This is definitely my new favorite place for Date Nights with my wife! The atmosphere is calm and no one is in a rush. There was quiet conversations at each table where you could couples actually connecting and not looking at their phones. The food was exquisite and the waitstaff celebrated our anniversary with us through desert and additional samples throughout our meal! Bre was great!

We had a very terrible day prior to walking into Restaurant 506, but Michi was by far the best waitress we ve ever had. She was so welcoming and energetic and was truly the highlight of our day. We had the lobster ravioli and the gnocchi and both were absolutely splendid. The atmosphere was great and the music was the perfect volume so we could actually have a conversation without feeling like we were yelling at each other. Please ask for Michi if you decide to stop in.

Felt like royalty! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding night and we decided to celebrate at Restaurant506! We had a voucher that came with the package for our stay at Sanford House Inn. Mickey was very accommodating and honest about her recommendations! I had the lobster mac n cheese, and he had the porkchop with apple bacon gnocchi. Both of the dishes were delicious! Afterwards Mickey helped us celebrate with complimentary champagne and dessert! Very fine establishment with an amazing guest experience. Highly recommend!

My best friend and I visited Restaurant506 after getting massages at the spa. I will admit I had never heard of Sanford House and so had no expectations going in, but left feeling like I had discovered a hidden gem! The food at the restaurant was fantastic. It was so hard to even choose what to get from the menu because everything sounded so good. I ended up getting the daily special, which was seared salmon over a parmesan risotto. My friend got the crab cakes benedict. Both were amazing! I also loved the bread they brought us to snack on before our meals arrived. Afterward, we ordered the creme brulee and cranberry pecan bread pudding. Bread pudding is usually hit or miss, but this one was definitely a hit! It was moist and flavorful with lots of pecans and cranberries inside. Our server, Jacob, was welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. We truly felt pampered and catered to. I cant wait to come back!

We were in town for an event at the AT&T center. We chose Restaurant 506 based on the ratings. It did not disappoint! We eat from the brunch menu. Most items were $18 & up. People were dressed in a variety of ways, from casual to what I would consider church clothes. Service was excellent, and so were are dishes, I had the traditional eggs benedict and my friend had the avocado toast (with eggs, fruit, bacon) We are already thinking about coming back next year as we attend the same event annually. In addition, the grounds are beautiful!

Weekday brunch for two military retired ladies. Were both foodies and so, at least, once or twice a month we get together and restaurant hop around the city throughout our day. Restaurant 506 was our time dining experience. During this visit, there was only one other set of diners, therefore service was very attentive. Will return, at a later date, during a busier time to see if service results are the same. My meal choice was good. The establishment is absolutely cozy and charming, we had a wonderful time.

Rather disappointing. I feel the need to leave a review because the menu prices and descriptions do not reflect what you get. The only great thing was that the atmosphere was pretty, however the food was mediocre at best. First off, we waited a good while just to be brought waters. I ordered sweet lemon zest and blueberry pancakes with bacon. The pancakes were served upside down, completely shapeless, too thick, dry, there were only 6 blueberries on my plate, and the lemon zest was not even in the recipe. There was lemon pudding drizzled on the pancakes for some strange reason, and it was not good. The bacon was flavorless. The coffee and coke came in tiny cups, about 5 ounces each. You literally drop into the non-existent seat cushions.

Went a few weeks ago for a girls brunch and everything from the food, to the service to the overall atmosphere was wonderful. The biscuits and gravy were my absolute favorite and the crab cakes were a close second. Our server Jacob was an absolute gem. Food and service were good. Atmosphere is very nice. But was very disappointed that both notes on my reservation were ignored. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and I put that on our reservation notes where it asks if this is a special occasion. I saw another table celebrating a birthday and the table had a happy birthday sign that looked like it was provided by the restaurant and the table was set up a little nicer. And maybe they didn t have a happy anniversary sign so there s that but I also requested to sit outside in my reservation notes and they sat us inside. There were other tables outside so the weather was nice enough and I saw an empty table for 2 when we got there that I figured someone else reserved but when we left it was still sitting empty. So maybe call and confirm that they know these things if it s important to you like it was to us for a milestone occasion. Probably won t be back but it was still a nice meal.

One of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. From the second we walked into the restaurant until we left we were shown incredible service, attention to detail and wonderful knowledge of the menu. We started with the crab cakes and they did not disappoint. Generous amount of crab and were accompanied by a wonderful sauce. The angel hair pasta with scallops and shrimp was cooked perfectly and the sauce was a perfect combination of light and flavorful. The pork tenderloin special was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were amazing. The bread pudding was to die for and a must have. Our server Bri was friendly, attentive and provided an incredible experience. Restaurant 506 is a gem in Arlington and will now be our first choice for a romantic dinner or celebrating a special occasion.

