Pretty cool bar. Has multiple floors. Specialized in EDM music. They have a stage downstairs, a second floor, and a 3rd floor with a giant TV, a bunch of chairs, sofas, a bar.. This bar is such a vibe. I love it

Very very cool bar. Good music. Met a couple of groups who had come for their last days before getting hitched.. Met michaele who stands and delivers at the roof top.. a complete rockstar..she punches hard.. see her make some mean cocktail..most of the time she is making four drinks simultaneously like the goddess with 4 hands. Very nice finale to austin. The final goodbye to one of the most amazing places in texas.

We came last night and it was 1:40pm. We walked up the rooftop bar and got 4 drinks. The min we got 3 drink a white caucasian 5 ft male told us we have to finish our drink downstairs because they are closing. So we went down stairs and at 1:48pm they told us we need to hurry up and finish our drink and leave. Please realize we just got our drink and they basically telling us to chug it and go. I never saw how bad an establishment treat their customer. Why serve us and let us in to sell a drink and kick us out right after? The bouncer could have told us they were closing and the bartender didn t have to serve us and we wouldn t waste our money like that. One of my friend couldn t even finish her drink and just left because of how rude they were.

Extremely talented muralists! @blvdart and @eveydayresearch were having a mural battle. @atx3dmap mapped the walls and the murals! It was an awesome time!

My boyfriend and sister decided to go check out this location because it appeared to be an interesting place from the outside. The bartender asked my boy friend if he could afford a $20 Long Island, which was extremely offensive. Also, there is a screen for paying for beverages at the time of checkout. The bartender shouted at two males to get away from the screen as if they were dogs because they were staring at the screen without realizing that it was the screen to pay our bill. The server is a tall, Caucasian, black-haired man. If you can avoid him, you should, as he is extremely impolite and contemptuous. We left that unprofessional establishment as soon as we had completed our drinks. We will never return to this establishment because the bartender lacks any communication skills whatsoever.

Definitely a crowd favorite. The music is good - they played some popular music in Spanish, as well as throwbacks, which I love. It can take a bit to get drinks since a lot of people are there, but the drinks were good. There is a second floor thats smaller and then a rooftop that is also a popular spot. Its a very good atmosphere and an interesting mix of young adults in there. I would go again!

WORST SERVICE EVER! I came in with my husband and my mother in law and some more of our family. We were celebrating my husbands 22nd birthday and my sister in laws 23rd birthday, It was pretty loud and we did not know what we wanted so we were a little hesistant on what to order because they first said they did not serve screwdrivers, so we were trying to figure out what to drink. The bartender plain out said I do not feel comfortable serving you. She also said my 40 year old mother in law was falling asleep, she just had a long day at work and could not hear what they were saying since it was so loud. Mind you its 11:55 am Right now, I can perfectly write this review and I am upset. She said my husband was too drunk, Yes weve had a few drinks but we are not incompitent or so drunk we cant function , So stupid.. You should get better bartenders .... Experience on 8/13/2022 around 11:45 Pm (Bartender had ponytails on) Should of honestly asked her for her name, if it was vise versa she would of been pretty upset. I understand they have the right to refuse service when someone is obviously very intoxicated. But you shouldnt refuse service to someone just because its an inconvenience or frustrating for you to take our order because were indecisive and have never gone to this bar before .

The Clive bar was fun and has a good layout. It was the only club that was active on a Wednesday. It is 3 floors with a dance floor at the bottom, a small second floor for smoking and hanging out and the top roof level. Bars are on floors one and three. Smoking allowed on the upper floors. The live dj was really good and the vibes were good as well even though it was raining. Recommend

We were visiting Austin for a work conference, and wanted to grab a drink somewhere that wasnt going to be really loud and where the staff were friendly. We came to Clive and were not disappointed! The staff was attentive and friendly, the drinks were made well and made strong, and the second night when we returned, they had a live band that was actually pretty good! 10/10 would recommend -- if you find yourself near Rainey St, definitely give the guys at Clive Bar a visit!

I love Clive Bar because its chill when I need chill but can also be super energetic with great DJs, too. They seem to feel out the weekend in advance and are well prepared for the turnout.
