PATHETIC. We were just there for a couple of drinks, but it was utter disappointment!! They were playing vulgar rap music rather than Irish music. I had to turn on my Irish music on my phone at top volume to drown out the disgusting lyrics! No wonder there were barely any other people there on a Saturday evening!! Sadly, it looked like a nice Irish pub, but that s where it ended. If they want to remain in business, they need to change the name and target a younger clientele. Also, turn the temperature up a little bit! My husband even complained right away, and that is HIGHLY irregular! We should have just found a different place before we even ordered, because we were forced to take our drinks outside where we were then subject to dealing with cigarette smoke. Overall, it was a HUGE disappointment for us as we enjoy finding the Irish pubs as we travel!

No table service. Had to stand at the bar and wait for bartender to finish conversation with owner before ordering. No kitchen. Hard to rate food when its brought over from J. Gilligans. Beer specials were all domestic, light beers.

Cute place but terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes while bartender laughed and hung out with two customers at the bar. Met some friends there for a Christmas gathering. We had one drink and went someplace else. Disappointed and won t be back.

I never like to leave bad reviews but this was so disappointing. Asked for a baileys and hot chocolate two different times and the bartender said he d make it then proceeded to make 12 other peoples drinks, close people out, and leave me waiting for over 30 minutes

Daily specials, weekly specials, monthly themed drinks, and the cocktails are made with smaller, craft spirits and limited releases of more well-known brands. There are cool flights with whiskies you don t see everywhere. $3 off all Old Fashioneds on Thursdays is my personal favorite special. I love the dark woods and two-level experience with pool tables. A smoke-free, covered seating area outside that has a fireplace for chilly weather is perfect for getting fresh air. Nice, long bar and a few cool finds for whisk(e)y fans. They also have a better pub fare menu than many places I ve been. I ve been coming here for a couple of months and I don t even live that close. Great spot! Amber is the best!

Cool place but horrible service. The bartender was not very nice and stand-offish. I tried to be an easy customer but it seemed I was judged based off my appearance. I would say don t come to hooligans. Go to Jgills, milos, showdown, caves you ll receive a lot better customer service. Also the only pool table is dilapidated.

A nice, intimate, small bar with a sort of Irish inspiration. They have a decent selection of liquors and beers. Theres a roaring fireplace lit during late Fall and Winter time, if you want to enjoy a little warmth amidst their ample outdoor seating. This place is definitely worth a quick visit, especially if you happen to be eating nearby.

has gone seriously downhill since 2017. floors have water damage on them, and it seems management simply put rugs on top of them as a temporary solution. service forgot my drink after telling the bartender twice. I asked to pay afterwards. they forget again and just talk/drink with other customers. didnt have some of their limited menu items. the ones I did get were subpar. not coming back anytime soon.

Been here a couple times since it opened. Not sure if its related to the old Hooligans, but I like this place a lot more. Its nice and classy, great selection of beer, liquor and other adult beverages. No indoor smoking, since it is Arlington, but there are tables and benches out front that are considered part of the bar, so you can comfortably take your drink outside if you need a cigarette. Overall, I like it. On the off chance I find myself going out for drinks, Hooligans is on my short list of preferred options.

Bar staff was terrible. The girl refused to leave the bar to take our order even for drinks. Ridiculous. We were the ONLY customers (2 of us) at the establishment. We ordered food, had to go to the bar, and to order drinks, go to the bar.... what s the point in having tables away from the bar?
