Clean restrooms and attentive staff working quickly. The vibe was excellent, with soul oldies playing in the jukebox. I had a hamburger and hashbrowns, served warm with all the fixings on the side, and the patty melt was good, too. We shared a pecan waffle for dessert, and it was well worth the $4 loaded with plenty of pecans! Our total bill for both of us, including the waffle and drinks, was just $21. Great value for a satisfying meal!

Very clean, everyone was super friendly, Cinthia helped us, I hope Im not wrong with her name 10/10, a few days later we returned, a lady took care of us, I dont remember her name, (but I only remember that she has blue eyes, she is white, thin ) super friendly too, I just didnt like that Frenchs acrylic nails looked super dirty, I dont mind that she has acrylics but I do mind her dirt.

Eric was serving me today and he was fantastic, made sure I had everything I needed and was working multiple tables. The communication in this place is remarkable, you can hear what a great team this shift makes. (7/27/24 @ 9AM) Tons of food for the price and I always leave full with leftovers, $11.50 for 4 food items works for me! If everyone could communicate like a Waffle House it d be night and day difference ;) Vegetarian options: All star special and get an extra egg instead of meat option!

Yesterday night was an awful experience. Drove from SA to ATX for a Chris Brown concert. My friend & I were ready to eat and we planned for WH . We get there and it s kinda crowded but was told 15-20 min wait. It s 1 cook. We got seated quicker than expected. I never received my meal. I had the waiter take it off my ticket cause my friend finished her food way before. SMH time passed by and the rest of my meal never showed. Just runny cheese eggs and bacon that got cold as I waited on my entire meal to arrive. refunded and left. Super disappointed

NEVER!! This place never disappoints. Be a little patient there is usually a wait but the line moves. Food is always great, in a rare situation, they will replace what you don t like. Parking is usually full but as mentioned they get you in and out pretty quick so parking spots open quickly. Food is usually prepared fast. We don t even get a menu we are ready to order. Pecan waffle is a must. Oh and the best part less expensive than most places. We have only been for breakfast can t speak for dinner or late night. Highly recommend. We don t have waffle house where we live now so whenever we find one we have to stop. We love the chaos that a waffle house brings. The staff here you can tell work so hard from the busser, to the dishwasher, to the cooks and servers. Eric was our waiter and he was awesome! Even in the busyness of the morning he made sure we had everything we needed.

So its after 12 midnight, you can no longer go and sit down between 12am and 6 am. Staff is rather rude, asked for menu and just says over there (oh its in the window). Breakfast bowl was $15 w a drink. Tasted terrible, had to throw it away. Had to stand outside while smelling a nasty oder and vehicle fumes. Under staffed, waited 45 minutes to get my order. 2 people could not keep up with the 4-5 orders they had. Wafflehouse, dont take our seating away. Is it that bad that you think folks want to stand outside and pay more money for less of a bad tasting meal. Mr. Franchise Owner, if this was mine it would be the No #1 WH in the country. I have only ever found one other WH that was so bad I had to leave a bad review.

What a great place to eat - classic-style American diner in the best tradition of that wonderful art-form. Warm welcome, friendly and efficient service, excellent food, great coffee - this time I enjoyed my hash-browns (smothered, diced and capped) so much I ordered the same again! It was a treat to fit in a visit just before getting to the airport for my journey back to England. I squeezed in a slice of the best of the US before flying home. Restrooms spotless too, of course. And souvenir mugs! I still have the one I bought from my 2017 eclipse visit. When I make it back to the USA, Ill be checking out where the nearest Waffle House is to my destination. Or maybe Ill just find the motel nearest to the Waffle House!

Always love Waffle House. The waffles here are the best we gotten anywhere. They re amazing, perfect flavor and thickness. The hashbrowns are perfect, not over cooked or raw and they taste like real potatoes. The biscuit and gravy is amazing too, the biscuit is fresh and the gravy with sausage tastes really good. Everything was hot and fresh and tastes amazing and the waitress was nice and got our order and brought everything out fast. We don t live anywhere nearby (hours away) but we try to come by every once in a while because it s the best restaurant of its kind. My family loves waffles and they say these are the best and I don t really like waffles but yes they are amazing, I get one too when I come. I d recommend to everyone to try it and I wish there was one closer to where I live. (I barely remembered to take a picture after we started eating).

Sweet Rita is the absolute best! She is just a golden human for 100000 reasons. She is just as her name says, Sweet! After a long airplane ride with 4 littles they were all riled up and needed food. She was gracious with them and made them laugh so hard! Waffle House has a gem of a human working here and she made our lives better. Not to mention the food was delish. This is one of the only restaurants near my workplace open after midnight. So I come here quite often. I never expect anything amazing, I usually only order one or two waffles. But recently, during SXSW, the restaurant was slammed at 2AM. Anticipating this, I placed an online order well in advance. When I arrived, I was acknowledged, but the staff never made an effort to make my order. I only had so much time for my break at work, and I had to end up leaving before I got my food. I was very disappointed. Since I never got my food, I requested a refund over the phone, however I never received it.

Rude service! It was busy, so I was encouraged to place my familys order to go. The first cashier stepped away as I arrived. A few minutes later, another arrived and saw how long the queue had gotten behind me. She asked me to step aside to let a couple cash out their check - no problem, happy to let them get on their way. After she cashed one out, she left saying shell be back in a bit. A few more minutes and a different server says she sees us (probably 5 groups now lined up behind me), just a moment. I finally walked away after 10 minutes of no service because they require 20% on all to go orders! 10% to go fee and 10% mandatory tip. No way. There wasnt a happy customer in the place with all the inattentiveness.

Normally, you understand theres a certain low quality when it comes to waffle house. But this was new. Someone was doing maintenance on the ceiling right above the grill. Our water had dust in it from the ongoing maintenance, and we could see dust and debris falling onto the food. We promptly left.

Arrived 4:30pm on a Sunday. Place was full but we were seated at a table within two minutes. Everything was ideal. Food was prompt and good. Service very friendly and responsive. An excellent dine-in experience. Strongly recommend if you want a good fast breakfast meal. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible by wheelchair.

I d give it zero if I could. If you care about actually eating don t come here. The staff said rudely why re y all sitting at a dirty table then didn t take our order for 15 minutes out of spite. We ended up leaving and as we drove away they locked the door on people who were trying to enter. Lmao don t come here. It is a Waffle House so the horrible service should be expected
