Amending last review and reposting for the final time. Youre professional opinion of my situation was never in question. In fact I accepted, and still accept your recommendation. I fully understand that you are bound to work within the rules of the law and cant save the world as you said. That was never my expectation of you. What is in question is your conduct. It was condescending, dismissive, rude and arrogant from the very beginning, even before I began explaining my situation to you. While you may have been professional in your assessment you did not seem particularly polite. You did not recommend someone to me, otherwise I would have noted it. I hope you have it within you to be more approachable in the future.

This is the most rude attorney I have ever met. I called to ask a question, to understand if Texas law applied to my situation, and he said I dont answer questions, I take cases, and you dont have one and then hung-up. Very mean spirited.

Jack went above and beyond for me and saved me from making the worst business decision and losing a ton of money. He reviewed a 60 page lease agreement and found a clause that had been ignored for many years. Had I signed that lease and bought the existing business I would have likely been kicked out of the space later down the road. Jack made sure I didn t sign by calling and reminding me what could happen. He called me everyday leading up to the meeting of handing over the check and signing. Thankfully I listened and within a few weeks I found my dream location. I have jack to thank for saving my business!
