Nice looking place, but, it is NOT a restaurant. Its a cocktail bar (no beer on tap)/sports bar/nightclub....... Not what you expect in a large Hotel ! Bar style food only, and half the menu was unavailable.... served on plastic sheets (i can only assume so they dont have to wash dishes) with plastic cutlery in plastic bags. Frys were soggy, fish was just fish-bites, and overcooked. (No salt or pepper on the tables) The (microwaved from frozen) cheesecake was hot at the thin end and still frozen at the thick end. Service was average at best, 4 bar staff (and only about 15 customers) but only one server doing anything, while the other 3 just chatted to each other at the end of the bar. Server had no idea what was still available on the menu, and what i eventually ordered isnt what i hot because they had run out. Possibly the worst Restaurant experience i have had anywhere in the world :-(

Went to a pool party, but didn t get into the pool. The DJ was jamming, people at the entrance as well as the bar tender and hookah lady were very friendly! Had a great time! Didn t order food.

Attended Omega function Friday night they had 2 bartenders for hundreds of people, insufficient. Then had 1 person taking orders and serving!!!! I sufficient.. Sunday for brunch they rationed food for a brunch that was supposed be all you can eat from 11:30-2pm. At 12:30 they had run out of food. The fruit was chopped into tidbits!!! It was horrible. Then they have all the stray people hanging around outside the hotel.... I did not stay here so I cant comment on the rooms.

Everything was fabulous about this location except for the food. The chicken wings were overcooked, dated, seasonless. Just horrible. I tried dipping the chicken in ranch dressing, but still no luck. And the prices were not reasonable, but I was hungry. The next day, I tried the food again and went to brunch. The Eggo waffles were burnt, the chicken fingers for the waffles were tasteless. Breakfast potatoes and fruit were the only edible foods. Friendly customer service and pleasant atmosphere, but just not a place to eat.

Love the Karaoke Pool parties.. so much Ive been a couple of times this summer.. No drama.. no kiddie mess. Good clean fun and no judgment.. A pool party where people actually get in the pool.. Now, when its a hosted party, I noticed they jacked their prices up a bit.. Not cool.. Also, be leary of contacting the hosts.. Instead, contact the owner for bookings.. The host tried to get us for $1,000 for a cabana, which was crazy.. called the owner, and it was waaaaaaayyy less.. Im sure the host was pocketing the extra.. So be careful with that.

So I didn t order food just drinks. We went on a Saturday night got there a little early before the evening started (10pm). They had good music going a bar down by the pool, cute cabanas. They also have seating upstairs which I m sure is where people typically eat at. The pool was nice & clean, they even went and through big floats like the flamingo etc in the pool which I right was dope. I definitely plan to go back with my ladies next time and just vibe during the day with some drinks by the pool

Security was in full effect upon entrance. There was a nice crowd but it definitely got exciting around 11. Food: Quick service,Ordered 10 wings and fries. The 11 fries that were included could have been left off because they were cold. The wings were okay, but they were small. The BBQ flavor was good, but the Teriyaki needs a little seasoning or flavor. Pool Party: Very clean..nice temperature. The DJ -One Leg was on point. Website: Lacking, much to be desired...we tried to reach out to get a reservation for the cabana or table.

The place is nice and I had lots of fun. The pool needs maintenance though. It s kind of cloudy, to the point that you can t see the bottom of the pool. Clean the pool please. Bartenders outside are really quick, but the service for the poolside cabanas are a lil slow. I had a great time with Amelia and Friends, I will def come back for those events.

New ownership ..it was nice inside and poolside. Live band and saxophonist. Adult grown n sexy vibe. Mostly couples. Wings were ok. Hookah available. Some items overpriced. $15 entry fee for grand opening. Suggest patrons def monitor your alcohol intake because there are a lot of stairs.

I went here on Saturday 05/07/22 to meet up with some familys members for drinks only and maybe food .Got there before 9:30pm. We came up the stairs near the pool and parking lot and the young lady at the steps entrance told us that it would be $20.00 each to go into the bar area. We asked if a band was playing and she said no. Now if I am patronizing a business and will spend money at the bar why do I have to pay to get inside the bar? I asked her if I needed a wristband or receipt and she said no. I have gone to some establishment and if a band is playing, yes youll pay a surcharge or if you get there before a time no you dont pay. So I paid just to walk into a hotel bar. I dont believe the bar prices match the register price because the menu said that my drink was $14.00 and the bar maid said that a shot of Jameson was $12.00 which would have been $26.00 that match doesnt add up because I paid $$35.00, that shorten her tip. Hidden charges in my opinion.

After Promoting for almost 2 months for an event and coming to a agreement the owner canceled my event because he wanted to charge my people an additional $40 each for parking. I had already invested $9,000 dollars in the event on top of giving him over $2200 dollars for booking the event out of $4,000. The owner is not for his customers he is a greedy person who screws promoters for profits. I am most definitely bringing in my lawyers, I have missed a potential $16,000 off this event. I will never do buisness with this company ever again. I recommend people not to he will find a way to get over on you.

Nice area. Its $20 cover charge. They have a restaurant and bar on the inside. They have a pool and cabanas outside. The $20 covers access to inside and outside. The hostess is super nice and knowledgeable. I think its a great atmosphere. Not sure why people arent in the pool and splashing around...but its worth it. Their open till 2am. I think its a great atmosphere.

Love the makeover that was done since my last visit. Went for a bday party vibe was nice, there wasnt enough seating so we had to buy a 200 table, thats w out bottle service. Crowd was very chill, the drinks were average just took forever to get. The food was really good. The fried catfish was honestly the best weve gotten in Arlington. Music was nice dj played good mix. BR stayed clean. Overall really positive experience.

2 Hyptonics with Pineapple Juice $41.49 when I asked the bartender Jasmine all she can say it was a service fee that they always charge added on to it . Not my first time here what in the world? I have a picture of my receipt to prove it . I don t accept the weak excuse of a response I just got from the owner that the drinks we ordered were double, THEY WERE NOT, it was 2 simple hypnotic with pineapple juice drinks, if what he says is true then the bartender wouldn t have to make up a lie about a service fee and how they always do that. She knew she messed up too because she followed me out to the lobby where I tried to make a complaint in person. I don t ever make reviews but this just disturbed me way too much to let it go.

Outrageous prices $14 for a margarita. Hours of operation are Friday and Saturday 6pm-10pm then at 10 it turns into a night club. For a restaurant/bar in a hotel they are missing out on sales.
