Never again!! I came here to eat with my family & had the worst experience ever. My husband & I ordered the Bering sea sack. Half way through my husband eating his, he noticed there was hair in it. When he asked one of the servers to look at it, he played dumb & asked my husband is that hair though? When it was an obvious long piece of black straight hair. He then said let me go get your server. When our server came over to the table he grabbed the plate so he could show it to his manager. He came back & said he would bring him back a fresh sack. When he came back with the fresh sack it was just full of 4 skinny crab legs. Mind you my husband still had crab legs, sausage, & shrimp still in his sack that he didn t eat. By this point my husband was upset because he not only had hair in his food to begin with, then had to wait for fresh food, for them to only bring him crab legs. ATP he told the server he wanted a refund. At no point in this entire ordeal did the manager come out to apologize, to see what the situation was about, nor properly rectify the issue. Then they had the audacity to bring us our bill with a balance of $18 for his meal. They only deducted $9 from the total of his food. I then intervened & told the server we shouldn t be paying anything as we had hair in our food that we couldn t complete. He then said he ll take the balance off. This will be our last & final time ever patronizing this business. They have unethical business standards & terrible customer service.

I went on July 21st ,2024. I had one bite of the crawfish and got INSTANTLY sick! I informed my waiter about what happened and he defended the crawfish being fresh I ve eaten crawfish every year and have never gotten sick. Two days later and I am barely feeling better. And despite telling the waiter about the spoiled crawfish he still charged full price for the 2 pieces of crawfish we ate, full price for it! I had to leave fast because I didn t want to throw up in their building so I didn t ask for a refund but now it s unbelievable they serve people out of season, dead crawfish.

Came here with a friend on 7/10/24 as a birthday treat and had a good time! I had been craving grilled oysters so I got the Rockefeller style. I should have listened to the server recommendation and opted for the regular chargrilled oysters bc the rockerfeller is a little much. I think it needs less of the ingredients to make it more balanced and not overpower the actual oyster itself. My friend got a pound of mussels and pound of shrimp and I got the lobster tail and snow crab cluster with the extra shazam sauce. Sauce was delicious but spicy! I can handle the spice but if you re sensitive then I would do a milder option. The lobster tail was lackluster - too small and slightly over cooked. The snow crab cluster was perfect. Because it was my birthday, the server gave us a complimentary bread pudding dessert that was surprisingly delicious. I don t really like sweets but I enjoyed it!

Came in to retrieve an item , the worker literally grabbed every item off the counter as if someone came in with malicious intent. When the colleague asked a peer for assistance the peer (who previously moved everything swiftly off the counter) didn t even respond or look our way while in the vicinity. Would not recommend as it definitely felt as if it was racial bias and clearly the individual needs a diversity re-training. Aside from that the service and quality is subpar and isn t worth the headache especially for people who may look like me. But that s just my experience with the restaurant maybe it will be different for another crowd.

I ve been here a number of times throughout the past several years & I have yet to be disappointed each time I ve been. Today was my birthday. I wanted my oysters & husband wanted seafood boil so we went to our familiar spot. Great decision, I didn t even realize it was happy hour when we went (around 5pm on a Tuesday.) Raw Oysters were $1 each, they had a deal on shrimp and my daughter s garlic noodle. Everything tasted great and the waiter was awesome. Super nice, attentive & even offered to pack our to go food. Much appreciated I just kinda wish the appetizers were larger in portion, they were like baby calamari & crab cakes (Appetizers were long gone before photo was taken)

First time as a family at this place. We had a good time and the food was very good. Overall, we enjoyed sacks of a variety of shrimp, crab, crawfish, sausage. Also, shrimp and sausage pasta, and a waygu cheeseburger. Service was efficient and pleasant. It was a good experience! Food

I give this place a 5 star all the way across the board!!! I been coming here for a few years now I even come for my bday every year u will get better food better service than any upscale restaurant around here the lobster roll is amazing and worth every bite warm or cold the crab legs are worth every penny and the people is soooo amazingly sweet and helpful I would never pay no expensive lobster or crab nowhere else this is the best ever !!! Literally the worst crawfish, crab legs, and corn I have ever had. They tasted like they were fresh out the muddy water. They had No flavor they were really big so that was a good thing and our waiter was nice but no flavor in the boil bag, so yea for the price it should have tasted better, I had to post a review because my kids and I dined in and they were really upset about our experience and said they should have just waited I was so upset to let them down because I thought it was going to be good

Went to Crab Station Arlington and ordered the calamari and it was literally like biting into a tire. I asked the waiter to remake and I was told that it was supposed to be rubbery...huh. I asked for the ma.ager and he said he couldnt change the cook time and it was supposed to be rubbery. Then we ordered the crab claws and they were wayyy overcooked. How is a sautéed crab claw hard and crab meat tastes old. This was my second dltime at a Crab Statuon and the one downtown was delicious. I DO NOT recommend!!!!

