Stopped here for lunch since we were in the shopping center and we couldnt remember the last time we ate here. Service was fine and the burger was alright. Fries were good. They also have softserve ice cream with your meal. The floor was sticky under our booth. Overall, not a bad old school type place.

Hello! The cashier that took my order was nice but after that it went downhill. I ordered a double double cheeseburger combo but there was no cheese between the meats. They did not want to give me any hot fries so the fries that set up there for awhile was given to me. All in all Burger Street did not live up to the hype of the recommendation I was given. Sorry to say that u have lost a customer!

Out with the family today running errands and noticed this spot and decided to stop here because I really wanted a burger. It turned out to be a great decision as we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal!! The only negative is the wait. However, it s understood why there s a wait because everything was fresh!! I ll definitely be returning to this spot the next time I m in the area.

Manager her name is Ms.CeCe most disgusting attitude problem towards customers and her employees. I absolutely don t see how she is manager yeah you can run a restaurant but with an attitude like hers I m surprised anybody would wanna eat there. Not to mention the prices are high but add on the managers attitude makes it even worse . Do not recommend!!!! This Burger Street was a great stop after a weekend long adventure attending the first ever Fate Con in Arlington, Texas. The food was very delicious and satisfied our need for nourishment quite well. I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time, and I will definitely try it again in the future. My fiances bacon cheeseburger was exactly as we expect from Burger Street- big, juicy, loaded, and tasty! The cherry limeade we had is still the best around, as well. Highly recommend trying Burger Street for your next burger night craving!

Dropped in on this location on a rainy day with the tennis team in tow. 17 kids, 7 parents and 2 coaches. Every single staff member was kind, patient, happy, and very attentive. I could not be more pleased with this location. They took care of every single person we brought in. They happily offered refills, came by the tables to check on each kid and were so courteous! Whomever hires and trains, does it extremely well!!! I will go out of my way to come here again!!!

This place has gone so far downhill. It used to be good and the staff was decent. Tonight I came in an ordered 4 burgers that s it, and it took 30 plus min. Also the staff is SOOOOO rude (with the exception of one gentleman) I stood at the counter 2 times for more that 5 min before they got annoyed and acknowledged my presence. Don t waste your time here spent $54 on four combo meals and there was no bacon on my burgers called up there said I have received bring it up there and they will remake it drove all the way up there and they said, without the burgers they could just give me bacon after spending $54 and calling and letting them know about what happened and then getting told to bring in the receipt and getting back in my car and driving back up there with receipt they want to offer me bacon to take home to a cold burger that s just sitting on the counter. Ya know when you get a burger with fries through a drive through and have to try and not finish the fries on the way home? You dont have to worry about that here, theyre the same curly fries from Jack in the box. The burger wasnt terrible, well seasoned meat and cheese. But the bun was soaking wet and basically had to drink the last bit of the meal. Better options out there for the price.

I have only been through the drive thru, so no idea really what its like on the inside. This is a made to order place, so dont expect it to be fast...which is great! Their food is always fresh. Their sides (onion rings and fries) are always so tasty and seasoned just right. Burgers are great, a good size for the price. The chicken strips arent little pieces or barely strips they are fairly decent size. The white gravy for the sauce was good, not to salty. If Im craving a burger, this is one of the few places Ill go.

