DJ music volume was too loud. Sunday football had loud speakers playing cowboys game, again really loud and could not hear other games playing. Maybe if the building was designed for better acoustics. with brick walls and cement floors, the audio quality was poor. Service was good with cute waitress who provided good service.

Regarding all the negative ratings, when you have a game on Sunday with ruthless fans, that are trying to get drinks for free, and not willing to tip, the Bartenders and waiters work there A off to try and support everyones needs. This is a Great place to hang, eat, drink and have fun!!!

I dont know where to start. I came here as part as the Niner Empire DFW group and my goodness I get that restaurants can get busy but this was horrid. I ordered a ziegen Bock and captain crunch chicken tenders before kickoff I didnt receive the ziegen Bock for an hour and when I received the zigen Bock I was TD they didnt have the chicken tenders IT WAS ALMOST TWO HOURS LATER INSTEAD and so I ordered 10 wings half buffalo and half lemon pepper THEY WERE ALL BUFFALO AND FAME 45 min later too. The second ziegen Bock didnt come for an hour as well. My girlfriend who was with me spoke to the manager Nathan who was incredibly rude and borderline screaming at us refused to refund or comp anything (AS IS STANDARD RESTAURANT PRACTICE) and condescending to her and never apologized for her burger taking two hours and when I spoke to him about this he was dismissive and said we dont comp anything. Im sorry I wait over two hours for a beer and food that I ordered that you didnt have the means to make and had find out over two hours later that you couldnt and you messed up my second order too is unacceptable. There needs to be major change at this establishment

Help, I m thirsty. It s been 2 hours. I ve been waiting for a refill and my drink. Our waitress is doing her best. They assigned one person to our area. Knowing the crowd that comes on a weekly basis, I am surprised management did does not prepare for this. This is not a one time incident. It is the norm. While we like the atmosphere and the usuals that are here, it is starting to weigh on us. We have choices on where to watch games. Too bad we may change our location after being loyal for two football seasons. Others feel the same way.

These people complain about their tips not being up to their standards. Took like 30 minutes for one beer and we waited at least 15-20 each time for shots and beers. And complained about her tip. Sorry honey your service wasn t all that so what did she expect? And she sent her friend to our table to ask why we didn t tip even tho we did tip and this was like an hour later. And demanding my brother in law he HAS TO TIP 20 or else he won t leave like girl your crazy!!

Came to eat with my husband and 2 children on a Saturday at 12 PM. The parking lot was empty. We were sat down at a table - a waitress begged to have us in her section. My waitress Yaya was absolutely very attentive and professional. Food was cooked to perfection. Out of all restaurants I have been to she is by far the best waitress that has served me. And I have been to over 273 restaurants in the Metroplex. Bombshells is lucky to have her. I see her bringing success to this establishment with her outstanding customer service and good vibes. She made me feel like I was having dinner with family. The whole experience was absolutely perfect!!!

Poor service--waited over 1/2 hour for an order of chicken tenders & a salad on a Saturday afternoon. Order was wrong--got cold, soggy fries instead of a salad. Chicken was poor to fair at best---no seasoning & no flavor! Dirty table near me was never cleared the whole time I was there. Uncomfortable wooden stools. No floor manager ever seen. Service was horrible place was all but empty and we had horrible service. Waitress brought out something entirely different from what I ordered then had an attitude when I told her it was wrong even after she went to get the correct item the sauce was wrong. We were then told that the waitress was leaving for the day yet she continued serving a table right in eyeshot of ours. Needless to say as long as I have been coming to Bombshells the service was very lack luster. Update my husband and I went back to give them another try. Asked for a Lemon Drop Martini, I dont know what I was given but it had a straw in it and taste nothing like a Lemon Drop, advised my server that it was wrong she ignored me. Then we ordered additional drinks and it was still nasty. I ordered Garlic Butter shrimp, shrimp has decreased in size and I received garlic parmesean instead. Service was horrible and so was the food. We didnt take to go food because it was nasty. I also left and entire drink on the table. This was the last straw I will not be back.

