One of my favorite builders! You get quality homes for a competitive price. They are building a new phase in sort out Union Park community in Little Elm If you are looking for perfect place for your friends and family to entertain, hang out, food and lots of walking trails, the you need to come and see Union Park.

I have had a very good experience with my Bloomfield home. It started with my project manager Channa H. She went above and beyond to make sure my home was built correctly and now my experience with Greg Dougan the warranty manager has been AMAZING. He is responsive, he answers his phone, he is pleasant and he makes sure your warranty repairs are fixed and scheduled promptly. Greg has solidified my trust and confidence in my builder. He has excellent customer service and he delivers. I am thankful for his work ethic and commitment to great customer service and delivery.

Greg Dougan the service manager is beyond amazing! This guy is always there for you the buyer. He gets things done as promised and just a pleasure to work with. I feel he goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. When I first built with Bloomfield I was not so happy with the project manager I had ( he has left since I closed). And all the mistakes that were made ( and every builder has mistakes) Greg has taken all of them and made me very happy I have built with Bloomfield! 1 guy has changed the way I feel about Bloomfield and his name is Greg Dougan! I hope Bloomfield knows what a valuable employee they have with Greg. He really does the company proud!

I recently moved into a Bloomfield home in Union Park. My project manager, Chuck Mathes did a great job and was extremely helpful and informative throughout the building process. He kept me up to date on all items and delivered a smooth closing at the end. Huge props and thank you to Chuck. Shoutout to Patrice as well. She was wonderful to work with and was always friendly and professional throughout the process. Would recommend Bloomfield and Union Park to anyone looking for their next home.

We recently moved into Magnolia II - CS, a Bloomfield home by Union Park. This is a beautiful community with great amenities. Bloomfield offers some of the best modern and open plans with tons of natural light and space. The home move-in process can be intimidating, especially for a new home buyer. Patrice Hopkins was extremely helpful, and ensured we were updated timely on the construction. We are really thankful and appreciate all the hard work and the due diligence that was put forth by Patrice and our project Manager Chuck to ensure a smooth home closing. Would recommend Bloomfield and Union Park to anyone looking out for the best value for money in one of the most happening neighborhoods in the metroplex. - Sridhar & Aishwarya
