with COVID. I can say that it has helped us so many times! More than 4 times I think. 2 times through immigration (my husband), once in family court and another time changing my daughters last name (today)! The lawyer is direct, and does not waste her clients time! She is honest and reasonable! She does all the work and more when necessary! Emma has been our attorney since 2009!
