Very delicious food and good entertainment but very pricey and the service needs lots of improvements. Our waitress rolled her eyes and left when we wouldnt hurry up with our order. Very unprofessional and rude. She later then tried to be nice, but first impression is what gets you the tips. would love to go back but not sure.

I have gone to many restaurants to eat and this is one of the most tasteless meals we have had and it was not just my opinion but three of us went and they had the same opinion. It is disappointing because the dishes are not very cheap not to enjoy them

I was trying this place out. The menu is set up for seafood mostly. I just got a couple tacos. The barbacoa was good. The beef didnt taste to good, didnt taste like regular ground beef. Chips and salsa were mid.

I just went with my family to this restaurant...and the truth is I was very disappointed by such bad service, we spent half an hour without anyone bringing us even the menu, until I asked one of the waitresses if someone could help us, then another 1 hour to give us the food, and the waitress did not bring me my complete dish, FIRST AND LAST SEE!!!

I ordered a seafood platter and in the middle of finishing I got a hair. At first I didnt even bother or wanted a discount or anything, I just told them that I found a hair and then I asked for the bill... The waitress came back with a genius and said (I cant give you another Plate or discount until the manager authorizes me) I didnt ask for a discount, let alone another dish, so that another hair would come out, no thanks. Very bad service!

If you want to go to a good seafood place and you have no other option than this place, you better stay at home because this place is horrible, they should train the new waitresses and their attitude more!! To top off the very bad service, the waitresses could be a little nicer to the customers. We ordered 2 ceviche toasts and the ceviche was spoiled. My husband ordered aguachiles which cost $24, they only give you 3 large shrimp and plenty of cucumber with jicama... each plate took 10 minutes to come out. We have been eating here for years since it was El Jalisiense, we drove more than an hour but the service and food are no longer the same.

This location was once called Los Jaliscienses. I used to eat there almost every Friday when I worked in Grand Prairie. I loved their chicken fajita nachos . Also their chicken enchiladas with red and cheese sauce! This was back in like 2011! Well Mista called me up and asked whats for lunch? Would I be his date . He asked what I wanted to eat. I remembered this local community restaurant!! Not realizing that the name had changed, the inside had a major makeover change and menu changed. What did not change was my favorite faithful WAITRESS!! My enchiladas with the red and cheese sauce. Oohhhh and my good ole happy hour margaritas!!! The important one of all the good ole TASTEFUL FLAVOR OF THE FOOD!! Great job Super Mix!! Still standing strong after all these years. The food was good, but our server Patty was rude. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to ask if someone was going to take out order. When they told Patty that she was our server. She stopped smiling & rudely took our order. After that, she didnt even ask if we needed refills. She tended everyone else with a smile & would go to there table more then once. After we were done. If I could give a 0 star I would. If you are classified as BLACK, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS . The food is good as this was my 4th time patronizing but never again. I called a Togo order in because my husband had to be at work at 2pm. Our intention was to order eat a but then get him off to work, so I thought I was being considerate by having our food in a to go container as opposed to placing it on a plate, then having to ask for a to go container. Upon our arrival, no one greeted us, the young lady with glasses behind the bat just looked at us, there fore we took a seat at the bar and proceeded to tell her we have a to go order...she look at me and said yeah I know...how you know because I sounded BLACK on the phone. So she looked at us and said so is your order for here or to go. I advised her it was to go but were going to eat a bit and then take the rest with us. She looked at us and physically rolled her eyes and walked over to the lady wearing the royal blue uniform shirt and began to speak in Spanish. As I noticed her looking at us and they both start to rudely laugh..I explain the intent is to eat some and take the rest. The young lady with the glasses looked up at me again and said we know. At this point I felt violated and mishandled because they were obviously upset because we was going to sit in and eat a but then leave. I own a restaurant and this is nit proper restaurant nor customer service etiquette. If you BLACK, dont give them you dollars. We walked out I called and explained to my frustration and tge young lady was the only person that showed empathy in regards to how we were treated. I will never patronize this business ever again.

Good atmosphere, only the waitresses are abeses, if they are half clueless, I dont clarify everything, there are some that serve you wonderfully, only that you are abeses, you expect it to always be like that in other places.