We have been here a few times for dinner. The wait staff is always great. Relaxing environment. Drinks are made to perfection. We have had the duck, scallops, filet, and lamb. For desert I had a creme Brule which wasnt set and very runny but had excellent flavor. The waitress was great and comped that thankfully. The ONLY reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the extremly salty brown sauce the chef likes to put on the lamb and filet. Not needed! I scraped it off. Next time I will ask them to leave it out. If it wasnt so costly, I wouldnt expect perfection...

This was my first visit, I came down to watch my Eagles play the cowboys.... Later about that but this place made my trip well worth it! I came for breakfast and the food was amazing! I went with my fiance for a date after all the craziness of Thanksgiving and so glad we did. The food was out of this world every dish from the English pea soup to my pork chop absolutely amazing. The service was great as well always attentive but not pushy, and we loved the decorations for Christmas made it feel so inviting and warm. The waitstaff was prepared and professional: answered any questions and even knew the contents of the nights drink special. As for the dinner: mediocre at best. Price is $$$$, while presentation was $-$$. The only delicious food item was the scallop appetizer. I ordered the dry and flavorless Rabbit Confit for dinner. It takes hours to make Rabbit, and it must be stewed to make it tender. Seemed that the rabbit had been pre-made and then reheated in the oven, making it very dry. Also, if the restaurant is reading this: seasoning is needed - not just some leeks, severed as a vegetable on the side. Dessert was equally disappointing: I ordered the Crème Brûlée - it had been pre-made and refrigerated after carmelizing the sugar. The fruit on top of the dessert was old - it looked like something I wouldve discarded. Very disappointed in the flavor nd quality of the food; will not return.

I had a mostly lovely experience. The guest wi-fi, food, and atmosphere were all at a professional level. My server was ever so nice, but he did get my entrée order wrong. They tried their best to accommodate my gluten free needs and they were able to find some dishes on each menu for me, this allowed me to have a full course dining experience. I sipped on the Spiked Blueberry Lemonade Cocktail, enjoyed the Curry Carrot Soup of the day as an appetizer, (I wanted to have the Pecan Benedict but) I wrongly recieved the Tradition Eggs Benedict (without the muffin thankfully) for my main entree, and finished off with their Creme Brulee for my dessert. Each dish was lovely with each flavor and texture hitting the mark, I just wish I had really gotten the Pecan Crab Benedict that I initially ordered. I might be coming back in the future.

This place is just lovely. The atmosphere is sophisticated and elegant but doesn t feel overly stuffy or pretentious. Our waitress was warm and kind. The food is simple/classic fine dining fair. I give it a 4 star instead of 5 since the prices are quite high for such simple straight forward fair. For 40-50 dollars a plate I would hope there would be something with a little more pizazz on the menu. But, if your in the mood for a decent steak, mash potatoes, a great piece of chocolate cake, etc. you can t beat it.

Always enjoy Restaurant 506. This time, the Caprese Salad was not great, but I should know better than to order tomatoes in January. The herbed pork tenderloin sandwich and house chips were quite tasty and plenty to share between 2. It is a regular Arlington spot for us. Well be back.

My friend treated my mother and I to this restaurant today. It was our first time going. The atmosphere is so darling! The Christmas decorations are absolutely gorgeous and the food was excellent! Most of all, the service was remarkable! We ate outside because we didn t have reservations and all the tables inside were taken. It was a little colder than normal outside so they put 2 heaters around us. My mother is 77 years old and doesn t do well in the cold but with the heaters around us we were very comfortable. I was so impressed on how they accommodated us. I highly recommend this place!

Two stars simply because the courtyard and restaurant were lovely. The food was okay, not great or even good. There was a severe lack of seasoning, and the sauces had begun to break. However, the service was the worst, by far, of the experience. Both I and my brunch partner were taken aback by the lack of manners in the wait staff. The two ladies at the front were lovely. However, both our waiter and waitress were snippy and ruined our entire experience. My brunch partner is a Chef and often teaches the culinary arts. When asked how the Hollandaise sauce was prepared, the waitress retort was offensive and rude. The waiter was not any better in his manner and spoke to me in such a way that my brunch partner nearly had a fit. We wont be recommending this place, which is unfortunate as it has lovely potential.

The salmon! My husband brought me for date night. Its definitely not cheap(@$45 for an entree) however, the food is worth it. Very classic elegance. I had no idea where we were going but a wore a long summer dress and i fit in fine. Although theres no dress code, ladies, I would suggest wearing sandals, heels, or wedges. You will feel more comfortable in the lovely setting. The salmon was the best Ive ever had! And our server was very helpful and sweet.

This place was so great. I took my son there last night for a nice Birthday dinner and everything upon entry to exit was absolutely positively perfect. Wonderful Experience! Weve eaten steak all over the U.S. (and had some great ones)... But the steak here was above and beyond anything weve had so far. Perfectly medium rare, melt in your mouth, wonderful. We will absolutely be back. Not only to stay at the amazing B&B, but to have dinner at the very least. We cannot sing praises high enough.
