The food was good but I had 2 problems. First, when we arrived nobody was at the front table/order table then we had to tell them. The atmosphere was mid, the floor was GROSS but the rest is still good.

The burgers are ok but with them calling it a steak burger you would think that they would be better. The fries are shoe string type and not my thing. The milkshake is really good . Now the staff is really great . Friendly and helpful. Parking: Good parking

So after a long day after work, I stopped by and ordered food for the family. When I got home, food was missing, and there no receipt in the bag. Two nice young men said they would fix it, not to worry and then this woman( manager I assume) told me no, were not fixing it without a receipt and continued to say my kids lost the receipt. This woman seems to think probably because Im Mexican that I go around through different places, scamming cheese burgers. Many restaurants make mistakes, this is the first that rudely refuse to fix their mistake. We will never return to this Freddies and keep in mind error on them becomes fault or error of the customer. Serves me right for not buying at the one on 423/380.

I loved this place and gave it 5 stars, but after my last visit, Im not sure Ill go back too soon. My veggie burger was undercooked and falling apart after the first mushy bite. I went home and tried to finish cooking it, hoping if it cooked more, the rest of the patty might hold together. Unfortunately, it was just a mess of mush. $14 for something that ended up being fries and a frozen custard for lunch was just ridiculous. The lady that took my order wasnt the most pleasant either. She rushed me and was impatient when I was struggling to order, I couldnt find my words and had trouble speaking. No one was in line, and she didnt need to rush me in such a way as she did. When I changed my energy, I think she realized she didnt need to be so short. So Ill give her that, but it made me feel stupid. I felt very awkward. I work customer service as well, and no one should have to teach you how to treat people by the customer showing you they dont need that negative attitude you are giving. As a fellow industry worker, my advice would be for the cook at cashier to slow down. Its fast food, not a race. I wish I had gone back and got my money back, but Ill just go to another location for now. Im not looking to get anyone in trouble, just hoping for improvement so I may once again enjoy this location. Vegetarian options: The black bean burger is delicious. Its nice to have a fast food option for a vegetarian burger. I just hope they dont cook it near the beef. The frozen custard is so good too.

This is a fairly new location and I don t understand how it already looks and feels run down. The first time I went in, I ended up getting my order to go because the floors were sticky, the booths were messy, and the soda machine section was gross. I stood for a while just waiting to get my order taken even though there was 3 employees at the front. They were staring at me like I was crazy, and then proceeded to ask each other who was going to take my order. Prior to this I went through the drive through line which is a nightmare on any given day and time. It s extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes one evening due to getting stuck in the line, btw 3 cars ahead of me and additional 15 minutes for my food, I ordered a kids meal. I could have just driven to In -n-out in Frisco and had a better experience and better food.

I had to wait over 12 minutes at the drive thru order kiosk and had to ask multiple times if someone could take my order, only to be told please wait for another minute if I m not waiting at the kiosk waiting to order, I m waiting at the window for my food for 10-15 minutes after paying. There is a waiting issue every time I drive thru to pick up dinner on my way home - this is around 4:30/4:45pm, not peak dinner service

I really only come here for ice cream. I ve been here 3 times and all 3 times my order has been wrong. For ice cream like, it s quick in a pinch, but if you can go literally anywhere else, I d suggest it. It takes them forever and to make the orders and when it comes out it s not right

Jayden and Debbie make this location special. We come back atleast once a week. They provide a hospitable experience. They make you feel welcome, the food becomes a bonus. Having people like Jayden and Debbie in the hospitality industry, drive warmth to its location. Freddys is great, for their service, we also happen to walk out of their Restraunts not only fill in feelings but fill in our tummies.

After about 4 visits now, I ve concluded that this location is awful. Between long wait times for simple orders, losing orders, and unprofessional staff, I am completely turned off and disappointed. The straw that broke the camels back was the order that I placed through Uber this evening. I ordered a turtle concrete. I tried giving the restaurant a call to ask them to not make the order until the driver got there, so that my order would not arrive melted. I believe this was a fair request. I tried calling the store five times and no one picked up. When I called back for a final time, I was told that orders had to be made as soon as they came in, otherwise the staff would get into trouble. Whoever I spoke to told me that the items would go into the freezer and hung up on me, as I was asking a clarifying question. This individual was unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright rude. In addition to receiving melted ice cream, they also ignored all notes that were attached to the Uber order, including putting the hot items on the side, again, so that the item would melt by the time it got delivered to me. The staff at this location needs some educating on customer service and professionalism because it doesn t matter how good the food or the ice cream is, the store will not be sustainable, if staff continues to treat customers poorly.