WORST BURGER STREET OF ALL TIMES ! Haven t been to this place in years, so I figured I would fulfill my taste for it first thing I go in the drive-through I m in the line for 40 minutes before I get to order. Secondly, I get to the order thing all I hear is a laughing ha ha Keke while I m trying to order my food could even think straight at this point. So I finally get my order of some tenders placed then another 10 15 minutes past. I called them and ask is everything OK? What s going on because I need to make it back to work at a certain time I m on break right now, so then I get up to the window. The lady tells me that they have no more tenders, I m just wondering why you couldn t tell me that 40 minutes ago whenever I was ordering. I wasted my entire break here all they wanted to do was offer me some spicy tenders wouldn t even let me get a sample of them. Customer service was nonexistent. Well, it was a Saturday evening, I pulled up to Burger Street and walked in, Some guy walked to the Register the guy stands there and looks at me were at stand still still and he saidHUH I looked at him and said is that the way you greet customers? I literally just walked out of the store. I came in to order a drink, and I stood there for 5 mins. No one greeted me or anything. All of the employees looked right at me standing there waiting to order and no one even spoke. There was a Hispanic lady on the grill and she looked right at me as she walked toward the front, and didn t say a word. The black lady at the front with the piercings didn t say a word and she was right in front of me. It was a black guy with a headset on too, and he didn t even say anything. All 3 employees just looked and no one tried to take my order. They didn t even say, give me a minute or I ll be right with you or even hi. Nothing! I just walked out. This time I even asked them before they handed the bag to me to make sure my order was correct and it still wasn t. I didn t check the order because it was for my managers. I am so disappointed that this Burger Street has gone down the drain. From the customer service when ordering my food to eating my food. Both of my sandwiches were drenched in mayo which made the bun soggy and disgusting! The food was OK. The burgers looked good, but I got chicken strips, and they were just more breathing than chicken, and they were hard and pretty dry. When I pulled in, there were two cars in front of me. It took over 30 minutes just to get to the window. Ordering f food just felt chaotic. Partly because of my 5 year old, partly because the person taking my order was talking to another employee. And its great to see a fun environment while working, I suppose, but when its taking over 35 minutes to get food out the window, Id rather get my food quicker. I will say it did look like maybe there was someone in training, so maybe it was just that. I had a highly unpleasant encounter with Theresa H., during my recent visit to this location at 4600 S Cooper St, Arlington, TX 76017 on 9/10/2023 at 1:05 PM. Theresas behavior during my visit was not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful. She displayed a complete disregard for customer service, and I am appalled by her actions. Firstly, when I approached the drive thru window, she was dismissive and rude, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. I tried to look past her attitude and proceeded to pay for my order. As she was handing me my drink, I told her that I had upsized to a medium and she had given me the incorrect size. She looked at me rudely and proceeded to ask her co worker what I had ordered. He confirmed my size drink was supposed to be a medium. I proceeded to ask her if she was going to charge me for the difference or what she was going to do specifically because she still had my credit card in her hand. She then closed the window in my face while I was talking. I waited for her return and she then hands me 2 receipts. I wasnt sure by the receipts if I had been double charged nor unsure if she voided the previous ticket to correct it. I simply asked her to explain what she had done. She asked me Well what do you want? I said I would like to make sure that I was not overcharged. She then very rudely explains that she charged me .16 cents for the update. I told her that I just wanted to understand what happened because this is my card and money and needed to be clear on my charges. I then tell her that her attitude was very non chalant as if she doesnt care. She says I dont care. I told her that she needs to find another role if she doesnt want to work with customers because her attitude was extremely unprofessional. As I drove away, she stuck her head out the window and yelled obscenities at me. Her tone and attitude overall was very offensive. Such behavior is not only detrimental to the reputation of your establishment but also a violation of basic standards of customer service and decency. No customer should have to endure such treatment during their visit to a restaurant. I strongly urge you to take immediate and decisive action regarding Theresa H.s behavior. It is clear that she is not suitable for a customer-facing role, and her actions are tarnishing the image of your restaurant. Reprimanding, retraining, or reassigning her to a non-customer-facing role may be necessary. Customers should be able to enjoy their meals at Burger Street without fear of mistreatment or offensive language from your staff. I hope you will address this matter promptly to ensure a more welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all patrons. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation.

Something has changed and not for the better. The wait is exceptionally long, they dont have receipts for your order and the food is missing the mark at times. If you want a good burger, this is the place to visit. The burgers are always hot and fresh... not heated up. The curly fries are a good change too. Oh, and theyre always hot too. When you want fresh food, there can be a wait. I wanna say on average 20 minutes. The drive-thru also gets a little long on Thursday and Friday nights. At the end of the day, be prepared to wait for a good sometimes great meal.

The lady on the headset was extremely unprofessional she wasn t listening to us place the order and was talking/playing around in the background. She kept saying the wrong things back and was extremely rude. Then we proceeded to pull up to the window and we reviewed our receipt because we knew there was going to be a mistake. I told the cashier we were missing a meal and the lady on the headset a tall African American skinny lady in glasses, got mad. The cashier said it s fine I ll put it in, but the lady in the headset was like no I remember taking the order and was telling US we were wrong. she CLEARLY didn t remember anything because after checking the burgers she hadn t removed anything we had asked. The lady on the window was taking care of us but the other one kept trying to charge at the window. The cashier lady was holding her back saying it was fine that she would just fix it, but the tall lady was like nah don t do that. At least someone was TRYING to help us out. We got told to pull forward and wait for our missing meal. When they brought it out we had to let them know they also forgot our drinks and she rolled her eyes. Won t be coming back here. Why would anyone want to spend over $50 to be treated with no respect?

Paid for 2 burgers and 3 onion ring orders at drive through. Only received 1 burger. Onion rings were not seasoned at all, and so overcooked that the batter was tough and brittle and the onion inside was dried out. Burger was thrown together sloppily. Weather is too hot to go back, so my loss AGAIN! Gonna look for another burger place.

To start off with the front lady, Celeste Im guessing since thats on the receipt and no other females were working at the time, was extremely rude. I heard her say to someone as we walked in we just opened. I was placing my order and she cut me off and spoke as if I was a problem being there as they opened. There was another customer behind us and she spoke rudely to him as well. She needs not to be the first person people see if shes that unhappy first thing as they open. I cant imagine how she is the rest of the day. The food was fine and the server was nice. Shes the enormous negative of this place!!! Kid-friendliness: Just friendliness in general was awful from the front lady.

This was my 3rd and last visit. Food was decent but the service is poor. Especially, the woman on days. If you dont like your job, find another or start a business. But no need to be rude. I work hard for my money just like the rest and decent service for it would be appreciated.