Review of Bombshells Its curious that anyone might judge Bombshells by its appearance, but if we take off our blinders, its a fantastic place to enjoy a meal. Unlike Twin Peaks, Bombshells is a bit more economical when it comes to food and drinks. I recently visited for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly and attentive, and as a bonus, I was even given a complimentary beer while I enjoyed my meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it wasnt overly crowded during lunch hours, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed dining experience. If youre looking for a place thats not as busy and offers great food at reasonable prices, give Bombshells a try. Youll be surprised by how good the food is and the excellent service. Highly recommended!

This is my got spot for the big fight for the past 2 years. I know there is a 10 dollar cover charge when the preliminary fights start at 8p on ppv fight night. I got there a few minutes before 8p to avoid $10 coverage. The greeter/cashier still charge me $10. Her and about 6 waitress were waiting to seat guest. I told her I thought cover charge was at 8p. She said when preliminary fight start. I said what time that start she said 8 but then pointed at the tv. So I said whatever. Me and my wife was seated. We didnt get greeted by a waitress until 19 minuted later. I ask for a manager, when she came, I ask her to explain to me the cover charges process. She said cover charges starts when the prelims starts. I said 8p right. She said sometimes 730p. I shook my head. I said whatever 20 bucks not a big deal. Then I told her bout the 19 minute wait. She said she will talk to the waitress. I understand its a big fight night and everything is busy. That manager didnt reassure or apologize for anything. The waitress was positive and wasnt mad I talked to the manager about the wait. I made sure I tip her well.

Salad and wings were delicious, but my friend s pork chops were WAY overcooked and the seasoning was distasteful. More importantly, the Music & TV are so FREAKING loud that it burst the eardrum!!!! Not vociferously healthy ears still ringing!!! We were literally screaming at each other at the table. This was at 8pm!!!! Advice to manager Save the insane loud music for the late, late crowd! Worst Birthday dinner I ever had this will be the last time I will be back here. Waiters service was horrible along with the nasty attitude from so-called managers. Drinks were water down and not done correctly along with the food. My family and friends waited almost over 20 minutes for a menu and to get checked on to order. Tickets were not being written down. It was a trainee taking care of our group alone which was not acceptable. No compensation was offered, but the manager didnt care as well and I have proof she didnt she kept talking over us and not listening to our concerns. Waiters took forever with checks and one was chasing after us in the parking lot about tickets not being paid which was not her job to do at all you had a chance to do that which failed. For $100 tab I could have gone elsewhere was not worth it not one bit.

Not one star!! As a manager in Food service I could never have my Team bouncing on a Yoga Ball! Hoola hooping! And standing around not being a TEAM to help serve a Guest of 10 or more! My brother birthday dinner was ruined! All the beverages including the water was ABSOLUTELY TRASH! The waiters were rude and very UNATTENTATIVE! Play the cameras back! You will see on this date of service 5/29/2024 around 8-10p that nothing to no ones order at the dining table were written! drinks were imcorrect and forgotten! Then we were all lied to about contacting the Regional manager! everyone should be held Accountable for poor service! The entire staff needs to be RETRAINED! I was in town for a performance. Me & a bunch of friends went to watch the Ryan Garcia fight. We sat outside because it was pretty packed inside. $10 to get in to watch the fight was fine. One waitress was only focused on 1 table with a couple guys at it. She would sit with them. She just ignored our 2 tables. So we didnt even order food, just drinks. Ive been here twice, and both times were great experiences. I was greeted as I walked in, and I chose to sit at the bar during lunch, I had a different server both times, but both of them introduced themselves and informed me of the daily special. Today Raven was my server, she was very polite, knowledgeable of the menu, and gave A+ service. The food here is amazing!! I can tell that it fresh, and very flavorful. This place is definitely a must try. Great atmosphere, amazing people, and of course, cold beer. I am adding this to my rotation of dining.

