I have recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Attorney Ronald Rohde. The process was easy. I scheduled with his assistant. I was sent a date and time. I arrived a few minutes early. We touched base on what we would be having a conversation about and got started. How 30 minutes flies by when you are having a conversation with someone else who is as passionate about commercial real estate as you. Attorney Ron has a wealth of knowledge of the subject and made sure to ask relevant questions that were easy to navigate. He also was able to bring me back on course when I went off on a tangent or off subject. Thank goodness for a highly intelligent interviewer. Aside from the interview, Attorney Rohde has been a valuable resource for myself and my clients. He has helped answer and clarify lease contracts and acquisition questions. When I am servicing clients, it is important for me to have other supporting powers to get from point A to point B. Ron handled a multimillion dollar commercial real estate transaction for me in another state, and I was very happy with his professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and value. My broker initially referred me to an hourly firm, who were happy to give me their hourly rate but were not transparent at all on anticipated hours or overall costs. Instead, Ron gave me one flat fee - which was very reasonable - and covered all aspects of the transaction including LLC formation. The transaction went smooth as possible and I was super happy with his services. I wouldnt hesitate using him again for other transactions. I have no hesitation giving him my strongest recommendation!