This was the best choice and we definitely will be coming back and downloading the app! The customer service was great. They told me after you finish come let me know how you enjoyed it! This location is so poorly managed! Waited at drive thru for 15 min (no lie) for ice cream. There was no one in line and barely anyone in parking lot. They were NOT busy. Only to be told they were out of vanilla custard and could only do chocolate. I ordered and pulled around to find 3 people working and one standing around. Will drive elsewhere for custard fix!

I ordered food in the drive through and they would not give me ketchup with my order. I first asked for a fry sauce and they said there would be a charge so I said I ll just take some ketchup and the employee told me they have to charge me per packet of ketchup. This is the closest place to my work to eat and I will probably never eat here again because of this.

The burger was delicious! The fries were good (real shoestring fries) LOVED the fry sauce! I grew up (in Idaho) on fry sauce. Paid extra for additional toppings in our custard ice cream, unfortunately the extras were not there. Dietary restrictions: They do offer a lettuce wrap for those wanting to avoid buns.

Today was my daughter and my first time to Freddys and we were very pleased with everything. The service was warm and welcoming. Everyone had a nice smile and you could tell it was not fake. Coming home from Walmart, I noticed a new location and stopped. Im so glad I did! A gentleman named Jayden was at the drive-thru, and he was incredibly patient and helpful from the moment I started my order until it was placed in my hands. On a Sunday night I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes on a simple order. I get to the window, pay, he gives me the receipt. 5 minutes later he comes back and asks me to play back my order . First time ever having Freddy s. Ordered the basic steak burger and a dirt and worms custard. Custard was great, no complaints. However the cashier was very slow (new probably), the burger was dry (maybe that s normal for steak burgers? Idk I don t have em much), fries were waaaay too salty, and there were lots of flies flying about inside the restaurant. Overall a disappointing experience. Might try a different location and order something more complex, but this has put me off. So far,I d say In N Out would be their closest and overall better competitor.

They had a deal to get a free double burger if you scan and download their app. It worked after literally 45 minutes because their app kept lagging and freezing for me but it didnt work at all for him. It cost a little over $16 to get a double burger, onion rings and a shake. The burger was over cooked and too salty. The shake was supposed to be regular but it came in a small cup and it tasted exactly like milk with just hersheys syrup and it was missing the reeses pieces. The cashier left twice while taking my order and then proceeded to answer a text message. It was very muggy and oddly warm in there also. Im sorry but the entire experience was disappointing.

Love that a Freddys opened up nearby! While I dont love the shoestring fries (way too small), I love all of their other menu items. I also practice a ketovore to strict carnivore lifestyle and their lettuce wrapped burgers allow me to eat there with my son. That being said, I tried this new location and was thrilled to see Taa working there as a supervisor/manager. She used to work at a competitive FSR. She is an amazing and lovely person inside and out and my son just loves her! She really made our experience memorable and she remembered both of us. Taa has top notch customer service skills and I cannot recommend this location and Freddys enough! Try it! Especially if you love sweet treats, amazing burgers and milkshakes, this is the place! I came in when the Restaurant seemed to be at its busiest point. I was immediately greeted by Maliek ( The Supervisor ) who was incredibly well-rounded and supportive of his associates, on several occasions he took initiative to direct his staff towards a productive and reasonable task/tasks. He paid close attention to detail regarding his employees and customers, was dependable as well as incredibly consistent. While I was eating I was also greeted and approached by several staff to make sure my needs were met and that I was satisfied. The following Staff Members stood out to me the most were Zoie, Keke, William, Mikey, Kevin, Aislynn, Jackie, Terry, Kensley, Jacklyn, and April. Every single one of them had checked on me or provided me with a professional service despite the panic and confusion. A Special Thank-You to Sam for giving me the names of people and making me feel welcome in the Environment. Parking: Over 25+ parking Spaces available for customers. Absolute cluster! They stood on the corners passing out passes for free food and flagging people over. They later changed their mind and said if you don t have the physical pass from friends or family you have to come back another day. Who turns away a customer and I am a homeowner next to where you just opened. All the people in the apartments and their kids are getting all the free food vs. homeowners who are here to stay. I had a great time today, they just opened and were offering free food for the neighborhood to build a following. There was an issue with my food the first time it came out but Deb (manager)fixed it right away and was very professional. Everyone was so friendly and happy to help. I will definitely be back!
