I was very pleased with the settlement my attorney was able to obtain for me and the quick turnaround time in which it was completed. The attorney and paralegal where friendly and answer all of my questions and provided me updates throughout the process. Before contacting the law office, I had tried on my own to reach a settlement with my insurance company and they continuously denied my claim even though there was proof of hail and wind damage. I m truly fortunate that Crowell & Kucera fought the insurance company on my behalf.

A VERY SATISFIED CLIENT!! I filed an insurance claim with Allstate for damages to my home as the result of a storm. Allstate did some serious lowballing me with payment for my needed repairs. Ben Crowell represented me in a claim against my insurance company. The insurance company did not pay out on a claim they approved. After hiring this firm, Ben disappeared, not responding to calls, text, or emails. His demand letter had nothing to do with what the issue was. I spent weeks getting discovery ready for him and then in mediation he didn t know any of the info I had sent him. He literally was asking me during mediation for documents that I had already provided and organized in a folder. I did not receive enough to even cover the costs of my repair. I would recommend getting an attorney who will actually represent you and not their own interest.

I have been known in the past to make jokes about lawyers, however if they were all like Ben Crowell, I would never have heard any to repeat. Ben came to our rescue with calm, caring and compassion. He fought for our sakes against the unfair treatment from our insurance company. His demand letter was spot on and his advice was unwavering in how to deal with them. He listened to our needs and paid attention. He was more than fair in all our dealings and helped us with questions even after the settlement. In my opinion, if you are being unfairly treated by an insurance company Ben Crowell and his staff are who you should turn to. I did and am more than happy with the results.

If not for their help I would of received nothing for my roof repairs from a past storm. I had lost an appeal to TWIA and had even tried several other lawyers who declined to help. They worked hard on my behalf and negotiated a settlement that covered almost half of the replacement cost of my settlement. If you are on the fence, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain if you are successful, which they were. Highly recommend.
