After moving my kiddo into the dorms at UTA we went on the hunt for some local Tex Mex. We randomly picked this place and we were pleasantly surprised with how yummy it was. We got the chicken enchiladas Verde and the combo plate with chalupa, fajita taco, and cheese enchilada. All were very good. The most surprising though was the salsa, it was absolutely delicious and neither of us could stop eating it. If I could change one thing I would have made the chips hot, not anything else to complain about. Wish I had it near my house

Well. Today was not a good day for me. I m not feeling my 100%, I can hardly walk and I m hungry! I decided to stop at a Mexican restaurant to get a couple of tacos. Now, if your grandmaw ever told you to never judge a book by its. Over; this is one of those books. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and the waitress was kind. If you all have never eaten there before, you need to go there! I love the tacos and the cheese dip clung to my chip..,not runny! The tacos were fresh, hot and delicious meat not cold! I like the red salsa in the little cup that was fresh and tasty when I dipped a chip as well. Just good! This food made my painful walking day a little less painful. Thank you Los Jarros oh and the price was reasonable as well.

We arrived at around 11:30 in the morning on Sunday 6/23. More staff arrived, like me, and were seated. The waitress attended to us with the drinks and then with the menu. Its not the first time Ive seen this restaurant and they almost always give you chips. While waiting for our drinks, I saw how the waitress went to the people who came in behind me and brought them chips and salsa. I wondered why they didnt take our table because everyone who entered after me got hit. My food arrived which was small and I asked for chips and salsa because they hadnt brought us any. Until then, the waitress took a while to bring the chips. When paying the bill I noticed that he was charging me 4.99 for the chips when they put them on the table for others. When I complained about this charge to the waitress, she told me that since I had ordered the chips, she had to charge me. Then I told her that she had not brought them to me as well as the two families that came in behind me that they grabbed them without asking. I had never paid for chips and she told me that they dont offer chips for breakfast when the others did. She told me that it is new and that she didnt know. She is not new because I have seen her every time I go. Please train your waitress well because because of that rat charge that she did, I wont be coming back. Surely its not just me who does it when the chips are free.

Hole in the wall place. Good food at very reasonable prices. Went back for the second time. Only one server and she was working her tail-end off. Went on a Friday night and they seemed busy, so the service was not anywhere close to fast. Good food and worth the wait. My shrimp were dry and certainly not as delicious as the first time. My wifes fajitas were outstanding. Brothers combo plate was good as well. Parking: Small parking lot and a little challenging to maneuver in.

We stopped by on our way to go see family and have to admit we were extremely disappointed. The meat in our tacos was cold and it had no flavor plus the salsa was just watery. Needless to say very pricey for what we ate. More than $100. I will not recommend and will never return.

This is a great little Mom and poprestaurant conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Cowboys they have great chips and salsa. Also, there sour cream enchiladas are great. My son and I enjoy eating there. One of the great things I love about the restaurant is that the prices are reasonable. Usually during the lunch hour its crowded. The parking lot can be packed but theres extra around the back and other businesses nearby where you can maybe park across and walk over. Parking: It depends on the time of day. usually doing the lunch rush it can be crowded. But, its not difficult to find a place to park maybe at a neighborhood business or across the street. I believe there is also parking in the back of the business.

I went this evening for a soup which is amazing, I m Fr San Antonio and noticed they had carne guisada was so excited to eat one. The smallest cold taco I ve ever had hardly any meat had more cheese than anything. Wasn t going to write a review until I went back and told them and the cook threw it in the microwave and gave me back the worst Taco ever Disappointed!! The Lady at the front counter was very nice and understanding.

An authentic Mexican restaurant, actually its my favorite. As an Arlington native, this is a comfort spot for me and my family. It feels like my own hispanic mom or aunt is cooking this food, not to mention the calm environment there is and the lunch specials in between the week. Ive been coming here since 2018 and I love it. The breakfast and lunch options are delicious! Sure the food is basic Mexican food nothing too exotic but for the price and deliciousness, you can t beat it. The ladies that work here are the sweetest and they are very attentive with the service they provide. Give it a try and you will not regret it. Its only a few blocks away from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, so this is a great option in the morning and get some Chilaquiles. I usually get the enchiladas or parrillada but there are other options. Give it a try, you wont regret it.

We stopped by for breakfast and were very disappointed. Our breakfast came and we waited an additional 5 minutes because our daughters food chicken nuggets werent ready. We waited and had to go ask and still waited because it wasnt ready. When we were told when they brought our plates its on the way right now. We had to keep asking for coffee and my daughter had to also go and ask for a refill because the waitress never asked if we needed refills. Im all for waiting but when we are the only people in the restaurant its uncalled for. There was another couple here but they were waited on hand and foot they also got refills without asking. This is not how new customers should be treated. I understand you get regular but when you treat new customers like this they wont be back. Food wasnt good it also tasted as if they are using a dirty grill and old oil. Food wasnt hot neither and sausage tasted like it had freezer burn.

Delicious food for a great price! I had lunch here with co-workers almost weekly. On other occasions had lunch with my husband and the enchiladas were his favorite. My favorite is the chile rellenos, charro beans, and the tamales. My co-workers really liked the tostada plate and the Poblano chicken. Its always packed during lunch so get there early.

Food is not authentic Mexican food, as soon as we walked in waitresses seemed overwhelmed. Got our drinks taken and waited 25 mins for our order to be taken, two other tables had their order taken and received their food before ours got to us (mind you it was just 2 of us). Once our food arrived we were disappointed I had ordered the tampiquena, meat was rubbery and tasted very old, the enchilada verde was sauced with what tasted like canned tomatillo sauce very sour and tasteless. As to my friend he ordered coctel de camarón and shrimp was old and tasted like over frozen fridge and texture was mushy. Do not recommend I have been feeling sick and very nauseous since.

So the atmosphere is good. The waiters/waitress were very friendly. Food is super affordable and more than plenty. I ordered the carne asada. It comes with rice, refried beans, Pico and guacamole. All was good, except the beans. It has zero taste. My friend had to add extra salt to it. Hense the 3-star reviews. I will return, because I think everyone deserves a second chance.
