Food is not good ordered a chicken sandwich it was burnt lol black and very dry. Ordered the spinach dip it was horrible and they got my drink order wrong. Not a good experience. Wished I would have went somewhere else.

Great place for food and drinks. Shrimp tacos off the chain. 2 jumbo shrimp per taco with fresh veggies. If you like spicy salsa and fresh jalapenos. This is your place. Small outdoor seating area too.

The service was absolutely horrible... We were pretty much ignored the whole time. Had to get up and track down someone to get a drink refill..They were not that busy either. The Salmon was good but the roasted vegetables were Brussels sprouts They were cold and gross. The potatoes were ok. For the price of the meal you would think it would havebeen a better experience. We were very disappointed.

Staying at the Hilton this week. Stopped in to this location for a quick bite and drink. Johnny was behind the bar and was genuinely excellent! Very attentive, kind, not pushy, and a wizard behind the bar. The best pomegranate cosmo I have ever had. Perfectly balanced and the pour was perfect! HIGHLY recommend stopping in to see Johnny.

My son and I were sat and given drinks, and then no one would come back to help us. I made eye contact with a waiter, and I swear he just shook his head and walked back to the kitchen. We sat there for 20 mins and ended up leaving. It was horrible. We had been driving for 4 hours and were so hungry, but thankfully we found an awesome wing place down the street called BFF. Amazing staff and food!

I had a great experience at this place! The quick service impressed me, offering a variety of shareable small items that were delicious. Rated a 1 star because I had to. We ordered the $42 16ox steak medium rare came out nearly BURNT and well done ordered the carnitas tacos - carnitas we NOT hot NOT warm BUT COLD !! The wait servers were trash. It initially was not busy and the waitresses barely came to our table, forgot drinks, standing around talking. The service got better because we went to the bar and the bartenders were awesome. They were supposed to stay open until at least 12 on New Years Eve. It was busy, but they opted to close anyway. I am disappointed in everything but the food and bartenders. Food was fire!

The food was Excellent, but nothing else was. We waited for a server to come to the table for about 20 minutes. Any other time I wouldve left after being ignored so long, but it was raining so hard outside we decided to wait it out. Finally flagged someone down who then sent a different server to the table. It took at least another 20 minutes for my friend to get his bar drink, about 30 for our appetizers, and I had to ask for silverware 4 times before she brought it, which was about 10 minutes after dessert was delivered. My friend & I waited tables for Years, and are very understanding... However, they werent very busy, she failed to do almost everything required of a server, and came to the table only when absolutely necessary. Easily one of the worst waitstaff experiences Ive ever had. Only the food being so good made me give the 2 stars. Otherwise, Negative 5!!

It was such a perfect day, the breakfast at the hotel was great, the cowboys won against the Lions and this damn place just ruined my mood it was around 4:15pm, we sit down at the bar, sign says happy hour from 4pm to 6pm and so I ask the bartender about their specials and what local beers they have she tells me nothing, not for anything you want and it caught me by surprise she had a horrible horrible attitude never spoke to me, when I asked for my tab, didn t say anything to me, when they picked it up, didn t say anything then either female bartender with black hair and winged eyeliner, I didn t even want to ask her name I immediately closed my tab and went to drink somewhere else. I d never come drink here again I wish I could give this place 0 stars. A lady sat next to me and she told her oh you re the lady that drinks wine and tips well! And she spoke to her just fine and was having laughs with her I was never offered to order appetizers or a main meal worst bartender I ve ever come across

How anyone could rate this higher is mind boggling.. staff was nice, but the products are terrible. A small group of us ordered simple mixed drinks, and they were horrendous.. we ordered food as well. Salads came with single packet dressing that appeared like that of a gas station. Honestly every food product looked and tasted like pre-cooked, pre-packaged food. Im sure all staff is nice, but this rating is strictly about the lack of quality in the food, as compared to the cost.

Come to this bar for a chill happy hour vibe or warm evening night cap. It was a nice break from my work travel to have a place to come and enjoy a nice drink. The service is what youd expect to find at an establishment at a Hilton property. My bartender Johnny crafted a spritzer to celebrate St. Patricks day. Running this week (3/14-18/2022), if you want an extra kick to the cocktail ask for a float or vodka or silver rum. Of course if a mixed drink isnt your forte, you can come grab a beer and enjoy a bite to eat as well. If youre looking for whiskey try an Old Fashioned or Boulevardier, gin more your taste I enjoyed a good Gin Fizz and Tom Collins here as well. If they dont know your drink ask your bartender and they will work with you the best they can. Cheers! I realize the world is screwed up but they were out of pork, onion rings and SUGAR! Asked about an appetizer and was explained how it was cooked and all but never let me order it. Went and took 3 other tables orders. It has been 15 minutes and sure seems the waitress is avoiding our table. I understand being patient with the lazy people now days and appreciating the ones that did show up BUT this is ridiculous. Finally placed our order through the bar tender. The only reason we did not leave is because every place around had lines out the door. ThE bar tender ended up being our waitress,. The original waitress never should back up. The food was not bad. Order was wrong. I did not get the food I ordered. I was given a drink that I didnt order and was charged far too much. Customers seat themselves. They seem understaffed. The food is overpriced. $18 for a palm full of fries, small cheese burger, and a few packets of condiments..... I should have just gone to McDonalds. The napkin was neatly folded.

We came to Dallas for the Canelo fight and Stayed at Hilton for the weekend, we meet Preston and Zach and they went above and beyond for us. They ran that bar and grill so professional but we would recommend an extra person especially on busy days. The food and drinks were very good and their customer service was the best weve had. To call the food they serve here mediocre is an insult to mediocre. Ive had MREs in the military that tasted better than what is served here. I ordered a club sandwich and clearly it had sat under a warming tray for god only knows how long. Excellent food and service. My daughter Marilyn met me on patio (dog friendly for her pup Bentley) for lunch. We had the veg pizza with truffle oil and arugula spring salad. The food was very fresh and flavors outstanding. Jonathan was our server and was very attentive and helpful. Im a pretty big fan of their pizza and they always seem to put just the right amount of cheese on it! Ive tried quite a few things off of their menu and have not been disappointed yet! Keep up the good work guys!

Great Restaurant/Hotel with a fun vibe ... But with a with zero concept of local bar prices. Never go to to this place if you want to chill and get fair prices on your drinks. JMAC

We had the Brisket nachos and tasted super rubbery and not much flavor. We had a flatbread as well and was super hard and absolutely no flavor. Margherita pizza was ok and the blt had a lot of bacon and was decent.

Great long island ice tea and the Jimmy pizza is awesome. Its their version of the meat lovers. So Im rating it off that. I was satisfied.
