The takoyaki was cold (8$)the fries were cold and chewy (7$) they also forgot to pack the ranch on my pick up order. When I reheated the takoyaki it burned tru the container and the plastic got on the food so it was ruined. My opinion is this establishment s quality of food and service is not ready to charge this much for food. Low quality.

go to the other locations if you want dine-in bc the service aint worth 25% gratuity on a $30 order of chicken for 1 person ... but for takeout? its a banger. literally any bb.q has my favorite k chicken in texas, period. also this isnt advertised anywhere on the site, but the kitchen closes at 11:10~ & even though dine-in isnt closed till midnight the servers have created a habbit of turning ALL the lights on, music off, & cleaning just the tables directly next to guests right at 11:30. a simple get out or piss off would suffice. as if the front of house would take any more than 5 minutes to close up ..

I love the wings here but the service three times already has been the worst. This third time we left without anyone coming to our table. Not even water was given. 3 servers were at the counter and not a single one came to greet us. The second time we went, we pressed the button and no server came to help us out. I have worked in the service industry and there system seems the worst ever.

Horrible customer service but amazing food! Service - When we first walked in a waiter walked up and asked how many we had. And then he didnt say anything else, just walked away and started cleaning with the other waiter. Rude. Im pretty sure the sign said to wait to be seated. Made no sense why he left without a word so we just seated ourselves. Service was minimal. He wasnt friendly or welcoming, and didnt check on us at all. He seemed miserable the entire time. Food - Get the Special Sauce boneless wings and Rose Tteokbokki with added cheese!! Trust me. 10/10 in flavor Be aware they dont serve their full menu. Weve been to the location in FW and fell in love with the kimchi rice. But we were told this location doesnt serve kimchi rice or buldak but will sometime in the future.

The staff is a mess, waited over two hours for my food. Had to cancel an Uber order after 3 drivers showed up. I showed up to pick it up myself and still wasn t ready. The customer service we received was very unpleasant. Our group was disregarded, while three other groups who arrived after us were seated. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Our food was ready for pickup, but we were not acknowledged until we got the attention of an employee, who then ignored us but turned to his coworker asking her to help us. Came in today and was ignored at the door. I stood there. When another group of came in he seated them and didn t acknowledge us. 2nd group came in seated them and still didn t acknowledge us again. Another group came in he proceeded to sit them and I had to wave my hands for him to even notice us and look our way. I felt invisible and disrespected. First time there yesterday, we entered the establishment and there was a sign that said please wait to be seated No one arrived to seat us. The guy behind the counter just yelled across the restaurant and pointed to a table in the corner. Food took awhile to come out like 20-30minutes. The girl who came to our table to give us drinks just told us to press the call button on the table when we re ready to order. No one explained to us that the menu was online only. Later on we try to order one of their refresher drinks and the same guy from the counter seems very impatient and bothered asking if we re ready for the check. We ask for water and instead of placing the pitcher on the table he hands it to my husband. They were playing music really loud and could barely hear or converse. Overall the experience and service was bad for first timers. The only pro was the food was good, probably will go a different location next time. The workers may not be teenagers but they sure act like them.

Update --- Still a great place for wings. The quality has not dropped at all. Everything in my original review below is still factual. In addition, I recommend the takoyaki. The radish gives a nice contrast when pairing with the wings. Remember to ask for the radish with your order. Original review below --- A hidden spot. Hot Mala and Gangnam wings are by far our favorite here. Everything else was too drenched in sauce for us. I prefer this than Pluckers, Wingstop, or any other place that sells wings. So let me start off by saying this is not your American style wings, however this fried chicken is delicious if you enjoy an aromatic flavor with spice and of course an extra crispy crunch to every bite. That being said I really enjoyed this place the wings (chicken) were flavorful. Then they had a dish that was cheesy forgot what it was called but that was very good too wife enjoyed it more than I did and she doesn t really like new foods. Now keep in mind that the spice is different but if you don t mind it you will enjoy it. My favorite was their special or secret sauce. Best way I could describe it is like a honey hot. The only thing for me was I felt it was a bit loud but I m not young and hip like most of the people there.

Tries the honey garlic wings and they were flavorful. Juicy and crispy. This was my first time trying Korean Chicken it was wonderful. One of the better chicken restaurants to eat. Kpop music and videos play at the restaurant. Also had the Rose Ddeok Bokki with cheese added. I loved this dish especially the eating alongside the wings- I highly recommend you add these. While at the table you are automatically provided a personal water pitcher. There is a button on the table that calls over you server, I loved this bc it means you get privacy when you need it and assistance as soon as you need it. Service was wonderful here and I loved that they have joy macaroons ice cream sandwich s to eat after your meal. It got a strawberry coconut which was fresh and delicious.

