I cannot say enough good things about Hilton Moore. He does not hold your hand by lying to you. He lays out the brass tacks as it is. He is professional and timely in his responses. If I ever get into the issue I was in I will for sure hire him. He also was great in helping a friend of mine by giving her a great consultation. She too was happy with his honesty in her consult with him. I won t go too deep about my reason for hiring Mr. Moore but he got the job done by telling me what I needed to know and to do to ensure we had the best chance at winning. No bullshitting me or blowing smoke up my ass. If I need a lawyer in my corner: Hilton Moore is the first call I will be making. I swear by him and will be referring any of my friends who have family court issues to him directly.

I needed a new attorney to help me edit our temporary agreements into the final decree/custody agreement. We were planning to have to go to trial assuming my requests were going to be contested by my ex - but Mr. Moore made many edits at my request, answered alot of questions on the spot and ultimately was successful to draft a decree that both parties agreed on. We avoided a trial and divorce was finalized shortly thereafter. Mr. Moore s quick response time and his knowledge of the process was priceless! You need someone like him on your team.

Divorce Handled Well. Trustworthy, experienced, professional. Great Lawyer!!! I hired Hilton last year to help navigate my way through a divorce which was my first and hopefully last one Ill go through. You can imagine the kind of strength, guidance, and support needed to get through a divorce. My case was complicated with very stubborn other party. We were able to finalize everything on court day with fair deal with the help of his excellent mediation skills since other party also had very strong attorney. His professionalism was beyond reproach and not only got me across the finish line but helped me from myself making dumb choices. During an emotional time like this, a lady definitely needs someone with a level head on her side and he was this 100%. Hilton is a very knowledgeable attorney and was very helpful on my case. Hilton Moore is not like any other Attorney I have encountered. He is professional, honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. Hilton cares about the services he provides for his clients and ensures they are informed every step of the way. Hilton prices are affordable and he does not try to overcharge you or mislead you. Hilton is very organized and provides his clients with itemized billing statements at the end of each month so there are no surprises. I reached out to Hilton to revise a court document that was a true mess and I was working against a deadline. Hilton assessed the situation and moved on it quickly. Hilton did a phenomenal job revising the documents in a timely manner prior to us going go court. Hilton consulted with me prior to going to court and he showed up to court professionally dressed and stated the facts, you could tell he did his research. Every single change Hilton made on the court document was accepted by the judge because he intelligent and knows the laws. To the owner wishing that opposing clients weren t allowed to leave reviews. Deal with it. Google is an open platform as far as their reviews are concerned. If you don t want Google reviews, close your listing on Google. Frankly I d be more concerned with your extremely outdated website and possible exposure of your client data.

Unethical lawyer! It was so easy to go against him. He represented both of my exs against me. One ended up telling him in an email that he s lying. She had to show him the transcript to show him that she didn t say what he had sent me and tried to use her words on the other case. Mr. Hilton made a huge mistake with her that made her obligated to pay half of my taxes. The second ex ended up telling the judge that he doesn t follow up with her or give her any updates. He didn t share any emails with her. Just be aware because he would lie and make his clients lie to win the case. I have all of his lies in writing. He refused to set up a final trial as the judge requested until I hired a lawyer. Even then, he kept extending the court day until he withdrew himself from the case. All of the delay affected a 3 yrs old child. Update: he s saying that his client satisfied! Yet, one client told the judge that he doesn t respond to her messages and one sent him an email and ccd me and my lawyer telling him that he s not telling the truth

My entire transaction with Mr. Moore was handled online. We interacted by email after an initial phone consultation, and were able to conclude the matter with relative simplicity. He always answered questions promptly, and did what he could to expedite glacially-slow governmental processes.

I was a client of Mr Moore, when he did some legal work for me and my wife at the time. Though in his response below he claims I was not a client/customer, he has admitted I had been a client in his responses on other websites. For example here is this excerpt from one of his comments on another website where he admits I had been a client: Having previously done estate work for this gentleman (Regan) and his wife.... Later he was opposing counsel in a separate legal matter.

Hilton just gets the job done. He wont promise what cant be delivered. Hes efficient in his work. Unlike some other lawyers in town hes not looking to bill extra hours on cases. For me he was able to get done what three other family law attorneys in town failed to do and for far less money than the others charged me. Whether you just need some advise about a family law matter or are looking to go to war over a custody issue, Hilton is your guy.

Awful-maybe it was just a bad day but I felt as if I was being railroaded at this mediation. Nothing was really resolved-in fact it was only made worse by his arrogant stance that he is always right. He s not ! Tread carefully with this person . I wasn t impressed .
