After working with four different attorneys who were unable to close my case I honestly didnt have many expectations before meeting with Carrie. But she took the time to explain my case in detail what was done and what was not done for the case, and her team always updated me on the cases progress, especially Maria Ruiz who is always prepared, positive, and ready to answer any question. Although this team is exceptional in customer service and knowledge, what counts is the result. I had been fighting my case for over twenty years, which large law firms classified as very complicated and difficult. Dont bother if you have hard cases, she ll selectively take cases. Oh and she ll make sure you pay her $100/30min consultation fee (which she spends 15+ min to take your family s background and information that has nothing to do with case) And after all, all I get is dont get pulled over and hope the law changes soon If you think good lawyer would be someone who can fight and win hard cases but Nope, not her she ll decline if its not winnable cases(i even asked how much it ll cost her to defend me but she wouldnt take the case since it wasnt winnable . I knew my cases was weird/special than other but taking my money and taking useless family information thats not related to to act like she did consulting and were helpful to let my know that my case was special and i d just get deported if we went to court for it.) She didnt even provide me with solution or other way around it (which somehow i was able to through other attorney) and just told me facts I already knew. She basically took down my family immigration history and recited what I already wrote down on her inquiry letter on her website. Im sure she would to fabulous job on easy cases but if youre looking someone who can/will right for you on hard cases, shes aint it

For me, the most difficult thing was finding the right lawyer, there being so many, we spoke to several. But after speaking with Carrie we were totally convinced as a family that she would personally be working on the case and would put in all her effort, since our case was not easy since there were some criminal charges in the past, but despite everything, Carrie He put all his effort and we managed, thank God, to have our family member at home, thank you Carrie, and Jennifer for all your professionalism. My brother was detained back in February of 2020 for a felony and we went through a lot of attorneys, that we lost money on some and none of them wanted his case because they said it was too hard and they were not going to be able to get him out. The very first day we went to the appointment everyone was super nice. Jennifer in the front desk was very nice and patient. When we met Ms. Nguyen she quickly assured us that she could get a bond for my brother because he has basically been here since hes been a child. We were very pleased and happy with everything she told us and explained everything very thoroughly. Daisy also explain the contract really well for us to understand and was also very nice. Even though we did not meet Alicia, she was very patient and nice when i was sending her all the documents they needed and she was sending me checklist on what was missing. I recommend Ms. Nguyen as she has been a EXCELLENT attorney. She is now helping my brother obtain a work permit.

My husband and I are currently working with Carrie and Daisy on immigrating my husband to the USA. Wanted to say I was amazed by immigration lawyer Carrie Nguyen was excellent services. She and did a great job making sure everything was smooth and no mistakes were made on our case. Carrie Nguyen was the third lawyer I consulted with regarding my case. The advice she gave me was completely opposite of what the first two lawyers had advised me to do. Because of what I was previously told, I believed that my case was really complicated, but to my surprise, Carrie saw it as straight forward. She walked me through the entire process so that I would know what to expect at each stage, and she and Daisy were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had.
