NO COMPARISON POSSIBLE to any other sandwich shop around here, particularly chains in my opinion; the quality Is just outstanding really, the bread, all of the meats and cheeses and veggies are so much better than other places ...the ingredients are so fresh and perfectly prepared, its actually a delight to eat here. And the employees they hire are absolutely wonderful, so professional and cheerful. This is a great place. Every single time.

I came in on Friday 6/21/2024 and the crew that worked that day made this place a whole 5 star review. Very clean place, everyone putting in their part. Joshua, the general manager, & Miles have great friendly customer service! They dont have free wifi for customers. They also dont currently have Watermelon Tea. I got the California Club Mikes Way with Rosemary Bread and it was delicious! They can optionally toast the bread. The restaurant was clean. They have some of their meat and cheese on display like you see in a deli, however, they dont sell it. All in all this was a fun tasty experience and Id gladly return. Vegetarian options: They have vegetation options. Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate some dietary restrictions. Parking: Parking is shared by all businesses in this strip center. Kid-friendliness: Kids could easily visit this place. Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible.

I ordered JM Atasc. through UberEats for visiting family members. Food never arrived & when I called JM the worker said their computer was down. I explained I had hungry company waiting for their delicious sandwiches & he offered no apology, sympathy or resolution, other than to advise me to seek a refund through UberEats. Seems like JM could have handled that call a little better, with maybe a small resemblance of Customer Service.

Horrible customer service the other day, i love me a good sub but i think im going to have to change stores or something after this deal. Demaya was too busy flirting with a coworker to pay any attention to my order and i had to correct her twice. Please control your workers, when i come in again i pray that i can be taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.

Primarily the food, but it brings the whole review down. Had two subs as my husband and I agreed that the Phillys were SKIMPY, so yesterdays meals were sad. Tomatoes VERY thin and almost GREEN....Lettuce was fine as was meat and cheese, but when stating easy on the WHATEVER does not mean NON-EXISTANT. Couldnt taste the mayo, oil, vinegar and oregano. Suggest ALL condiments placed on the bread, NOT on the meat and cheese where it just SLIDES off.

What can I say theres no other sub shop that comes close to Mikes best ever Love the California with avocados and all the goods and bacon and so forth on the Rosemary bread strongly recommend it and the sandwich goes really good with the jalapeno potato chips Youre a thick hearty chip and theyre the perfect match for a sandwich like this always excellent service I can never give a bad review to these guys five stars across the board

Arrived at 831pm and was greeted with are you getting a hot sub? from the guy working. I replied hi, how are you. When I pulled into the parking lot the young lady was about to lock the door. When I ordered they made my sandwich with bread that was sitting on the counter before I even walked in. It didnt really hit me until I left. But rest assured when I left at 835pm they locked the door behind me and cut off the lights. I know you guys close at 9 but come on guys, see it through.

They were sold out of chicken today! I only had chicken bacon ranch, so didn t know what to get. They said the tuna was awesome. OMG, it was horrible, mushy and tasteless and made me sick. I am in bed recuperating from two bites. My son won t even eat the steak bacon ranch they made as a substitute. It is soaked in sauce and looks pitiful. There are two stores in my area and this one is noticeably worse. Not sure if they use a different quality of meat but the turkey is wet and slimy like store brand turkey at HEB and Kroger. I dont get oil/vinegar or Mayo, so its not that. I dont experience this at the Summerwood store. Wont be back here.

They had issues with their system due to unforseen circumstances. So they were still very professional and friendly throughout this hardship and a line of customers. JC (black young man with tattoos) was able to take orders and cook them with such an energetic yet positive attitude. He was also very helpful to his teammates that showed a bit more frustration but still polite with good customer service. I wanted to be sure to leave a positive review because it needs to be recognized. Soo many other places with power outages decided to close. Way to go JC for using critical thinking skills, while still exhibiting a friendly professional attitude.

One of my favorite places to eat outside of atascocita. The place is disgusting and the prep station/area is even worse. From the cold two day old bread with no topping (thats the sawdust looking stuff on the floor) the brown lettuce and the burnt grill. I love Jersey Mikes anywhere else you go you will find meat displayed in the cooler fresh looking ingredients, fresh bread and most importantly a clean facility. My wife insisted we gave them another try so we did her and my son said there food was the worst they ever had from a Jersey Mikes and did not even eat it all. $33.00 for two sandwiches wasted

I literally walked in expecting to walk out with nothing... but immediately, Brook (I believe that is her name, sorry if it isnt) complimented my shirt. Joshua was at the front and I told him, I only got 10 bucks on me. What can I get? (again, expecting to get nothing) I didnt have enough for anything... I was at the Atascosita location on FM1960 this past Sunday. I am an old person, and I was very pleasantly surprised at the high level of service I was given. Sometimes we seniors get ignored, but not here. A fellow named Josh was right there without delay to build a sandwich for me. He did so fast, without cheating on the ingredients. Im not sure that Professional is the right word to use, but this young man was amazing how quickly he put this together... and it looked good when he got through. The other men working there were very courteous, and seemed to work together well. I would go back to this location. I am a Jersey Mikes repeat customer! The thing that was very nice was that there were 2 younger high schoolers working there and a little older gentleman there and they were very nice and helpful and made my first experience enjoyable. Its nice seeing younger generation actually working and have respect for there elders. That is something you just dont see much of any longer. I just had a terrible experience here. I ordered my sandwich for dine-in. The guy made my sandwich right in front of me and even added light mayo like I asked for. Another guy wrapped it and handed it to me only for a third guy to say that s not mine after I had paid. That was supposed to be for an online order. I placed an order online today and arrived at the time my sandwich was to be picked up. My wife went inside and they told her the sandwich wasnt ready. She waited in the lobby for ten minutes waiting for the sandwich to be completed. During this time, two people without an online order walked in and ordered a sandwich, and had their order completed before my online order. I went inside to see what was going on, and I could see two employees huddled over my sandwich trying to bag my order. The cashier handed my order to my wife and as we walked out the door my wife touched the middle of the bag to feel the bread. The bread was hard as a brick. The paper bag was softer than the sandwich. We brought the sandwich back to the counter and asked for a refund. No apologies, just okay, processed the refund as if it was our fault. I usually order sandwiches for my family here once a week but never again will I go to another Jersey Mikes establishment.

Waiting 20 minutes for wifes philly...5 more customers came and went still no sandwich for wife....4 employees asked if were waiting on something...are you kidding me 30 minutes & 5 customers later we left after I got a refund for both sandwiches and went to Subway... not as good as yall but at least I got properly waited on.....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to get two sandwiches. My first time here. The man waiting on me was very nice, then he sliced his finger open with the knife to cut the bread. He was gone. Then at the checkout i am being hollered at from down the ways, what i wanted on my sandwich. I was very disappointed and left feeling distraught. My sandwich was not good and i ended up throwing it in the trash. I will NOT BE BACK.

Ordered online, never received the order. Called the store for assistance. They essentially told me it s not their problem, and I have to call doordash. If I can t trust when I place an order to actually receive the items, why would I ever order for delivery again? Especially if they hand off the problem and don t offer any type of assistance or replacement.
