BJ and Caly are absolutely fantastic! When I went to get some art framed, I didnt really know how to articulate what I wanted, but they were so helpful and patient. Their suggestions were thoughtful and and demonstrated an intimate knowledge of their craft. The results were better than I had imagined. I highly recommend BJ and Caly at Art Frame Factory!

Called for info, the lady spoke terrible English and told me we do minimum $50 a frame click. She just hung up. I had $5k worth of custom images to frame and was ready to drop $2k on frames. Thank god I called. What a joke.

Amazing work. Her frame and mat design accentuate the work while allowing the print to take center stage. If youre looking for discount framing options, this shop is not for you. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality materials and master craftsmanship you get in return is unrivaled and worth every penny. I wouldnt trust my more valuable prints with anyone else.

Wonderful job done. I am so very pleased with the restoration and framing. The end result was fantastic. Very caring and professional. They made me feel as if my photo was the most important piece in their entire gallery. I recommend this shop without any hesitation.

I picked up a picture today that we had restored and framed by this shop. The owners are very nice and even put my picture in the car. The picture itself turned out wonderfully. Better than we could have expected. It was a pretty old picture of a loved one who has passed on. So it means alot that it was done correctly. I really appreciate it. I will be back because they also sell paintings and I am always looking for original art for parts of my house. I want a nice painting or paints for my kitchen. Overall I would recommend this framing shop.

This was my first visit here.... I just moved to Texas and I needed a special photo project done The owners were very welcoming and friendly.. I put my trust in them and they over succeeded my expectations!!! I would recommend this place to anyone and you really get what you pay for!!! Thank you again and the gift was loved so much!!!

Ill be flying in for the holidays & want to have a custom mat cut for a gift while Im there. Im aware that framing takes time so I called ahead to get the ball rolling. The woman I spoke to was quick to dismiss me & told me she was a custom framer, not a supplier. She refused to answer any of my questions & practically hung up on me. These people are incredibly rude. I dont know how anyone can stay in business with service like that. AVOID AT ALL COST.
