We got sat down really quickly which was good! Our server took our drink orders and told her if she could give us a couple more minutes for us to look over our menu. We saw her sat down and talked to the other table. We ve waited for 15-20 minutes for her to come back. She took our order and another guy came brought our food. But the thing is it wasn t even busy at all. He ask us if there s anything we needed, the simple thing what a server should say. He was practically our server then the our server we got in the first place. He checked up on us all the time. Towards the end of the service that s when she started to talk to us. I was really upset about that.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. The parking lot was bare so we weren t expecting much other than we d get seated quickly and order fast bc we were starving. We were more than pleasantly surprised to have everything we ordered be delicious and cost effective! From the bloomin onion to the beer and $7 cocktails, (we had several bc they were so inexpensive) to our main meals - one of which was surf and turf, we spent $80 on an incredible meal for 2 people and Corey was a delight serving us. Will be back!

I went here with a friend. The server was very nice & friendly But I thought our server could have improved on checking in on us a lot better she especially stopped walking by after ticket our ticket was handed off to us. The cook didn t cook steak to well done it still sightly pink but I still ate it thou knowing it was very little in pink. My friend s steak was medium rare and it was blood shot red still . When it was pose be cooked like mine was. But he chose not say anything on it. But if it was my food I would have made the cook , cook it longer. The cook needs to learn follow the meat cook chart properly. My broccoli was perfect taste & texture. The food was still good & still willing to return to give it another chance

We didnt get are steak done well done as requested, our waitress left and didnt come back for 30 minutes, only came back for drinks, the manager had to step in and take our order. And when we got home the cheesecake we had gotten as a takeout order (we had ordered 3 chocolate 1 peach) were all original newyork style cheesecake, not at all what we ordered, bright side was the Mac n cheese was good.

Ordered take-out online for our anniversary and everything was cooked to perfection. Parking: The take-out parking is on the east side by a hotel. The parking lot is shared, and if you have a bigger vehicle, parking will be tight. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and ramps are available and accessible at the front of the building.

2 experiences in 2 weeks that were night & day different. First experience - ordered a salad with extra croutons. Croutons came in separate container, dressing on side as ordered, loaf of bread. Gal delivered to my car quickly and with a smile. Second experience - same order. After waiting 20 minutes, went in to be told it was ready, but it looked like I was such a bother. Got to my car, no bread. Went in, told they were out. Got back to car, croutons on salad (normal amount). Went back in & was told that extra croutons were on the salad. Recd order ready text 6 minutes after I left. I felt like I should ask for my tip back. Some people care about their job & some dont.

Adriana was our server at the bar, she was attentive, and sweet. We made some requests and she made sure personally they were correct. Overall, a great experience food was perfectly cooked. Started out bad and only got worse from there. It was my birthday and I was craving the bloomin onion. We walk in and there is no one serving the front counter. I am a patient person and I wanted to see how long the wait would be as well as how many people who work there I could make eye contact with. Turns out we waited 12 minutes and I made eye contact with 5 different people that work there, one of whom was supposed to be at the front. We finally sit down, order drinks and then food, no issues... yet. I quickly drink my tea (I explained that it would happen and that I was extremely thirsty)... wait wait wait... 15 minutes later and I finally get my 1st refill. My steak, ordered as medium rare, came out medium well (i emphasis RARE when ordering to prevent this issue. It was also confirmed by our waitress that it was supposed to be medium rare). Already having too many unforseen delays I had to attempt to eat the burnt steak or starve. Almost done, super thirsty, and our waitress graces us with her presence again and refills my drink. After we were done with our meal we waited almost 20 minutes before I flagged someone down, begging to pay my bill. Another 10 minutes and he returned, stating that our waitress would handle it... ok, game on... another 15 minutes and the bill finally arrives. Yes, we waited 45 minutes to pay. It seemed like she was having an awful day, asking if we wanted bread only seconds after giving us bread, asking us if we wanted dessert before our meal was even brought out, among many other things. Was my birthday ruined? No, but I sure as hell had to eat a garbage burnt steak and deal with atrocious service. EDIT: We went again, its still awful. The blooming onion and my fries seemed as if they were double fried (prepared, left out, then fried again) with old oil to boot. I cant bring myself to come back here again. I am not sure how you even find such poor quality steak in the panhandle.

