Arlington needs to repair the dock that washed away. People fishing and just goofing around hanging out block the only dock for people trying to tie up boats from the 8 lane ramp. Parking is ample. The people there are pretty oblivious and it can be tricky to land or launch your boat because of them.

Definitely recommend this place its really nice clean, and theres a police officer for assistance. Toilets: Yes. Dog-friendliness: Yes as long as the dogs are on the leash Picnic area: Yes yes tables covered and you can also Grill definitely recommend it

Its open 24-7 at the dock. I like to go park and watch the sun come up. Fun and active in the early evening, quiet and peaceful in the early morning.

One of the last free parks around. It gets very crowded with everyone blocking the ramp. No police presence. Toilets: Porta potty onsite and the lake house. Picnic area: Tables throughout.

This park is great for fishing, and there s a lovely open field available regardless of whichever side you choose to fish where kids can run and play. I am bothered that the people who come here litter and leave their trash around but thankfully others will notice and pick it up. It s nice and breezy, and I love the ducks. There s also a dock for anyone whose interested in fishing on a dock. I ve seen some people get in the water while I ve been there, and there are people who go to boat, jet ski, canoe, etc. There s a Chevron down the street that sells bait, including live bait as well, which was useful.

Use to swim here when I was a young boy.. Each Sunday morning before church we would come out early in the morning and enjoy the water. There was much more beach back then.

Without a doubt, it is a pleasant place for fishing and boating, but it is annoying for the fishermen who are on the shore because every time a boat passes by, many waves are created and with the lake being so large, they do not go to another area. If I havent been able to catch something big and with those boats passing less

The lake is beautiful, Ive been here multiple times. Great fishing spot too, for any fisherman here you can find some striped bass, catfish, and even mixed fish here. Would recommend to here to explore.

Great view of the lake with lots of ducks and geese to feed! I dont fish but Ive never been here without seeing at least 2-4 people sitting on the pier or camped on the shore with their fishing rods in. The area is pretty clean and its a lovely place to take a morning walk.
