Edit: They ended up not charging me for the delivery after I complained. They gained an extra star. Edit: Original review from 6 yrs ago Mike is awesome and i would use him again, but the billing department nickels and dimes you except instead of nickels and dimes its $$ bills. I had asked my stuff to be scanned from the very beginning before even getting an estimate on the fees. When i got a quote for the work i accepted. At the end of the work, i left their office towards the end of the work day and since the assistant wasnt around to scan the docs then I was told to leave the originals there and originals were going to be mailed to me. Well, a few days later I asked for the scanned copies and was quoted $100 extra. Ok, they made scanned copies for themselves and I have to pay $100 for the assistant to push the send email button? No thanks. Then eventually i got the originals in the mail and scanned them myself in less than 5 mins. Now I got the bill for $13 for the mailed package... wth?? I was there at the office, you could have handed it over to me on the spot. Fine, Ill give you your miserable $13, which is nothing in comparison of what I paid. But you lost a client forever.

Rachel Bosworth made the process of Estate Planning very easy. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient as we worked through the process. Her advice enabled me to correct an issue at the bank that was problematic. I am extremely pleased with the final Estate Planning product which was provided in a nice binder making it easy to use all of our legal documents. My husband and I both give Rachel a 5 star recommendation!

We started using Erin Thrash and this firm back around 2010 for estate planning. They not only guide us with their expertise but they are sensitive to each familys and LLCs ultimate goals. They assess, they clarify; they ask the right and the hard questions. They know new law and proposed changes. We feel fully confident with anyone else in this well run office when and if Erin Thrash ever decides to reduce her career responsibilities because this office makes careful selections to prepare for the future, theirs and ours. I love having secure digital access to our documents as well. We check in with Erin and the office every couple years as our situations change and in ~13 years or more, we have never felt that we have received anything other than stellar high quality guidance and service.

I lost my mom in 2022 and her estate documentation was with Thrash, Carroll, & Vanway. I worked with Rachel Bosworth for this process and her ability to simplify complicated matters for me during the hardest year of my life is so appreciated. My spouse and I also chose TCV-- and specifically Rachel-- for our estate planning later in the year. It was an easy choice for us. I trust her. I trust the firm. After being married for almost 45 years, my husband and I decided it was time to stop procrastinating and have our estate planning done by Erin. When my mother died at age 90 with no will in place, my brother and sister and I were clueless on what to do and how to do it. All those issues? Probate? The Thrash Law Firm was a godsend in guiding us through the process, and they did it with a combination of grace and professionalism for which I will be forever grateful. Five stars for sure.
