I was embarrassed waiting an hour for my food and it never got started because online show that the wings were available when I asked one person if my order was ready she told me it would be 5 minutes, when I went back 8 minutes later it still wasnt ready so they got a manager and the manager says they were waiting on a truck to get there because they didnt have the wings.... Someone never notified us and on top of that when I asked for a refund I have to wait 3 to 5 business days when you took my money right then and there.... You guys ruined dinner for me and my husband... Yall should be ashamed of yall selves not on the same page and very unprofessional. I asked for corporates number and a person who was supposed to be a manager hands me a culinary managers card instead of corporates number how ridiculous!!!!

This place was dirty and dingy. It took forever for us to be sat and the place was empty on a Sunday evening. We were finally sat in an awful place with direct view of the bathrooms. The walls and floors were so nasty and dirty. We were about to leave, we were just traveling through and we were tired and hungry. We decided to order, food was mediocre, fried pickles tasted old. Food made my son sick, and it was just a burger what he ordered. Waitress was very nice. We had never been to such a bad Hooters. Menus were so dirty and sticky. It was not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Will never return to this location! No thanks!! What a shame it s so gross. Don t waste your money on this place folks!!

Never was able to place order for drink or food! Came in they sat us down the place was dead. 5 servers walked by our table, manager stood in front of our table for a sec. Lol. We walked out! Im from fort worth tx I go to hooters at least twice a month and always hit up one going out of town. This was by far the worse.

We were headed back to NM from Dallas and I was bragging to my family how good the Hooters in Amarillo is we drove 2 hours out of our way to gobeat dinner!!! I was wrong it was Bad the food all came out salty idk if the whole thing of salt fell over our food or someone got heavy handed. I immediately lost my appetite they took off some of our food but we walked out still hungry disappointed and the bill was still 86 dollars and some change. We will never go to Hooters again. Its really gone down

Stopped by from out of town. I had never eaten at a hooters and my husband always said the chicken wings were really good. We ordered A LOT of food. Fried pickles, chicken wings, chicken tenders & a chicken quesadilla. I really enjoyed the lemon pepper & Parmesan Garlic. My husband ordered Buffalo Mild. The wings were cooked well according to our request. However, my husband said the buffalo sauce was different and NOT like it use to be... or at least not like it is back home (Oklahoma). My sons friend ordered BBQ & it took awhile for it to come out. We also ordered 2 other meals for our other 2 kiddos. We also ordered drinks for them... Which it took them asking for refills to get a refill. My husband and I both ordered alcohol. My husband had 2 beers and I ordered a margarita. The margarita that was brought out was disgusting. It tasted like medicine. Our waitress was nice enough to bring me a different one. It was a frozen version of a margarita... it was pretty melted, but drinkable. I felt bad about complaining about the 2nd drink so I just accepted it. The drink was weak. Basically no alcohol. The waitress said they would remove the 1st margarita, but it appeared on the bill. I was so annoyed I just wanted to leave (which we did). We visit Amarillo a lot. This Hooters will not be the #1 meal choice for us.

Went to hooters , the waitress I had was okay. I had to get up twice to ask for something,she was nice and all but seemed to distracted at the host stand. The experience at this Hooters location was highly disappointing. The wings were served cold, as if they had been forgotten on the kitchen counter. The fries were cold, lackluster and tasted old. While we understand this isn t fine dining, the quality of the food fell far below even basic expectations for a chain restaurant. To add to our disappointment, the manager only addressed our concerns after we mentioned the issue with the wings. While he promised to rectify the situation, the replacement never made it to our table. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, our waitress seemed inattentive, repeatedly asking if we were ready to pay despite our plates still being half full. Ultimately, our wings replacement never came to table we left feeling let down by both the food and the lack of hospitable service. It s regrettable that we wasted our time and money on such a subpar dining experience. While we acknowledge the hard work of the staff, there s a clear need for improvement in both hospitality and service. We won t be returning anytime soon.

Had my favorite fried pickles, Buffalo Shrimp, and tried the new smoked wings while sitting at the bar. Pickles were okay. The shrimp were good. Smoked wings were okay. Was just disappointed in having to get up and get my own paper towels after getting my food and waiting for the waitress or waitresses. None came. Had to get up and go ask for silverware as well. While sitting there eating. It seemed much more important for the manager and bar tender to talk about some kind of movie they were going to make. Will not return to this Hooters. I had been wanting to stop there many times and finally did and was just over all disappointed.

Decent food, great service. I ve been out of the country for a while so I was dying to have some Buffalo wings. Well they did not disappoint - classic hooters flavor. I came on a Wednesday night and it was dead. Only a couple people at the bar and I was the only one at the table. Parking: Plenty of free parking in their lot.

