Very good. The meat was good and the atmosphere was very nice, but the service is what makes it the best. We had an awesome waiter and humorous. Everyone would check on us, not just our waiter. They ask what meat you want to see more, what cook you what on the meat, or if you need clean plates. Everyone was nice and awesome.

Horrible experience, It took 20 minutes to finally get some medium well & well done meats, it felt like the servers with the meats were quickly moving past our table & seemed almost annoyed when we asked them how much longer for medium to well done. After 20 or so minutes my dad asked asked for Lamb chops and I was able to get some chicken and sirloin that was medium rare, my dad asked for all four (small) pieces of lamb chops and then asked for some more to be sent out bc we had been waiting for a while. This seemed to startle the young server who then said that he would get some more ordered, 4 more pieces were brought to my dad, asomething felt off, like we were not welcomed, were we were seating, I had a clear line of sight of the kitchen were the meats were being cooked & I could see the kitchen manager yelling and screaming at the server who had left the lamb chops, It looked like the kitchen manager was yelling and instructing the servers to not walk by our table and go around (making gestures with his hands to not go straight but go around our table) Shortly there after (maybe a few minutes) the same kitchen manager walked to our table leans over my shoulder and tells my Dad to stop eating all the lamb chops bc they have other customers to serve & to try other meats (we dont eat rare, medium or pork), this both startled me and made my dad upset bc of the amount of time we had waited for the meats. At this point, we could no longer enjoy our dinner &I asked our waitress if I could speak to the manager, she then told me that the manager was the same person that had just told my dad, over my shoulder to stop eating all the lamb chops, I then asked her who is above him and she then said she would get the general manager, I then told her that I wanted to speak to him privately, I then walked to the area next to the bar & the manager (named Paulo) and I spoke about what had happened, I explained that the kitchen manager was rude and offensive in the way he leaned over my shoulder to tell my dad to stop eating all the lamp chops bc there was more customers to serve, the manager seemed a bit shocked and then apologized and said that his kitchen manager is not like that and he normally gets praised for his service and work ethic. The manager I believe his name was (Paulo), then asked if he could apologize to my dad and when we walked back to my table my dad was by this point speaking to the kitchen manager, who was denying he had said anything to our table and that he was checking on us, I then told the kitchen manager that what he said and how he did it by leaning over my shoulder was offensive and very disrespectful, the kitchen manager denied saying anything like that and refused to apologize, at some point a Karen (older, fat white lady) began saying that I was blocking her from getting food and that I needed to leave, I then pointed out that I was not obstructing her path and although she was a bigger person she had plenty of space to get her food, the Karen lady then began yelling curse words directly at me and calling me a low life and to just leave, the manager seemed startled, and the manager then asked for us to continue to talk at our table, we then returned to our table, the manager genuinely embarrassed by the Karen customers random outburst and the offence we had endured by the kitchen manager, said he would pay for our meal, I declined for him to do that and informed him that the damage was done and that I wanted to pay and leave, the manager took my payment, manager only charged for half, after signing the receipt the Karen (older, fat white lady) continued to hurl abuse at me and my dad and was saying she saw the whole thing and that we were low lifes and needed to leave, I then told her that we were not low lifes and that she doesnt even understand the language in which the kitchen manager offended us(Brazilian). At this point we left, we never received an apology from the kitchen manager and at no point did anyone stop the Karen (older, fat, white lady) from abusing and cursing at us.

My husband and I went to Chamas as a treat from dieting, yet now going crazy. The salad bar was second to none, the hot food on the bar, including the lobster bisque, was spot on. The meats were typically delicious, my favorites being the pichania and the cajun ribeye. Must admit, equally outstanding was the service we received, particularly our server Steve, and the main meat gaucho Alejandro. They genuinely treated us like VIPs, and their knowledge of the food and the process was at a level you rarely get to experience on a Wednesday night.

