Glorías is superb! Its Salvadorian and not your typical tex-mex. They have really yummy margaritas, Im a top shelf girl myself. But their queso is absolutely delicious. They serve a warm black bean dip with their chips and salsa thats is yummy too. If you like pupusas they have those on the appetizer menu- thats my go-to!

Oscar my host. Excellent attitude n prompt service. Nice plates and food presentation. That meant everything to me. Omg great tasting food. My Mom, niece, and I came in for an early dinner on Sat, 8/17. Our server, David was nice just a tad bit slow with drinks (as we waited 10 min for water with the triple digits outside). I ordered the Chille Fajita Chicken Relleno with NO ONIONS (due to allergy) and asked for Cilantro, along with VEGGIES instead of rice and the black bean soup. I saw he wrote down the modifications in his notebook. I was a tad frustrated because I had to debate with him with regards to veggies vs rice? He indicated I was not allowed to have black bean soup and veggies, either or with an upcharge? I dont mind paying extra for veggies, but please be mindful and do not tell a paying customer that they are not allowed to have or modify an item. We also ordered small guacamole and queso, which David NEVER brought. I also had to walk to the bar myself to order my Margarita with the AMAZING BARTENDER (THANK U VERY MUCH)! We waited over 25 min for our food to come, and my meal was completely incorrect (Filled with onions, I had rice, and no bean soup)...In addition my entree was below luke warm. My nieces enchiladas were below standard- incorrect protien (she was so hungry she ate in anyways) I spoke to Javier, the manager on duty and he was so gracious and professional. He quickly resolved the situation and prepared my entree himself! It was absolutely DELICIOUS- THANK YOU JAVIER! I will not return to this Glorias due to the service quality with the server, (he did not even apologize for the errors) and the incident with my entree, missing appetizers, and my nieces entree. However, on a very positive note I will and very much look forward to visiting Glorias in Addison because Javier informed me he manages at that location. As the manager he took time out of his schedule on the floor to go into the kitchen and prepare my meal correctly and his demeanor is superb! I enjoyed meeting you Javier, and again I APPRECIATE you taking great care of my family and I!

During the heat of the summer, they supply the big patio with swamp cooling fans but not the small patio! Went on a double date here on a Sunday evening. It was busy but we were seated quickly. No wait time. Server came to our table immediately after hostess brought us to our table. They have a good drink menu. Drinks are reasonably priced considering the target audience. The Moscow mules I had were very strong and well made. My wife enjoyed the strawberry margarita on the rocks. We skipped appetizers. Tortilla chips were hot and fresh and brought with a tasty mild salsa and a warm black bean dip. Everyone enjoyed their meal . I had the cascabel filet which is a 10 ounce sirloin with some mixed vegetables and some type of ranchero style sauce. Even though this isn t a steakhouse , my steak was amazingly tender, seasoned well and cooked to perfect at my medium rare request. Wait time for entrees was not long at all. Restrooms were clean and the establishment overall was clean. Tables were being picked up and bussed in a timely manner. Zero complaints and I would eat here again for another date night when I m in the area.

The food was amazing as always! My boyfriend got the brisket tacos which tasted a little funny but were good none the less. I got the chicken enchiladas and as always they were a 10/10! The service was ok at best since we sat at the bar and the bartender barely greeted us. We had to tell him what we wanted to drink instead of him asking, he had regulars come into the bar and immediately started waiting on them. Once he brought the chips salsa and beans he snatched, yes SNATCHED the menu out of my boyfriend s hands it once but TWICE! I always feel bad about not tipping bc I know that s how they make their living but the service was inexcusable.

