A was rear-ended and my car totaled. The crash made a lot of permanent problems for my spine and caused me great pain. State Farm offered me $900 to settle and then hired a high-priced lawyer from one of the biggest firms in Houston. We went to trial last month. I have never seen such an embarrassing situation as I saw in court. The defense lawyer was supposed to be the brightest and the best available - a $500 per hour genius partner. He left each day with his head down. He actually asked the judge when can we go home during Jury deliberation because he already knew the Ali Law completely out-lawyer-ed him every step of the way. Living in San Antonio for a majority of my life you think of 2 names when it comes to personal injury. I won t name them because that s besides the point. But when I had my car accident I knew I needed someone I could trust and not some screaming television heads. A underinsured motorist jumped out on an unprotected yellow left then and entered in to the right way that when we collided in a major NW San Antonio intersection . I someone how ended up on the sidewalk (still in my car) with front airbag deployed, windows shattered, and a totaled car (this car was purchased prior to the inflation and inventory crisis). I had new injuries, no car, and no recourse. That s when a close trusted friend of mine recommended me Ali Law Group. And they didn t disappoint. From day one they were attentive and made me feel important. And I cannot stress this enough but I had direct access to my attorney and paralegals at all times. When you can communicate with the attorneys whose name is on the legal firm it makes a world of difference. I can t comment on how big injury law forms work but I would ask do you think you ll ever talk to the person whose name is blaring on every streaming service, bus ad, and billboard? Probably not. But this firm is brother led operation with multiple paralegals who are dedicated to you and your case. Every question/concern I ever had was answered in a timely answer and with thorough response. They guided me through the recovery process and always checked in to see how my progress was coming along. They took on the other motorist insurance with ease then they had to fight off my own insurance company who didn t want to give the limits of my underinsured motorist coverage. They litigated until they folded in a relatively short manner. I m summarizing a lot (this was a good length process) but just know I was able to get a pain management specialist who coordinated mri s and medicine and was also able to get into physical therapy through this law firm. The field I m in requires a lot of movement including standing for long periods of time, crouching, bending, lifting, etc. So it was important to get close to 100% again. With treatment and physical therapy I was able to get pretty close to pre-accident functionality after significant back and neck injuries. Through it all Ali Law firm was fully behind me. I want to give big shout out to Alexa, Stella, and Shamrez who absolutely went to bat for me on this case. Thank you so much.

If you need someone to be on your side, they are the best, Ali got my case from another law firm from Houston, they had my case for over 3 years and dropped the ball on it, I pretty much gave up on it after 2 surgeries and still dealing with pain from the accident, when he reviewed my case he assured me to be patient and will get this handled personally, there where times when I was still giving up, it took a while to sort the case out and the result was more than satisfactory at the end, just be patient and let him do his work, he is the best you can get. I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist. After my car accident, I found myself in a very bad situation. After getting my initial PIP coverage, and seeing an accident specialist for my care, the insurance company completely ghosted me. It was clear I had something significantly wrong with my neck and back but insurance was either completely ignoring my many phone calls and emails or only contacting me back after 3-4 weeks at a time. Ive never been in a situation where my injuries were so significant but wanting to trust the insurance company had my best interest in mind. They most definitely did NOT! Ali Law Group was recommended to me and I was honestly afraid to call them. Ive heard of too many bad cases where people get hung out to dry by lawyers only to find themselves in a worse spot than when they started. I can honestly say the call changed my life! After making the phone call and speaking with Ali Law it was clear they were going to fight for me in ways I couldnt do myself. Within one day of Ali Law Group taking my case, I was able to finally get MRIs done (It had been well over 4 months of pain and discomfort at this point). My results were shocking... I had two major herniations. A 5mm herniation in my neck that was pushing on my spinal cord and another 7mm herniation in my low back that was causing major pain in my hip and low back. From that point forward Ali Law made consults all over and got me in immediately for care. Ali told me not to worry about a thing. They were going to take care of everything... and they did! It was a long road but I finally feel like Im on the road to recovery and Ali Law made sure to hold the insurance company liable for all of their negligence. All of my questions were answered and plainly explained thoroughly so I knew what was going on at any given time throughout the process. The office staff was very helpful in keeping things organized for the case as well as being available by phone and email for any additional questions that I had along the way. When a situation becomes a lawsuit, many times it s because the people & the system in place to protect you fail, and in the end it feels like no one cares. You get the impression that you are a number or worse alone. When Ali Injury Law took over my case is was if an old friend had my back. Immediately after our first conversation I was given his personal mobile number, and was instructed to call at anytime if I had a question or concern. Ali was very thorough about understanding my major apprehensions & perceived outcomes pertaining to the case, and my appeasement was his number one goal. Mr. Ali and his team took over my case after a headache and a half with another firm. He and his team did so much more than I could have ever asked for. The fact that these gentleman wanted to know how to better improve communication moving forward for other clients, I have to say I am quite impressed. Attorney Shamrez Ali is the best lawyer I ve ever met. I had a car accident several years ago, and the first law firm I hired was A big law firm in San Antonio. They pleasantly took my case but at no time was I ever provided an update on my case. When I forced an update I learned that absolutely nothing was done on my case for 6 months. I terminated that firm and went to an even bigger law firm with a very reputable attorney in the city. They did the exact same thing and dropped the ball on my case. I learned through a mutual friend of Shamrez Ali and hired him to represent me. At no time did he hesitate on the issues the other attorneys forced into my case by dropping the ball. He picked up the pieces, explained everything to me thoroughly like a professor, and fought my case. He filed suit against the defendant, deposed them and got them to admit fault. He provided me with the tools I needed to prepare for my deposition and I was super confident in my own deposition. In the end I got a favorable outcome with a great settlement, far more than I expected, and to this very day, I kept Shamrez as a friend. I highly recommend Shamrez as a personal injury lawyer. There is none better, trust me, I have seen those that are known to be the best, and Shamrez will show his teeth to those and run circles around them any day.

I m a cynic. As a general rule, I don t write reviews unless something was awful. This is the exception: A total accounting of the quality of representation I received would be too long to read. The Ali brothers are simply brilliant, masters of their craft, and I don t know if anyone in that office ever sleeps. They have also somehow managed to assemble the most professional and attentive people that I ve encountered in my 43 years. It almost feels wrong to single anyone out but Francesca is 100% solid gold...almost too good to be a real person. I was injured in a car accident Apr. 2018 outside of Dallas,TX. I went out on my own to try and settle with the insurance company. They sent me a very low settlement for the injury I sustained. They kept giving me the run around so I contacted a local Dallas attorney to see if they would take my case. Once they found out that I tried to settle on my own they would not take my case.
