Not sure how this place is rated so high on google reviews took 30 min to get 2 appetizers, my waitress brought me a lemon with her hands, and took an 1 hour and 15 min for us to give up on our entrees and just told them to cancel the food. Never been to a place this slow. We also had to ask for refills constantly, most of which we never got. Too many good places to try in Austin, so I don t suggest going here

Rachelle and Malik were Great! My partner brought me here and we celebrated her birthday the right way. Rachelle was soooooo sweet and sooo knowledgeable of the menu giving us options that were amazing!! The drinks were really really good and in general she created an unforgettable experience. I thought the food was marginal! But i think what improved my stay was the attitude of the Staff! The bartender was named Leeanne, and she was a complete doll. She was from the rio grande valley, and she was so sweet and accommodating. Honestly she is the type of girl that works here for a year or two and then runs a new property when the time comes! Got in after a couple of flights. I was met by very courteous staff and led to clean comfortable seating. Geneva was my exceptional waitress. She was knowledgeable, kind, and cordial. This is a great place. Really enjoyed my Double Cheeseburger and Pepsi meal. Service and order was fast. Meal was delicious. Wait staff and manager were incredibly kind. Rachelle was my waitress. I didn t catch the name of the manager, but he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable after traveling from the East Coast to enjoy my first meal back in Austin. I m incredibly grateful for the hospitality and making me feel welcomed. I grew up in North Carolina, and I had forgotten what southern hospitality meant until I ate here. Located inside the courtyard hotel, which is connected to the renaissance hotel, it was a great place to grab a bite and a drink for lunch or dinner. Great selection of various liquors and a few rotating beers on tap. Poblano burger was fantastic and came out at the temperature that I asked for. Queso and bbq pulled pork nachos were great, but I just would have liked a little more of a spicy kick to them. Plenty of tvs to watch sports or during the day business news.