Placed a pickup order. Was 4 mins early. Asked to wait at bar. No issues. 20 minutes later I asked what the deal was and was told my order was done at the front and had been there. The bartender, Taylor, after being missing for a while when we got there, Taylor, is rude and in front of elderly customers used the F - word continuously, when she was there which wasn t much - left after getting us one beer - no Manager available went to Twin Peaks, very upbeat atmosphere, Manager comes around and checks often . No wonder Hooters is almost always almost empty and Twin Peaks is always popping food is good at TP also! Don t waste ur time at Hooters!

The girls are super skinny now and there were only 3 girls actually visible. The bartender our server and the hostess. Food was great beer was decent a little on the hot side when i got it. Wings were half dipped in the hot sauce. Not the worst thing! But there is a 10 beer limit, regardless of the customer state of mind. Im 260 lbs at 6 2, so I start to feeling an effect at the 6/7 beer. At beer 10 youre cut off regardless of your state of mind or motor functions. I asked to speak with the manager and he recommended Twin Peaks if Id like to enjoy more beer. Manager and waitress were super friendly and accommodating; however, Hooters corporate policy limitations dont allow them to serve more than 10 beers. Looks like Ill take my money elsewhere to Twin Peaks! Ill never waste my money at Hooters! Dont waste youre money at Hooters if you enjoy a few extra drinks! Again, staff and management were supper awesome, typical corporate America micromanagement ruineing a customer experience to protect a buck. You really should trust your team to run the restaurant!

I dont even know where to start... so there are no prices on the menu when asked about the prices we were told to look at the menu Online.. weird.. but ok.. we ordered a couple 10 peice wings then charged 4 dollars more that what was posted online. After the manager fixed the bill, the waitress shorted us $20 from 100 bill we paid with. While trying to fix it she then tried to take it again! After fixing that... we got out of there. Service was terrible the food was terrible and the employees are unprofessional. Check your check and count your change.. they will try to rip you off! Not worth it.. there is a Buffalo wild wings up the street.. go there instead.

I drove in from Lubbock today after being gone days for work and sat with Carly. She is so bubbly and energetic! Made sure all of my food was correct however, the kitchen did take a really long time. Way overpriced food wasnt very good. Not enough sauce on the wings. $24 for a chicken sandwich is ridclious. $90 to feed 3 people hot wings is just outrageous. They dont put prices on the menu and the waitress dont seem to know how much anything is. Took forever to cash out even paying cash. It wasnt very busy maybe 10 people in the place and 5 or 6 servers.

One of the Better Hooters Ive been to. Bartender was fantastic. I think her name was Hannah. Wings were great as always and met some really cool people. Havent been here in a long time (8 years) but the service was good (the ladies are trying) but they ran out of Dr.Pepper so I switched to water. They ran out ranch, so I did without. The smoked wings were great but the restaurant is dated and seems to be operating on minimum necessities for service. Our server said it happens often. But she did offer other options to make our experience better. NOW that made our day! Hard worker!

Walked in and the host was pleasant. Said there was a 15 minute wait. No worries. A few minutes go by and a server say if youre here for a table theres a 30 minute wait. Kitchen is pouting and slow. Waited for a while got sat. Food was ice cold. My sandwich was not what I ordered. The server told me eat it while we make you the right one. She walked away. We ended up getting transferred to another server. She was polite. Over all experience was horrible. Food was not good at all.

Awesome experience overall. Great staff. Great atmosphere. My only complaint would be the sauce to wing ratio, its gotta be wet WET for me! And second would be the flavor. The buffalo original sauce was very bland. So literally, just some minor complaints that could be easily remedied!

Best Hooters experience in awhile. Stopped in to have dessert, not much to do in Amarillo. Pam was the cutest and most energetic waitress I ve had. Her bubbly personality was uplifting after hours of driving. I had ordered some dessert shooters, my friend ordered the key lime pie. Pam suggest that The Oreo would be the best and save it for the last. She was right.

I went there last night a little after 10:00. The sign at the door said please wait to be seated , so I did. Unfortunately the server was too busy talking to her friends at the bar to seat me. I got tired of waiting and left. I understand that servers make most of their money in tips, and as a general rule I tip 30% or a minimum of $5. Which ever is greater. Im not some young kid who she thought wouldnt tip, Im in my 50s. I will never return to this establishment.

After they messed up an delivery order they were dismissive and said I had to go pick up the food..... Update: So the female that answered the phone said she packed the food herself....upon arrival to hooters the manager informed that the item has been out for sometime. The female employee lied about packing the food and was dismissive and unprofessional however the manager was level headed, professional and informative so even with the bad experience I would return souly due to the actions of the manager.