04/23/2024 - Came here today to have a business lunch with a good friend. We both ordered the center cut sirloin - his, medium-well, and mine medium. Both came out cooked to perfection. I can honestly say that my steak was one of the best, most tender steaks I have had in decades. Add to that the loaded baked potato and house salad (for both of us) and cokes for drinks, and the price was quite acceptable. I would be remiss to not mention Alise, our waitress. She was prompt, polite, professional, and personable - in short, everything we could hope for. She did a wonderful job of serving us today. The restaurant itself was quite clean, and the ambiance excellent - the background music was just high enough to be enjoyable without overpowering our ability to speak to one another. I truly enjoyed my visit to Outback Steakhouse, and I look forward to eating there again soon. VERDICT: OUTSTANDING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I visited this location with my son, my daughter-in-law, and my infant grandson I am a wheelchair patron and found that they had ample handicap parking in the front of the location. I found the interior of the location weather tight and difficult for me to maneuver in my wheelchair with some pushing and shoving of chairs and tables we were able to get to a table and be seated our waitress was excellent she was brand new and I do not remember her name and I apologize for that but she was very good. The food at best was adequate I had spicy food which was highly spicy and very delicious but the meatloaf was not a thick cut meatloaf it was a thin cut meatloaf Patty I received two of those with some spicy sauce on it we all agreed that the meal was okay the best thing we had in the entire meal was the fried mushrooms. We were pleased to see if they had and gave us a sling to put my grandsons carrier in . All in all, our visit would be ranked adequate, and that would marginally recommend it in comparison to other like restaurants in my area.

I ordered the steak, shrimp, Alfredo pasta with a side salad. The silverware and bottom of the bowl was dirty, they brought me clean everything, no problem. I grab salt and its got a blob of who knows what on the shaker. The bring out my main and the bottom of the dish is crusty. The manager comes over and feels it so she knows Im not making it up. She apologized and said its because the kitchen wears gloves. Wouldnt it be smeared or wet then, it was fully dried and crunchy food on the outsied...how is that because of gloves? I didnt argue tho I just asked to pay for my side salad and called it a day. This place is a hard pass.

We made the mistake of asking to move to a table and got forgotten for about 10-15 mins. Had to tap a hostess and ask if they forgot we were there. They were all super apologetic and gave us a free appetizer for the wait so we ended up with all our food kinda coming out at once since by that time we were already ready to order. The server we eventually got was okay. The steaks were good but the grilled chicken was really heavily seasoned. Also, horseradish made the blooming onion sauce awful. Why does every steak come with horseradish too? Next time, well just get some fast food. Friday night is a terrible night to try and eat out in Amarillo. This was the third restaurant we tried. The worst part was that the table we were sat at was literally the very first table next to the host stand. Every patron, every employee, literally anyone coming to that side of the restaurant had to walk by us. Probably not going back.

I ate here the other day and after having one of the worse days of my life, it quickly made a 360 turn around! My server Aleece was the kindest person to me that day and it really meant a lot to me. She listened to me vent about my silly dosey of a day that I had and recommended the food that would cheer me up the most. I ordered it and it was delicious. Aleece kept checking on me to make sure I was doing ok and everything was tasting great. When I told her how terrible my day was, she said she d make it better and that is exactly what she did. I will be stopping by more frequently and requesting Aleece (if that s allowed). Not to mention every table she stopped at, every customer was smiling and in a good mood! To have genuine people that care still now a days is hard to come by. This place has a worker that s got that. I will be recommending this place!!

I had the most amazing dinner with my boyfriend for our anniversary. Aleece was our waitress and she made the whole night worth it. We had the blooming onion appetizer which was amazing, thanks to Aleece s recommendation. By far one of the best service i ve had going out to eat in a long time. She seemed very wholesome and would definitely go back just to see her.

Wonderful experience all around! The food was delicious, especially the mac and cheese bites (my first time trying them!) And the steaks were cooked to perfection. Our server, Constance was an amazing! She kept our drinks full, gave great recommendations, and was very patient with all of our special requests. Went to go eat a couple nights ago. Havent bent to outback in awhile decided to go ahd it was amazing and my server constance was rhe absolutebest.