I ordered take out from here tonight and when I got home 1/2 of the crawfish was soft as if they were dead before it was cooked and 1/2 of the shrimp with head on were raw. I called up to the restaurant and they told me that they could not do anything about it unless I drove up there and bring it back. I even told them that I lived 40 mins away and was not going to make the time to go out there. I even offered to text and send them pictures but they said they couldn t do anything. I am not saying to not come here because we have had good experiences here but just beware that their food may be undercooked even though they claim that they precook everything and just reheat it. Update: it is 10pm and now 2 out of 4 of us have food poisoning.

It had potential to be 5 star however even though the food had good flavor, the crab legs were soggy and rubbery hard to crack. This means that instead of steaming the crab, they allowed the crab to sit in the water too long. The meat was hard to get to. My husband got a workout trying to eat a cluster. Im absolutely tired of these restaurants calling themselves seafood and crabshacks and NOT knowing how to actually cook seafood correctly.

Their sauce is fantastic, the prices are great too! They have a digital board with the market price upfront unlike some other places which dont disclose it until payment. Its one of my go to places for crawfish in DFW area. Just took one star for the crawfish being slightly hard and it felt like the quantity was low. That being said it still remains in the top 2 places Id go for crawfish in Dallas. We ordered 4 pounds of crawfish and a cluster of crab between 2 of us because we couldnt have enough of it

Went tonight for Father s Day dinner but it didn t go well AT ALL! Went for Oysters, were told they were out. Ordered margarita, machine was cleaned already. Catfish poboy had no taste and it was mostly breading or whatever it is fried in. He only took a bite. Lobster roll had plenty of lobster but whatever it s tossed in had an overwhelming sweetness but no other season so I couldn t eat but 2 forced bites. The fries were well seasoned but the season included a sweetness as well. The waiter was bouncing taking our order as if she was in a hurry. When we got there was a 10-15 minute wait so if they were in a rush I wish they d just refused the service. Btw, I m writing this from the TOILET! That little bit messed my stomach up completely & I barely made it home in time. Never going back!

The crawfish was awful. And $11 a pound. We just got back LA few weeks back and paid $8.99 a pound and was so so yummy. It had no flavor and super small. Def would not go back. Paid way too much for food that wasn t worth it at all.

Zero would be appropriate. I took my daughter here just tonight 2/14/23 and we have been here before 2yrs ago and I was as reminded shortly after being seated why. Now aside from the overpriced food, the atmosphere was ok, no one really greeted us but the host seemed irritated nevertheless we were seated in good time. As we were seated the temperature was kind of cool but bearable. It took awhile for the server to come over but once he did and took our drinks it seemed as if the ac was turned on immediately. It got so cold in there my daughter came to sit by me as it was I swear like the artic. There was cold air blowing directly on it was very uncomfortable. Sometime later we got our drinks then ordered our food which took awhile but it was ok. Now when we got our food the appetizer, crab claws came out with the lobster roll I ordered, I was livid at the price being $30 for a lunchable sized sandwich that was rubbery and just flavorless. Tasted like water and a slide with Mayo on top. Given I know seafood is expensive but this was ridiculously over priced and not worth it. The appetizer also was rubbery and hard to eat as we had to use so much force from our teeth to get the meat to come off as it should have slid off easily. My daughter got shrimp and sausage pasta that looked good but tasted like a kitchen sink. I didn t make a fuss as I didn t want to disturb others in vday but I was highly upset. Not to mention the wall we sat by was disgusting. Paper towel roll an seat had food splattered on top and it was gross! Needless to say I will NEVER RETURN here ever! We will stick to red claw.

Crawfish / shrimp seasoned well (had my nose running) crawfish were mixed sized but all were good quality (no mushy inedible crawfish). Drinks good. I went to Crab Station this evening and got the snow crab, sausage, corn on cob, potato, shrimp that is usually really good. Tonight being Thanksgiving Eve, they started to mop the floors, in which the solution was very strong, and made it difficult to enjoy the meal. They also decided to tell people they were closed that walked in, and was only 7pm. This is bad service. They should not be mopping floors when people are eating.

I loved my dinner! We split the bacon Rockefeller oysters and boiled bag of crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish! Very delicious! Good service too! Parking: Parking lot is available at the restaurant.

OMG!! Everything was good-good!!! I had a random taste for charbroiled oysters. Then I ended up getting a bag after that. This place was a 10 mins drive from my home. If you think I wont be back, youre crazy LOL!! Loved the service too. Ask about their Happy Hour specials..
