Phenomenal! We celebrated our anniversary dinner at Farena yesterday. It was our first time and it exceeded our expectations. From reserving a table, the host was so kind and gave us a table with a fantastic view. Our server, Sky, was awesome! She was so kind and helpful giving us her suggestions, which were amazing! We started with the Calamari, which we really enjoyed, then ordered the Spaghettino with Grilled Shrimp and husband ordered the Pappadelle--both pastas were delicious. We also tried the Margherita Pizza (amazing!). Our cocktails, aside from looking incredible, tasted even better! We truly enjoyed our anniversary dinner. The whole staff were very professional and friendly. Our dessert was on the house, which I thought was truly sweet of them, it had different layers and textures of chocolate--very delectable, we couldnt stop eating! We will definitely come back! A wonderful experience!

We came down to The Bar at Loews after the Cowboys game and are so glad we did! Shubi was our bartender and was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu and cocktails and after learning our tastes on the first round, he curated a cocktail for us that was absolutely fantastic! We told him The Shubi Martini needed to be a permanent staple on their menu! We ordered the olives and pork belly to snack on and loved them both. The whole experience has been amazing and we will definitely be back.

Our server was excellent - communicative, anticipatory, knowledgeable. However, the bar was extremely slow, to the point where we had all of our appetizers and missing 2 out of our 4 drinks (we probably had been sitting at the table for about 40 minutes at this point). I witnessed our server visit the bar several times to ask where the drinks were. We ended up just canceling them in favor of a bottle of wine so we could at least be serviced. We were also disappointed to see that the squash blossoms were removed from the menu, as those were our favorites from a previous visit. All in all, the food is good but not good enough to warrant a return visit related to the other things I mentioned.

This restaurant openly engages in fraud They literally charged me 18 dollars for adding 4 pieces of shrimp to my pasta and the pasta was 24 dollars to begin with. The waiter lied to me saying adding a protein was free (as the 18 dollar charge wasn t listen on the menu) I will be filing a credit dispute and reporting this restaurant for fraud.

The Margherita pizza I ordered was mediocre and the dough wasn t very flavorful. The front of house manager I spoke to was very rude. She cut me off before I could finish my sentence, was very condescending, and then continued to walk away and talk to the other management employee as if I was wasting her time. Also, I was seated on the far end of the restaurant where I couldn t see the ovens stuck in a little corner when no one was in the restaurant except for me. Beautiful restaurant and quite big but I m not impressed

This is such a hard review, because the food was absolutely incredible... But in so many ways this place was struggling. Our main waiter was great, but every other employee (including the manager that stoped by our table) looked confused, awkward, and disorganized moving about the restaurant. Even the hostesses seemed confused and disorganized seating people, and we even had a reservation. Multiple plates broken by staff. We came to celebrate our anniversary dinner, and found it an odd atmosphere that at a high end restaurant people were in flip flops, sweaty jerseys, etc... I think initiating a dress code would help the atmosphere step up a notch and in a hotel like this, thats not unreasonable. Oh, and we found it funny, but honestly its a little embarrassing/sloppy, but the manager came to our table with our desert and added a candle and said happy birthday to us.. we were celebrating but clearly our anniversary not our birthday. All that being said, the food was high quality, fresh, and delicious. We had the spicy pizza to start and the crust was perfect! Great flavor profile. The cocktails we ordered (including the margarita and volcania) were very bitter which we didnt like, but others may enjoy the stronger taste. They were presented well. We also had the oven fired prawns and the orange beat salad. Both excellent. The only issue being that the salad was supposed to have pistachios, and they forgot them. This wouldve added to the overall flavor combo a lot, but still not disappointed. We had the hazelnut cake for dessert and it was very rich and quite good as well!

Service and Atmosphere were very good. The food was acceptable, but with some caveats. Notes for the chef: 1) Caramelized Focaccia - the bread is perfect, but the chosen cheese isnt the right pairing, change this. 2) Cacio E Pepe - what the mush! Great taste but thr consistency is not right, dont over cook the pasta. 3) Linguine de Mare - good gosh man! Olives in a seafood pasta?? And green at that? :) Ditch these, replace with a single half lemon, can double as a garnish and be functional (a unicorn) 4) The iced tea needs some help (someone squeezing the bag at the end of the brew? Dont do that), also, stock some of the pink sugar substitutes instead of all those grass-fed packets! Bonus: Speaking of grass-fed...Why does the kitchen door Moo at us every time its opened? WD-40 does wonders. Now go and kaizen to the max! Arigato.