My family and I went this evening around 6 pm. The service was horrible. The wait was extremely long and due to lack of attentiveness, a family at a neaby table got up and left. The waitress brought us some dirty utensils then left before bringing the rest of our food out. The waiter who took over seemed as if he was high. Ordering out is the best option on the weekends, that poor guy was running the bar, handling the phone AND waiting+bussing tables. They need to hire a full staff to help him because his attitude was wonderful and he did an amazing job, his bosses need to promote the guy who was working and give him a staff. The food is awesome, but be prepared to pay for it, I paid for 3 ppl and after a $20 tip, it totalled $93 but even the leftovers were awesome!!! I recommend the Caribbean Spice with sweet potato fries (dip em in the wing sauce at the bottom of the basket, youll see what I mean!!!)

This place WONT cater to the customer. A flavor/seasoning should be available no matter if you want it boneless or bone in! They would NOT make my bone in wings with cheeseling powder. Why??? Im not a fan of the boneless thighs, they have lots of fat in them and they dont tend to be cooked all the way throughout to me.. Ive had them in many flavors, just to make sure its not a ME thing and nope, my kids even said it taste like the meat isnt done or have a lot of fat in it.. So I only order bone in now because I love the flavors they have and the taste of the sauces they use. Its very rare that I give 5 stars and I will admit it may be because I have only ever ordered takeout from this restaurant, but each time the experience is superior. The price is a bit high, but honestly, wings are getting crazy expensive in general so I dont hold it against them. I have tried the Spicy Galbi, Gangnam Style, and Soy Garlic wings and the flavor and texture are incredible! Crunchy and saucy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Never overcooked and they dont serve those ridiculously skinny little wings with hardly any meat that others like to use. Ive also had the ddeok bokki and it is another winner. As far as sides, I get the white rice and radishes to tame some of the heat from the spicier flavors and theyre the perfect accompaniments. Each time I order, my food is ready when I arrive and still hot and fresh. They offer several options for apps to order through and most have pickup within 30 minutes. Im usually in and out grabbing my food though the parking lot is pretty crowded, I always get a space right i front. The place is always clean and organized when I enter and the staff are quick and friendly. Definitely a top tier experience from the food to the process. Highly recommend.

I absolutely did not like this food. I expected great food for the price. Sauce was off,the potstickers were dry and chewy. I asked for extra crispy and skin that was supposed to be crispy,slid almost off. Fries had no salt but green garnish all over. Id prefer other wing places to this.cant believe I wasted 45 here for mediocre food.

Wings are good. But service is not the best. You will be waiting a long time for wings even after you call ahead to place and order for specific time. Ended up waiting almost close to 25 mins for wings that were supposed to be ready for pick up. Otherwise decent wings!

Ive been going here for years now and this place has gone down hill. The service has always been bad here but the food made up for it. This wasnt the case last night. Got over $70 worth of food last night and was not worth it at all. Got a large honey garlic and was nowhere near the amount of wings for a large. Same with the other 2 flavors I got. The wings were not like they used to be and they skimped me. For the amount of money I spent, Im beyond disappointed. Actually upset.

The waitress with the blue hair sat down on the floor next to cooler vaping; actually puffing off vape. Food is good but would never eat there again because of the service. Very poor service

I recently visited BBQ Chicken Arlington and had a pleasant dining experience. The service was attentive, and the staff was very friendly. Okay folks lets stop the cap. The chicken here is terrible. Service is great. Food comes out hot and fresh and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. But the chicken is terrible. Its not even mid, its straight up terrible and leaves a disgusting after taste in your mouth. Im not sure what they are using in the sauces or the seasoning but whatever it is, it is very overpowering and leads to a horrible experience. 1.3/10..... TERRIBLE

I ve been here a couple times and there s usually nothing wrong! Always been good. But as I ve noticed the taeboki has always been watery and more of an light orange color than red and not really distinct in flavor(only order it bc my bf likes it), but this time around it was not tolerable. I had to send it back. Rice was dry and room temperature. Fries were undercooked, did not have the right color to them. But the wings were good! Like I said I usually haven t ran into this issue at this location. But I just would definitely not order the taeboki.

Ordered takeout on 6/1/2023 at around 5 pm. I got to the restaurant saying that I am here to pick up my order. I was told that it would take an extra 8 minutes for it to finish by the male cashier. I then wait an extra 30 minutes for it. The original male cashier that was working left so I guess his shift ended. Afterwards I go up to the register again to ask how much longer on my order since ive watched about 5 orders leave ahead of me. Turns out that somehow he had given my order away with someone else. So at this point ive waited for 45 minutes only to find that I was not going to get my order. The other worker tried to help me, but at that point it was no longer worth my time to wait for the food all over again.

This review is for the tteokbokki because that is the only thing I ordered, the taste is not bad but it isn t anything special either. But I spent $22 on two orders of tteokbokki and I received two orders with a ton (an ungodly amount) of spicy cabbage with only like maybe 5-6 pieces of rice cake in each and like 1-2 pieces of fish cake. It was not worth it, if I go back it definitely won t be for the tteokbokki. Edit: I just ate the second batch and it s BAD, it s so watery it could be soup