This place is we have Twin Peaks at home. The service was initially good, but then all the servers basically disappeared. And when I say all, I mean literally I didnt see a single server anywhere, just one bartender behind the bar. Lemon pepper wings were TERRIBLE. So much lemon to them you could barely eat them. Ribs were good. Beers were cold, mixed drinks were okay. I get the appeal, but when you come up short at your main attractions (the service and the food), thr whole experience falls apart. I did NOT realize when we jumped in here for a late supper what a Bombshells was ... I know, duh; but honestly, I had been at a water park for 2 days in a row ... I was waterlogged. I wanted the boys to cover their eyes for most of the time (they are 10) -- HOWEVER, The ladies here took such good care of us and made our birthday boys feel like Kings. I came here for lunch with some friends. I ordered the Pin Up Girl salad and a pearl harbor. At first I was not happy about the salad being $20 but it was soo good. Ill actually go back just for the salad. My drink was not the best, it seemed like it was all juice.

Now I m not from around here, but this place was outstanding. For a Friday night, quick service, consistent check ins by not only our waitress (Daisy ) but other staff. We were given a complimentary round as a promotion, the DJ (MannieBoiDallas) had people and staff dancing well before 10, and what a great vibe! Clean (I saw you bar backs!), quality, great value, great service. 10/10.

This place has actual bombshells in it--- Both kinds. Cool pinup and boogie-woogie bugle boy atmosphere. The food was off the chain. I got a two patty burger that was absolutely delicious and would have been photo worthy itself, but I started tearing it up before I could take a picture of it. The food was very fresh. They give you a truckload of fries. I could only eat half of my food. It made me full. I dont drink, but I assume the drinks must have been good. There was a full house on the bar. Good amount of parking and seating.

Stood at the front door for a little minute before someone walked up and greeted our party while there was a manager literally standing there. The place was also extremely dirty napkins all over the floor, food and dirt. Almost half the tables were dirty and had not been cleaned off tables around you were also left untouched from previous guests. Please clean up.

It s been awhile since I have been to Bombshells so I went last night and really enjoyed it. Music was good and not too loud. Manager Chloe personally sat me down at a booth and took my order. She was awesome, great energy and hospitality and always smiling. Made my night. I ordered a Recruit hamburger well done. Got my food in 10 minutes and it was a great burger and the fries and let m e tell their fries are probably the best fries I ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to Bombshells more often!

I went there 2 other times but today 2/15/2025 the worst day -1 10 wings with 3pcs of celery really 1 waiter with not training 2 soda coke zero bad mix 3 and the worst the food took almost 1hr to get 1 plate then wait for plate 2 the wait wait and wait for the other 2 plates and then to finish the manager told me dont worry Im going to take care of the ticket guess what she didnt do nothing she not even came back to the table to see how we were doing whaooo I never feel so bad the way they took care of us my family was hungry and we couldnt enjoy the meal all together and the funny part another table with problems and other table walkout waiting thats sad

I ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo pasta from Uber Eats!! That was my first time and last time. The portions are large, but it was so bland.. I reached in my cabinet and got some pepper to give it some flavor. Nope, its looks good, but not worth the money that they charge for meals.

Their portion sizes are amazing! Me and a group of friends just ordered appetizers. The tenders are definitely worth it. Wings are ok but still good. Service very nice and considerate we started off at a small table then once she realize how much we ordered, she was nice enough to move us to a booth. Overall though a very nice place to share appetizers watch a game and drink.

Took forever to get a server to come see me and my party. Had to grab a manager, and he said we had a server, but something happened with her. Was brought the wrong order . No big deal until they said I order the wrong item . Does this place have multiple items with the same name ? Waitress saw our glasses were empty but walked away . Had to flag her down and ask for refills, took 10 min or close to it . Everyone seemed more interested in chatting and hanging out then working. I cant blame the waitress for is not her fault. I blame poor leadership on the local management level maybe even higher. Clearly there is a disconnect somewhere .

Me & My lady were sat by the hostess in a dark booth in the corner during a MMA fight.. after 15mins.. NO SERVICE... Confused...I went back to the front counter to inquire about whereabouts of our waitress.. they searched.. but never found our waitress who was supposedly in the bathroom. A server from another section finally took our order 25mins later. The food was good, the service was somehow nonexistent. The table on both sides of our booth were being serviced by great waitresses, I have no idea why neither of them was ours. Ultimately we were given ½off our Tab. The manager explained the confusion was because the fight ended and the transition between shifts put us in a gray area of some sort with a chance our sever was sent home. I would not return to this location...