The truth is that the cuts of meat surprised me but wow. I was more surprised by the hot ones that you had different pastas. The terms of the meat are just right. 9/14/24 visit: Still 5 stars! I still love the laid back atmosphere and delicious meats (my favs are Picanha and leg of lamb) that are here. The meat rotation was perfect and our server, Kevin, was a Rockstar. He was attentive, and even made fantastic recommendations that led to us trying a new side we hadnt realized they had before. Even the gauchos were personable! I was so glad we came back to an old favorite to see exactly why we had declared it a favorite to begin with. Well be back for sure! July 31, 2022 visit: Still a great experience. Clean and our service was fantastic! Dedra and Deborah were so kind. The owner always comes by to say hi and he is an absolute sweetheart. I always have a great experience and the lamb chops, beef ribs and bottom sirloin are my favorite as always. This time the meat could have come out a little faster but overall wonderful experience as usual. 2nd trip: Just as great! We had Maria as our server and she was wonderful. Food was delicious. Still one of our favorites! First trip: I loved this place! Food was delicious but what really set it apart is the magnificent service. We had Daniel as our main server. He was phenomenal! Super attentive, nice and made sure we got everything we wanted to try. The managers were even super nice! I will hands down be back. The garlic top sirloin will make you salivate and the beef rib was so tender it melted in my mouth like mashed potatoes. Im a fan now and cant wait to go back. Totally worth the trip from Fort Worth. I live a block from Texas de Brazil in Fort Worth and would choose this place over them anyday after the experience we just had.

Please do yourself a favor and try this hidden gem. This is by far the best Brazilian steakhouse in DFW. The service is great. All the workers make you feel welcome. They are super polite and helpful. The food is amazing. The buffet includes many fresh salad options, several cheese type, smoked salmon, and many warm dishes as well. There are more meat cuts that I can count. The servers bring you fresh pão de queijo and fried banana to the table. Also, don t leave without dessert. Their menu dessert deserves attention. If you are reading this wondering if you should try this Brazilian steak house. The answer is YES! I have never been to one of these places but had always wondered what it would be like and once they found out they went all out for me. They walked us through how to it all worked and the feast began. I was celebrating graduating school and the staff did everything to make sure I had a special experience. The food was amazing, the staff unmatched, and service impeccable. We arrived late on a Monday night and never made us feel rushed. Even though they were slow, everything still came to the table sizzling and the meat not over cooked (though you can request it however you want and whatever piece you would like to try) . Ask to sit in Tonys section, he was exceptional, made me feel at ease even after I thought I lost my phone. I wish I could have tipped him more. Try the FLAN!

The food was great, but my partner and I were so disappointed when we ordered our favorite drink, the Brazilian limeade, and it was no longer creamy or sweet as it was before. It was too sour and tasted watered down, even after Steve graciously had them remake it several times. It was one of the aspects that made this place great. I really wanted to like this place, but... 1. I made reservations for 8 people ahead of time but they didnt have the table ready on time. When we arrive it was very disorganized, they didnt have anyone greeting people or even anyone manning the hostess area. 2. Their cocktails I thought were not very good. I had to send one back and I never do that. 3. The dining area is just one large open area, so it is very loud and kind of has a cafeteria feel. 4. They only came by with the filet a couple times. I ask for some and given one bite size piece. 5. The salad bar area was a disappointment have limited options. On the up side, easy parking, and our server was very nice. All in all considering the high prices and level of quality, I doubt I will go back anytime soon.

This was so far the best Brazilian Steak house Ive ever been to. The salad bar was extraordinary, and Im usually picky. Everything I picked were scrumptious. Love almost all the meat options, just had no choice but to avoid anything to greasy like the sausages and chicken bacon wrap, due to stomach health disorder. Also any meat thats too hard because of my sensitive teeth with braces. My waiter Steve was phenomenal, we never had to wait for him. A great dining experience! The staff was friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. When I asked about grilled pineapple, the server told me they were out of pineapple but she d see what she could do. Within minutes they brought us grilled pineapple! There was so much good food and we really enjoyed our meal.

July 2024 10th anniversary of this place. I was here around the time it opened 10 yrs ago. Was really impressed today that this place is just as nice. Every server is on point and attentive. The owners are nice and also go around asking if everything is Allright. The food is just awesome! Meat overload!! Green Square means bring more, red means youre good for now. All the meats are cooked how you like it. The salad bar has everything and more. The servers go beyond out of their way to make your night there great! I wouldve had food pictures but it didnt stay on my plate long enough to take a picture of it lol. Check em out!

