William is very powerful immigration lawyer. We applied from Australia and received our EB3 immigrant visa in the Sydney US Embassy. And we received our Green Card within a month after arriving in the US. Process was complicated and was not easy. Satisfied! I hired Williams firm for adjusting my case from J1 student to permanent resident and I must say I made a right choice. My case had few complications for example- J1 waiver. So before hiring William, I visited his office for paid consultancy, asked tons of questions regarding J1 waiver. William answered all of my questions even after the consultancy time through emails. Just to let you guys know that before hiring William I have been to 3/4 law firms in Austin area but none of them were as good as William in terms of knowledge. If you want a great attorney Mr. William. Jang easily falls into that category. I have been to many immigration attorneys, Mr. Jang was easily the best. He is thorough in detail, and takes great pains to ensure you are on the right track. If you have cases against you Mr. Jang trains you how to answer without getting trapped. His charges are very reasonable and he will never try to make money out of you unnecessarily. The lawyer took one look at our case and judged us from the beginning. Asked if tattoos were gang related and said there was no way we could stay in the U.S. we were devastated and almost lost hope. Went to another lawyer for second opinion and 6mos later... pardoned and have working papers without leaving the country. This lawyer doesnt know the law or how to truly help people. Do no recommend.

From the start i got told the case was going to be a difficult one and indeed it was. Started in 2012 with DACA and was able to continue renewing DACA, my last renewal was 2019 Jan even though i was fighting to get my Green card not my DACA i still needed something to hack me up incase i got denied. I am from Edinburg Tx i only saw mr jang once in the entire process and this was a couple weeks before my forst interview with immigration i will admit after that meetig i broke down i was terrified i could be arrested and deported maybe if my DACA didn t get to me on time and my green card was denied. I didn t want to continue the process but after so many years i just had to get it done, so i did. I went to my interview unfortunately I had to go back second time but it got cancelled my my immigration officer but the third time i did go and after the interview i got told to wait for an answer. Days later Mr Jang called me to tell me the amazing news that i had been accepted, the relief and happiness that i felt can not be put into one sentence. I do believe i put my case with the best immigration attorney i know because i had gone to others and was told i would never be able to become legal in USA if i tried anything i would be deported even though i already had my DACA. If you have been told No then I recommend you contact Mr Jang you wont loose anything and Mr Jang is very straightforward which is great no matter is bad or good news that way you know whats coming. My employer and I worked with Mr. Jang in obtaining an employment-based visa. During our first meeting over the phone, he was open and honest about strength and weakness of my case. This is a world class immigration law firm with one of the most competitive pricing available. I thought I had a unique case, to make use of a certain provision in the law to apply for a green card. William sat down with me, said there wasnt anything super unique about my case and that we need to make sure we draw USCIS attention to that provision in the law. I spoke to 2 other highly rated immigration lawyer before this, who made a brouhaha about this William, even though he leads the practice is a very hands on man. Him and his staff are very detail oriented . They will peruse every detail, every paper with you till you are satisfied before submission. William also had me bring in an additional documents which helped me with case. My GC came in as clockwork in 4 months. I have William and his firm to thank for it.
