I m giving the food 3 stars because they were very skimpy with the meat so much that about 2 inches on one end of my sandwich had zero meat and the other end a small spot and there was not enough to disperse it from the middle. I was also missing some of the toppings that I requested. I gave service 4 stars because the girl that took my order took it correctly because she repeated it so the problem with the service was from those making the sandwich. Hopefully this was just an off time.

They have never, ever gotten my order right. We ordered two hook and ladder combos one white and one wheat. Both were white. We ordered chips and chips were on our receipt, but we got no chips. They made the drinks backward (was supposed to be cherry coke and Diet Coke, but I think it s a cherry Diet Coke and regular Diet Coke because the one with red syrup was punched diet) and I m too afraid to drink either of them because I think they both have aspartame in them, and I m allergic to it. Every single time we give them a chance, they either get the sandwiches wrong or short us something we paid for. Do not waste your time or money. $28 dollars for the wrong order with missing items.

2nd time to eat here trying to give this business a chance and walked right into seeing dirty tables all over, trash all over the counter top to stop and get drinks, coke/drink splatter all over the coke machines adding to the nasty decor. Final straw was while ordering to see a man with his gloves on making sandwiches cough into his hands and then continue to make sandwiches. No embellishment, just hard facts. Glad he was wearing a hat to cover his big hair.

When we arrived there was more employees than customers. But the tables were dirty. I did a basic split basket order. It was done wrong. The outside of the sandwich was covered in sauce. Just a disappointment.

Nothing can go wrong with a stop at firehouse subs. Building is always comfortable and clean, the staff are courteous and quick, and they seem to have a relaxed work environment, which shows through with their attitudes and service. Food is always above the quality to expect from a fast food place, and I personally have never had any issues with anything related with the store. If youre going to get a sub, go here. (My favorite is the Jamaican Jerk Chicken)

We have gone to this location several times around 9pm on Wednesday evenings. They close at 10 and we have always been gone and cleaned up by 9:40pm. They act very disgusted when you walk in the door. When taking your order they act like you are causing them to be going home late. They close at 10pm. Food is good but they do not treat you nicely when you are there.

I think they made a mistake with my sandwich I ordered a Cheese steak sandwich when I got the sandwich it looked like a chicken with jalapeno peppers but the staff working told me it was grilled bell peppers so I ate it anyway and the price was a little high for a combo meal. I just paid over $15 plus a tip and the Mac n cheese was cold and pasta not cooked all the way. My sub was supposed to have turkey,ham and peppered bacon w cheese no mayo or lettuce. It had a small amount of turkey, lots of mayo and lettuce , no mustard and no cheese. Now im back at work w nothing to eat and out $15.

I ordered 2 Sandwiches to go online, the large NY steamer I asked to be cut in quarters, but was not. The other, Cajun Chicken, came with tomato that was not supposed to and it was a mess, had to eat it with a fork. Also worst of all, none of the sandwiches came with a pickle. Avoid and try another location if possible.

I finally found my favorite sub here, and I cant get enough of it! The Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar brisket. FANTASTIC! I placed my order on the app and went through the drive through to get it. Hardly any wait, so I was pleased at this. I like to get the Mac and Cheese combo because the M&C is so creamy and yummy. Everything was tasty as usual. A bit pricey, $20 for the large sub combo, but worth the cost.

Updated my review from 5 star to 1 star. When going though the drive through they now hand the machine out the window for you to select a tip. Im all for people making extra money, but the reason you come to firehouse is because they round up the bill to the next dollar for first responders. I agree with it and like that. My question is, why am I also having to tip? Now I have to be the jerk that selects no tip, if thats how its going to continue, id rather not go.