Great place to dine, especially for special occasions. The service is top notch and they treat you like family. The value is the best in town. All you can eat meat grilled to your preference and so many sides to choose from in the unlimited salad bar. The best night out in Arlington! Every time I ve been here the food has been exceptional. I ve been to several churrascaria restaurants, and this is by far the best one. Their salad bar is extensive, fresh, very clean, and delicious. Their meat selection is unmatched and perfectly seasoned. Above all the service is phenomenal. Most recently our server, Kevin, provided some of the best wait service I ve ever had. He was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, made some fantastic suggestions, and just all around ensured we had a great night out to celebrate my dad s birthday. And that s the norm here. Now, this restaurant is in my top 1 of best restaurants that I have ever been. Jennifer was our waitress, very, very professional with an outstanding attitude, the meat guys were frequently offering cuts and when a cut was requested they were promptly. This restaurant will be the best place to celebrate the wedding reception party, definitely itll be in my mind. My husband and I went to Chamas do Brazil in Arlington, Tx, on Sunday, June 9th, 2024, at 5:30 with 3 other co-workers. We started at the bar to wind down from a long day at work. After one drink we were taken to our table. I read their menu online and decided to do the salad bar only. Everyone else had the full meal deal. I went to the salad bar, and it was great, but there were things on their online menu that I wanted to try but werent in the salad bar. The Lobster Bisque was very thin, and there was no lobster in it. The Mushroom Risotto was awesome. The other four had a bit of salad. They were waiting for the meats and didnt want to fill up on salad. After sitting for a while, the meats finally started to come out. The roving waiters were few and far between and often did not have enough for everyone. The first 4 servers only served sirloin, which was tough, and the next couple served chicken. We asked the waitress, who was awesome, when the other cuts of meats would be coming. After waiting, again, they came with lamb. The waiting time between the servers was way too long. Most of the time, there were no meat servers anywhere in the restaurant. We have been to Brazilian steakhouses before, and the meat was constant. All 4 of them said the only meat that was tender was the beef ribs, and they only come out once. Also, they added a 20% tip to the tab, which was never mentioned. Luckily we looked before tipping again. If you are going to put the tip on the tab at least tell your patrons!

Came here for Mother s Day to celebrate my wife. Food was great, but service was terrible the entire night. It was busy as expected, but you should never have a table NOT be tended to an entire night. Tables around us had servers, but we went the entire dinner without a single waiter asking basic questions like if we ve been there, if we wanted anything besides water etc. We wanted drinks, and waited (we thought we were being overly patient) but no one ever came up to us. We wanted to desert, but decided to go elsewhere because we were so disappointed in the service prior. Finally someone came when we asked for the check of course. We still tipped 20% because we feel for servers and it was busy, but nonetheless, felt really sad for my wife who wanted the night to be special.

This place is exceptional. The options on their fresh bar are phenomenal, especially the chicken potato salad! The grilled meats were delicious, make sure to try the chicken drumstick (where the meat literally fell off the bone) and the garlic top sirloin. Always a good experience here. My wife and I make it a part of our plans to swing by every time we re in the area. The lobster bisque is her favorite. We ve had it at other places but they can t even compare! Had it at Deans stake house, they didn t even come close. Well i was told this was better then Texas de Brazil which was completely false , to start off they were out of champagne that I wanted , they don t have fried cheese, and the salad bar vegetables were not fresh at all I was quite disappointed since I love eating salad bar options although the picanha was absolutely delicious and the customer service was very impressive, the tables were way to close and way too loud to enjoy my food . My fiancé and I are long time Texas de Brazil goers. We ve been hard pressed to find another great Brazilian Steakhouse. Chamas was a very close second to our favorite. The service the night we went was amazing! Tentative and friendly. Atmosphere was a bit dark but suitable for a great dinner. The foot on the other hand is a mixed bag. The salad bar had many more options than TDB. Some similar options. The meats came out fast and frequent. I was able to get one meat I like as soon as I finished that meat on my plate. This never happens at TDB. I don t believe Chamas has as many meat options. Some of them were not as good. Most meats tasted like they hand no seasoning on them but this was positive in my book. I was able to put the amount of salt I wanted. Over all the first experience was great and we ll return in the future.

Fantastic steakhouse, love the all you can eat style! We had Jennifer as our server and she was awesome. She got us everything we needed from start to finish. All the waiters were awesome about giving us different temperatures of meat and the meat was super fresh, seasoned very well, and delicious. The salad bar had some great stuff too.