Came here for dinner while staying in the Loews hotel for an anniversary. The atmosphere is pretty nice, although open to the rest of the hotel, which is a little less upscale than you would expect for the pricey menu. The food was excellent. I had the Cacio E Pepe which was a delicious light pasta dish. My spouse had the salmon, and it was cooked just right. Our server was very cordial and friendly, but was unfortunately a bit slow. I waited 20ish minutes to get a bill for example. Not bad at all, unless youre on a schedule.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary AND go to the Rangers game. I wanted to have a nice dinner so Farena seemed like the obvious choice. It far exceeded my expectations. Great ambiance, food, and service at an excellent value. Also, we were treated to a dessert on the house (which was so yummy) since we were celebrating our anniversary. We will definitely return.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday and ate here at this restaurant in the Arlington Convention Center Hotel. It was our first time eating here. The food, drinks, ambiance, staff and management were outstanding. It was some of the best authentic Italian food we ever ate. The host, Oscar greeted us cheerfully and seated us immediately for our reserved time. Our waitress, Sky was very professional, cheerful, friendly and made sure our visit and meal were awesome. The food was hot and really delicious. Hotel Revenue Manager, Timothy Freudenan recommended this restaurant. He was friendly and very helpful before and during our visit at Live! By Loews Hotel. The entire staff was friendly, professional and they insured our visit and meal was enjoyable. I recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely return there to eat. You won t be disappointed.

It s so hard because the place is beautiful and service is great! But the food was not that good to me. Everything needed seasoning. We had the Veal, Chicken parmesan, Bolognese, Steak, meatballs, Cesar salad and bread. And I tried everyone s food multiple time and it was all hot and fresh but not season as all. No flavor seriously. I had the Alfredo sauce on pasta to go with the chicken Parmesan which its weird to me it come with no pasta/side but the pasta was overdone and very peppery. That was the extent of the seasoning I tasted peppery. Oh and the veal had a nice crust but the inside was very dry. I d come back through lol. We had a good time. I would order a Caesar salad, that was actually good

FARENA - Its inside the convention center / across the street from Lowes Live Hotel Arlington. Its a far walk from the hotel through the overpass. The restaurant is beautiful with an open kitchen concept. The presentation of the food is beautiful. The sparkling lights from the water and pools are amazingly beautiful. The staff was great. The food was average to me. If youre looking for MEAT, this is probably not the place. Its fancy food with average favor, which is statically better than being over favored for the few. The prices are good for such a nice restaurant. I am glad we got to experience FARENA.

Inside the Loews hotel, this restaurant has only been open for a few weeks. The service is solid and very accommodating. The wine pricing is reasonable, but the cocktails are a bit pricer (especially this being Arlington), The tableside Cesar is not available yet. The one they did provide was good, though. Be aware that the pasta provided will be al dente, so expect a little bite to the pasta. Will return to try the pizza and a more comprehensive review.

What a pleasant surprise! We live here so for fun we decided to go check out the new hotel with some neighbors and in the process discovered this wonderful first class addition to our local restaurant scene. So glad to see these investments adding to the quality of life in our area! Service: First of all, EVERY single person from valets, to servers were polite, friendly, respectful, attentive and seemed genuinely eager to please. Atmosphere: This place is beautiful! Tastefully designed spaces flow nicely starting from an elegant bar in the lobby area all the way back to a large patio overlooking a Las Vegas style pool/spa area. Lots of glass. Warm lighting and old world details made it feel elegant but also comfy and cozy (we went at night). Food: Very nice menu with a good variety of choices, all made from scratch by hand. Id say this is the best Italian food Ive had in the DFW area. All this made for a top notch experience from start to finish. As mentioned before, the wait staff was very attentive, always nearby and available. This is probably the longest review Ive ever written!

Very beautiful space. I ate on the patio. Lunch was delicious but did not come with bread, so no soaking up the delicious sauce. The dessert was to die for! It was so much I shared with the couple at the next table by me?