Ive dined at several Glorias locations and the restaurant in Arlington is by far my favorite! I took my 2 nieces out today and our meals were excellent. The order came to the table quickly and was piping hot. I especially enjoyed the chicken tortilla soup. In addition, my hat is off to our server. The service Oscar provided us was simply outstanding! Gloria s is delicious no matter what you choose.. however.. I really advise that you try the papusas and curtido. If you ve never had them, it s like a thicker masa stuffed tortilla with different options. Crispy, soft, buttery, and full of authentic flavors. The curtido *makes* the dish. Trust me on this. The bean dip that you are served with your chips and salsa is one you ll dream about. Everything about Gloria s is top quality from the food, to the drinks, to their servers and staff. We were comfortably seated at two large tables, side by side. Ive heard good things about Glorias but have never tried it myself. Today I decided to give it a go. From the outside, Glorias looks like a fancy restaurant. Once you get inside, its not too fancy. Its a nice casual restaurant, similar to what youd find at a pho restaurant like Pho 95. They have outdoor patio table seating, indoor table seating, and bar seating with multiple flat screen TVs mounted on the wall playing sports. Our waitress was kind and courteous. The menus are nice. Prices are similar to what youd find at a regular restaurant, its not too pricy. The restaurant itself is clean and so is their bathroom. We ordered a frozen house margarita with a salt rim, a frozen mango margarita, the A la Gloria chicken enchilada, and the Tacos al Carbon with corn tortilla. We had complementary chips, salsa, and black beans. Let me tell you, for a free side, its pretty good. The tortilla chips are good quality, not too thin, not too thick. Theyre crunchy. The salsa has just the right amount of kick to it, its not too watery yet not too thick. The black beans surprised me. Im not much of a black bean girl, Ill eat it but its not my go to. The black bean dip tasted pretty good! It wasnt plain like your regular black bean. The A la Gloria was delicious! The chicken was nice, moist, and flavorful. My personal favorite was the queso, the red one, and then the orange one but only because I love queso. The rice was pretty good although you couldnt really taste much of it. The refried pinto beans are whatever. The Tacos al Carbon were amazing. The quality of the beef is superb. It was so flavorful, moist, just amazing. The additions to it with the guacamole and sauce added to it was just icing on the cake. The rice and beans that came with it were just like the ones on the A la Gloria enchiladas. Theyre nice sides but honestly not really needed. I wish they gave me more rice. The rice was barely anything. Both of the margaritas were strong. The house margarita was good. The mango margarita was like drinking a mango frozen smoothie but spiked with hella alcohol. My bill came out to be about $67 dollars for all four items. The waitress was nice enough to ask if Id like to take home a side of salsa and black beans since she saw me take the chips to go. Definitely delicious. I would recommend. Portion sizes are just right but the chips and sides during the beginning definitely fill you up before the main course.

I placed an order through DoorDash yesterday evening for Fajitas for two and a 5 oz salsa. The order arrived with no salsa and when I looked at the meat it didn t look how it does usually. I still ate a few pieces and instantly was in the bathroom the rest of the night. I believe the food I received was either from earlier in the day and or it sat out for a long time. I have ordered this same dish multiple times and this never happened. I expect a higher standard from Gloria s, however whomever packed the order clearly didn t care to uphold that standard. I was extremely sick to the point I could barely sit up straight. I m very dissatisfied and will not be spending my hard earned money with this company any time soon after my experience.

This is the 3rd Glorias Ive been to since moving to Dallas. Id have to say that the service and food quality is probably the best at this location yet. All were fine overall, but tonight was worth mentioning. We had a large work group and we were all really pleased with our seating and service and of course our food. Good job Glorias!

First, i could eat the black bean dip as a meal. It is absolutely fabulous! It should be sold by the pint. The mojitos, mimosas, and tropical salad with salmon were sp good! Ill definitely be back.

I am a loyal Gloria s customer but after tonight I will never give them my business again. My husband and I walked through the door at 859pm as the clock turned to 9:00 and was told that they were closed and I asked what time do you close and they said 9. I said it is 9 and they proceed to tell me that the kitchen is closed with a restaurant full of people. I will never be back

My favorite restaurant ever we can come to eat everyday we always come here at Arlington but since the hostess start been really rude we stop coming I think there are the first impression for the restaurant the last time we were there I ask for a table of 6 an it wasn t full an one of the hostess in a bad actitud told me well you have to wait for 40 min we were ok an she was o may be take an hour we said yes is fine she just roll her eyes even the manager was there an he saw what she did he not even said anything the manager he was young, at five min aparty of 5 came an they seat them we were like what so we live now we always go to southlake or Montgomery plaza there are so nice all staff the manager Pedro from Gloria s at Montgomery he s so nice 100 of 100 best never going back to the one in Arlington Parking: Always hard to find a closed parking
