Loved this place, we stopped by on a whim. This place had delicious food and the server was chill, she made sure we were good. Only thing that was upsetting was that they gave my son a coloring sheet but no crayons, we did ask for some and the server said she would get them but she never did. Otherwise everything was great. Cant complain. Will visit again. Kid-friendliness: Outside seating is nice for kids

No one was in the front when I came in to pick up my curbside pick-up. There were empty cars in the curbside spots. Went to the bartender who sent me back to the front even after I said no one was there. His response theyll be back. I waited probably 10-15 mins (in a now crowded front lobby) until I just asked a girl if she could go get my order, (because the girl who acknowledged me moved on to start seating the other people). It was cold, by the way. I like their southwest eggrolls, but I prefer them hot.

Took my entourage out, plenty space. Waitress was cool. Food was on point. The drinks were flowing, and the game was on Great place to eat and enjoy your friends and family while watching the game. Parking: Parking space fills up fast due to the many places you can enjoy at one location. Its best to use the side parking, its more spots on the side than the front.

The egg rolls were very good and great tasting kind of like the ones that you would get at On the Border. The sitting area was very spacious and had enough chairs and I like the outside patio area that was enclosed. Tvs are visible from every angle for Sports. My only complaint is that whenever we ordered the sampler plate the Wet Cajun flavoring option taste it as if they sprinkle some Cajun seasoning on top of the little bitty chicken bites and then toss them in the hot wing sauce. Not so great for those who dont like the salty taste of hot sauce! Vegetarian options: They have wraps and hoagies for vegans.

This chain is usually cool for bar bites & cocktails while watching a game & this location is near the Cowboys stadium but everything was subpar this visit. We waited several minutes at the host stand while workers passed & stood nearby without greeting us. Finally one came & sat us without an apology or much of a greeting. The booth had visible food crumbs all on the seat which i waited for her to acknowledge & even started sweeping off myself in front of her but she just walked away. Our waitress took another several minutes to come. My flat bread had thick crust but everything took so long, I just accepted it. I asked for a box & ranch to go. Took 10 minutes, still with no ranch. I asked again & she gave no apology & took more time getting it. The peach margarita tasted like tequila poured over peach puree, unshaken. She didnt periodically check on us or refill our water glasses. It wasnt busy & there were lots of workers standing around so the lack of quality service, cleanliness & timeliness made no sense.

We were in Arlington for a Texas Rangers baseball game, and this sports bar is very close to the stadium. The host was very friendly and seated us promptly. The server was quick to take our order, but then she disappeared. We needed drink refills halfway through our meal, but our server was nowhere to be found. After we finished our meal, we sat at the table for 10 minutes (with empty beverage glasses) before our server finally showed up. The atmosphere was good, the food was adequate, but the service was atrocious.

The bartender was inattentive and rude (with only 4people at the bar on a Tuesday evening). Though I remained calm and respectful, she was extremely aggressive with her body language and her words. She chose to be confrontational with my party and I, instead of offering service to us. She made it clear through her micro-aggressions that she did not want us as customers. I am deeply disgusted by the experience that I had with her and would recommend that people rethink visiting.

I ordered a burger for curbside pickup, then after waiting outside, I decided to dine in since was hot outside. I asked if I can eat inside and they gave me a table. I asked if I can order a draft beer and the young lady that came told me that I should go to the bar to ask for a beer. Then I asked for the menu and she gave me the food and drink menu, guess what? Including beers I just finished eating and still have the menu with me, no one showed up to ask me if I want to order a drink. I ate the whole order without a drink and regardless they looked at me several times, no one dared to care.

It was me and friend we was there around 7pm. They gave a booth. I will say the table was clean but the booth seats was nasty it had food crumbs and paper straws all between the seats. I did mention to staff they barely clean it. Also When I order wings I order a 10 piece and when it came out only had 9 . The waitress did fix it and I got my extra wing. I would say the experience could been better. Parking: They share parking lot with studio movie grill so it gets full quick at peak times.

We had to find our own silverware and napkins, because we requested it several times when our appetizers were dropped off and it never came. Had a party of 8. Before even being seated, we asked if the TV wherever wed be seated could be changed to the game. We were told yes, she seated us and said shed get the TV changed. The Waiter came over after some time to take orders. He said that he couldnt change the TV because a table at the other end of the room, had asked to watch another game on THAT TV. The TV by our table was the biggest in the room, but over 5 other TVs had the same game on that the other table wanted, plus we were 3 feet from that TV and they were over 30 feet away. After going back to the hostess, that told us the TV could be changed, she just said Have a nice day. We went to Bombshells and they were happy to put the game on, not just one, but TWO TVs.

My daughter and I went in on yesterday for lunch and were sat out on the patio as we requested. We sat there for about 10-15 minutes before the waitress came over. Her name is Stacy and her customer service is by far the worst. This is my second time that I have had her as a waitress. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as the first time was even longer and horrible as well. I saw her interacting with the other tables quite frequently both incidences as they were not people of color so I felt discriminated against the second time around as it appeared apparent. She never came back to check on us after food was brought to table by others both times. On yesterdays incident, Stacy put in the wrong soup that my daughter ordered and when the gentleman brought it to our table in which he appeared to a manager, my daughter advised him that that is not what she originally ordered and requested the one she had told Stacy and he said ok and never returned. I always come to this boomerjacks as it is one of my go to places but I dont think so anymore. I felt discriminated against by Stacy as it appears that she does not provide customer service or anything for that matter for people of color.

This was my first time coming here. Im not a big fan of bars, yet I came early. From entry to the table. The hostess was very kind, our server was amazing and attentive. Not just to my table but all the tables they had. The food was pretty good. I ordered the catfish, it was cooked hard like I like but it was very fishy tasting. The mashed potatoes were delicious. My son loved his hamburger and french fries. The fried pickles were a little too thick for me, but they cooked them very well so I didnt mind and had great flavor. I didnt like my onion rings. I think its the breading. The fried shrimp had the same breading but wasnt terrible. My friend didnt like her matgarita flatbread. I had a good time though and the drinks were good.

This place has gone to hell ever since they hired these black managers with no skills customer service anger management issues they run it like a dope house nobody goes in there anymore its always dead ...during cowboys games every place is packed but not this place nothing but crack heads in there . These black managers ran this place into the ground

When you walk in and 8 people that work there are standing at the front counter you are seated and 10 minutes later no one has even acknowledged you are there!! We go here once a week and the service is very inconsistent ! Today the service is not very good!! I m truly baffled how they run their business!

Went thurs at 5 pm Asked for a booth Was told that they they didn t have a server for a booth It wasn t busy at all and there were more than enough booths. Just went to Hooters across the street This was my first time at this Boomer jack. I ve never had an issue like this at any other location and I ve been going to Boomer Jacks for over 3 years

It was our first time here at this location. We were celebrating a win. The hostess was inviting and we were sat immediately. We were then greeted by the sweetest server ever. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and accurate on our orders. The food was fresh and so full of flavor. We will definitely be returning when we come back to visit Arlington. 10/10 definitely recommend!
