I was recently was FIRED 9/20/24 all because I told a male server we dont not take each other tables we tell the server about the table and he went crazy on me made a lot of threats to beat me, stomp me, saying he not afraid to beat women and a lot more like manager (MEMO) had to hold him back the same manager didnt care about what happened or the threats he made to me over this table just sent us both home and went to the big boss to fired me!! I was a great server worked anytime they needed me I wrote a statement on the situation along with like 3 other servers writing statement cause they witnessed the situation I LOVED WORKING THERE BUT THEY ARE VERY WRONG FOR FIRING ME SPEAKING UP ON A TABLE THAT WAS IN MY SECTION I GUESS THEY WANT US TO LET OTHER STILL OUR MONEY Bobby a great manager but memo dont know how to talk to his employees or how to handle situations right

Not the best experience. Service was very slow, food was OK. The dragon shrimp were good but not very warm...flavor good but temp not. They gave us wrong order for one of our party but did fix it & let us keep the part of the order that was wrong.(had ordered shrimp scampi & brought shrimp Alfredo which was allowed to keep even after brought correct shrimp) didnt get drink refills & if asked for things it was very slow/ forgotten. Place was also little run down & a bit dirty. Didnt have a lot of customers & can understand why. We probably wont be coming back to this Red Lobster if can help it. Too many other places to go in Amarillo for lunch/dinner with much better food & service. Will definitely Not recommend!

All I can say is WOW . The food was out of this world, the service was fast and friendly and the environment was clean and comfortable. My husband and I had a wonderful meal together and would recommend anyone looking for fresh , good seafood You will not be disappointed. Absolutely diabolical is what I gotta tell ya. My family and I went into the restaurant just to sit there and wait 20 minutes before we got seated, then whenever we ordered, it took gosh darn forever I tell ya!! the endless shrimps took forever to come out, by that time we were already half asleep in our chairs. The shrimp also had us being a little queazy afterward!! My tummy was not delighted one bit I tell ya!! Never ever again.

I don t know if the chef has changed. Apart from the delicious side dishes, the lobster I ordered today didn t look good and didn t look delicious. The noodles and rice were dry and hard after being left out for too long. The waiter only took care of two tables. No one in sight.

Awful for the price you pay. The food was OK but nothing that wowed! My mother in law ordered the endless shrimp, and the waitress never came back to check on her to see if she wanted more. When my mil finally got to order more shrimp, it took forever to come out. By the time it did come out, everyone had finished eating and were ready to leave. Two of the ppl at the table ordered crab legs. There were not any tools or melted butter that came out with the order. When we asked for some, the waitress seemed like she didnt know what we were talking about. Its been years since we had been to Red Lobster because of a bad experience. However, it was my brother in laws birthday and that is where he wanted do we reluctantly decided to try it again. My husband and I will not be going back. The service should be better for the price you pay for sub-par seafood. I do not feel that this place cares about their customers.

Im am from up north where fresh maine lobster is amazing so i I ordered lobster to go, I asked them if it was fresh maine lobster, gentleman told us he had no idea just that it was lobster. Told us that they had to cook it there due to a policy of customers getting sick, I was okay with that until I got home and the lobster was over cooked, hardly any meat, not worth the $45-50 dollars spent. Please inform your employees what type of lobster you carry and teach them how long and what temperature it needs to be at. I will not be back, nor recommend this place to any of my family coming in from out of state

Had a wonderful meal. Red Lobster has always been one of my favorite places to eat. The Rock Lobsters could be bigger. Theyre about the size of a crawdad. We ordered the endless shrimp and it was amazing. We got to taste the different flavors. I absolutely loved the dragon shrimp and the garlic shrimp scampi was delicious. The clam chowder was okay but my husband didnt care for it. The staff was great The service was too. I think someone must have taken over this place because when we use to go there, it was plumb nasty. Now, its an incredible place to go. Highly recommended in my book. Vegetarian options: They had lots of good vegetarian options and the salad was good too. There was alot to choose from.

The food was decent but the service was absolutely horrible tonight 0 stars! Waited 10-15 mins to get drink refills after asking 3X. After the server forgot our drinks the first time and was asking the table next to us if they needed anything is when I asked a second time for a refill on our drinks again. The server then tried refilling our cups with water and had to leave a third time to get us refills of what we ordered. Server forgot my sides with my main meal. The list goes on tbh. I doubt I will go back. If you re looking for a nice evening out with good service and good food you re better off going somewhere else. I would understand if they were busy but it wasn t at all.

My wife and I went to Red Lobster last night as we were after a seafood fix, and it was spot on. Jayden not only took great care of us, but everything we had was awesome including the crab legs, lobster tails, coconut shrimp, fried shrimp, and naturally, the biscuits. Everything came out piping hot and cooked to perfection. We were pleasantly surprised all around; its clear theyre running a solid operation at this location.

My son and I ordered lobster and snow crab legs. The lobster was cooked to a thick rubber mess. I couldnt cut mine with a knife. They refunded the lobster so our meals cost ?45. We got very little meat out of the crab legs and went out hungry. They were not busy. We waited forever for out food. Had to ask someone to get our waitress and then waited for quite a while for the manager. Everyone insisted the lobster us rubbery. I have had it before and wish I had taken pictures. My son tried to eat a bite of the lobster and couldnt chew it. The manager kept saying they would take to the culinary specialists. How could you not know the lobster was so over cooked that it couldnt be ate.

Parking: Spaces are a little tight for one ton pickup and not much room to manuver.... cowboy country definitely not taken into consideration in the planning...few Beemer farm trucks out there, tho my pickups as expensive as most Mercedes..... Been eating at the Red Lobster for 43 yrs. First time the food wasnt good. I ordered Shrimp , scallops, & mussels in garlic butter served over fried quartered potatoes. There was no butter or garlic on the seafood. The Mussels did not have the beards removed which if eaten that way is like chewing on strands of wire. Mussels were very small. The potatoes were dry and overcooked. I was charged $1.99 extra for a salad which I thought came with the meal at least it used to. I know seafood is expensive, but for $32 I expected better. Service was slow. They werent busy. Saw about 5 servers. I ordered a mixed drink and we were eating our entree before it was delivered. I thought server had forgotten it. When we entered the restaurant. There was no hostess there to greet us and there was another party ahead of us waiting for someone to seat them. One of us finally went looking for someone to seat us. Bad night all around. Hopefully, next time will be better. May be a long time though.

the customer service was amazing, there was a male that served us and was super nice to us. For example, we don t really know how to speak English a lot but he understood us a lot! And the food was also great it had very good and tasty and the people there were very friendly and happy to help us! And this was our first time coming to Texas and eating here the waitress even helped us pack the food! Anyway, this was a wonderful place to eat in, I would recommend going here!

friendly reception. Even more friendly service from Jay. He was so attentive and looked after us very well. We wanted something we saw online on the menu. He cleared it with the manager and we got it. We thanked you several times. Because this menu was particularly good. The lobster and shrimp were also very good. I had a great margarita. Also recommended. Jay also let us know how long it will take. We were there early in the evening by American standards. Be aware that Red Lobster is more expensive than other restaurants. But its worth it.

The food could have been better. It was a very pre cooked field to it this time. The waiter was polite and good enough, but he could have done better if he wasnt so busy trying to solicit another job. This was with more than one table and a little weird, but he was personable.

Just the worst food I have ever eaten. Clam strips.. horrible! Right out of the freezer into oil. 1 to 2 inch pieces. Salmon was dry and very small. Very pricey for such horrible food. We will never ever return to Red Lobster even if we were starving.
