went to this location tonight, ordered large mashed potatoes and 2 gravies i get home, to have a large mac and cheese and 2 gravy. this is so frustrating. the staff obviously doesnt give any care and i will never be returning to KFC because the quality of food is already bad but to be messing up the limit customers orders that you have is inexcusable.

The service was dry. When i asked for the $20 6pc deal, the attendent act as though she couldnt hear me. I literally had to yell. I asked for crispy but was turned down stating they didnt have anymore crispy. She came off a bit rude. The food seemed like it had been sitting there for a while under a heat lamp. Not fresh at all. The biscuits were over cooked and hard. Definitely will be my last time here. I can make better chicken with my deep fryer.

Half cooked bites. Pull you up for no reason just to meet you at the door with your food but the dash order would take 8 min. Water puddle on the floor by the drink dispenser. This place is a black hole! Theres a menu but no food ready or youre told you have to wait 15 min for your food EVERY single visit no matter what it is. Their attitude is shady when you tell them you will be waiting the extra time for your food. Corporate does NOTHING to correct the problem. I think it wont be worth my wait anymore. This store will be losing service without our help.

Placed an order on doordash app. Went to the drive-thru 20 minutes later to pick up my order, and they tell me my it isnt ready. Then they asked me to drive around to the other side of the store and park, saying theyll bring it out to me. And keep in mind, there werent any cars behind me in line, so this really makes no sense whatsoever. Including myself, there were a total of 4 doordash cars parked and waiting to receive their food. 10 minutes pass, and still bupkis. I decide to go back to the drive-thru, and a different guy at the window gives me the same spiel! I asked the guy whats not ready, and he says we still have to make the fries. I asked the guy how does it take 20 minutes to make an order of fries?! He looks at his co-worker, then looks back at me, and says oh, were out of fries. I was like just sub it with mashed potatoes or something!! Hes like oh, okay... and finally I got my food. Im assuming theyre intentionally messing with doordash pickups for some reason? But aside from that, this location has always been subpar. Not sure how its possible, but their chicken is never as good as other KFC branches. They are the absolute worst.

Terrible, unapologetic service. I havent been to a KFC in years but had a craving and was in the area. I should have listened to the highlighted review on the map that said the drive through service was bad, but I took my chances. I ordered a very typical order (tenders) and was told to pull around to the parking lot. I was a little confused as there was no line and it was early afternoon. I pulled around and there were three other cars in the parking lot. It soon became obvious that all three were doing the same thing I was (waiting on a drive through order). The guy next to me finally had his order brought out, but something must have been wrong because he went inside with his order. After about 15 minutes (really) I went inside to ask for my money back. No other customers were in the store except for the other guy waiting for whatever was missing with his order. Fully staffed, two other people on the line, one in the drive through (nobody being helped) and one manager who avoided me. The manager finally gave my money back (voided the order) and with a look of disgust gave me back my card. No apologies. Nothing. My craving for KFC has forever been quenched.

I went to this KFC about 30 minutes before closing we were just coming into town from Waco and my kids are starving I was going to get the 25 piece chicken dinner and as soon as I was done the guy told me that they had no more chicken for the night and I had asked them how did they not have chicken arent they a chicken place and he said well our machines are down I think how are your machines down I know that chicken only takes 16 minutes to cook and you close in 30 minutes you mean to tell me you cant make me fresh chicken even if you didnt have any chicken on the rack they were just trying to leave exactly at closing instead of clothes and clean they were very rude about the situation they did not have any our businesses closed for the day machines down nothing they were just being straight lazy instead of making money which I would have spent over $50 that night for my family theyd rather close early so they can go home I guess this is how we run businesses now
