The park itself is great. The city does a good job of keeping it clean. My only complaint is the bathrooms are only open when school is out for summer break. The city claims its because students use the playground so its for safety reasons. Only the elementary school had a brand new playground installed over a year ago thats fenced in, so the teachers no longer bring the kids to the city playground for recess. Would be nice to utilize those nice bathrooms more than 2 months of the year. Yes, the city is aware they are always locked and are aware the school no longer uses that playground.

It s great place to play with the kids. Amazing and big two playground for children 2-5 and 5-12 years old. In summer they have a great shade and a little splash pad that is fun for all the kids. A good point is the big trees that beauty and refresh the place. The only problem is a small parking lot because it s a big playground with sports spaces like soccer, basketball and more. Nice playground and splash pad. The play area is large with some shaded tables/benches nearby. The splash pad is small but gets the job done; especially great for young kids. Restrooms next to the splash pad as well as several shaded picnic tables.

Be careful when yall at this park at least in my experience today is some creepy people up here like what profound language and definitely watch your kids close if at any given moment yall come up here and see these two gentlemen thats in the picture and this red looks like a Kia watch the kids carefully cuz the guy in the red Kia thats in the picture is creepy

Large spread-out playground for kids of all ages with different equipment than most of the other parks in the area that Ive been. Splash pad as well though didnt utilize it this time. Playground: Large and a variety of equipment to keep the kids interested with lots of climbing that can be done.

Restrooms have been locked every time Ive been there. Playground: Wonderful! Lots of unique structures. Tons of spinning things. Toilets: Always locked! Picnic area: Basic. Clean. Standard park grills.

I am giving it a five-star because my brothers kids love it, and because i go there to relax. Toilets: Dont expect to use the washroom freely most of the time. its closed. This time, i went with my brothers kids, and they wanted to use the restroom it was closed.

closed to the public because the playground at the school next door isnt finished being built. such an inconvenience that i have to find another park when this one is directly across the street. they waited till my 2 year old got out of his stroller and ran to the playground to tell me i couldnt be there during school hours. those kids should have access to their own gated playground instead of closing a PUBLIC park that my tax payer dollars go towards. FIX IT ARLINGTON!

I love that there is a splash pad thats saves water by only being on while children are using it...then shuts off after a bit when it senses that no one is using it. The playground is nice as well with a balance beam. It comes with a basketball court and bathrooms. Also...theres lots of shaded areas under trees and what is a park without lots of grassy area for sports or even to spread blanket to get comfortable. The only thing is that parking space is kind of limited and it can fill up quickly if there is any sports practices going on. So going early is not a bad idea. Over all...I cant complain about this park that is nice for all ages...including parents. Dog-friendliness: I love dogs but not really a fan of other peoples dogs. I think all parks should have dog parks attached so dogs can have fun and we dont have to worry about the safety of our kids. Dogs may be nice at home but they can react differently around new people so I never trust an animal that is not mine. Picnic area: Theres only like 3 or 4 private picnic areas and grills so it can fill up quickly on a popular day. Go early if you have something planned to ensure you can get a grill and table. But there is a pavilion area with ample table space and grills near the splash pad. You may need to share this area if you dont plan occupy the entire space.
