Pizza was doughy even after i asked them to make sure the crust was done. Im sticking with Pizza Hut or a really good standby is WalMarts deli, pepperoni and big chunks of mozzarella..They are cheap and delicious for two people.

The customer service is horrible at this location on Belle! They didnt have enough change to change a $50 from a $30 purchase, and expected me to go to another store to get change. I felt very unappreciated as a customer. Its all about pinching a penny here and not at all about appreciating the customer. Pidias were dry bc there was barley any sauce. Just a horrible experience in general. I definitely will never return and completely understand why theyre a failing business. Just a piece of advice, Go Elsewhere!

Ordered 2 Papadillas and we were both very disappointed. On the picture they had at least 3x more filling than ours had. We had 1 pepperoni&cheese and 1 mushroom&bacon. Very disappointed. Will not order a Papadilla ever again.

I pulled up Papa Johns on Google and it said they were open till 10. I got there at 945 and the open sign was off, they were obviously closing. I just needed a couple of their ready made salads and thought they might still sell them since they are ready to go. I opened the door and the manager (I presume) yelled that they were closed. I asked if they could sell a couple of their ready salads and she said no. I threw my hands up and asked what happened to closing at 10? I walked to my car and she came out yelling at me again did you really just flip us off because I said we were closed? I told her I didnt flip them off, I threw my hands up and asked what happened to closing at 10. She pointed to a handwritten sign on the window with different hours. That said they close at 940. (940? - weird) I told her they needed to update their hours on their Google listing. She was just incredibly hateful to me. I didnt even flip her off for her to come out confronting me and being hateful. I dont know how she has a job in customer service

*Update* 02/12/2022. Tried ordering online again. Same issue. Website still down! Same app issues. Same could you repeat that static, voice cut out over the phone. Made sure to tell them of the issue and they said they are aware. I wonder how much money Papa Johns Corporate is costing these franchisees with their lame website? Was going to order a pizza. Website is down as well as the app. When you call, there is excess static and miscommunication. This has been going on for awhile now.

Im an over the road driver and use papa johns all over the country, that being said. This has to be the 2nd worst pizza Ive ever had the displeasure of getting from papa johns. My garlic knots are more just dry bread knots, my pizza crust is not at all what Im used to with papa johns this crust has no rise to and tastes no better than a little Ceasars pizza..highly disappointed paid almost 30 dollars for hot and ready quality pizza. Save yourself the hassle and skip papa johns while in amarillo

If I could give them no stars I would! We were headed home after a long drive from Colorado and stopped into a hotel late and ordered our 5 kids pizza. We waited an hour and heard nothing from them. We then called and found out they had already returned and voided our order. They said there was no hotel room number even though the notes clearly stated to call when they arrived. They tried to say there was a wrong number on file even though I typed the correct number in. I mean there is also the option of just asking the front desk to call us. Or use my email address. Instead they did not try at all and just left so we had 5 very sad and hungry kids. Do not use this papa johns!!!

Kenny walked into the front lobby to order his pizza and was promptly greeted with a suplex into the lobby floor by the head cook. After awaking from the concussion he was left with awful tasting papa johns pizza. 2 stars on SERVICE and 4 on FOOD, so 3 star average. First ever customers. Ordered by phone (after 4th attempt) for carry out. Got there to pick up and went in to get order and we re rudely yelled at we weren t supposed to come in, and told we were supposed to call when we got there. Granted it s scary times with COVID-19....but when we ordered NOTHING was said about calling when we got there. Wonder how long it would have taken to get our food if we had done that, especially after 4 attempts to order. The good news is, the papadillias were really good. Still not sure we will ever order again though.

I used to to enjoy Papa Johns pizza. That was before a visit to the location on 34th and Bell. The manager was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that I was even there. All I wanted was a pizza. I know times are tough right now and I would be appreciative of any and all business if I was a manager / business owner. I will never order from this location again and will make sure to spread the word about the service and cleanliness of this location. Im am glad I decided not to go with an order as the exterior of the store was covered in bird droppings. If this is how you take care of the outside of a business I can only imagine the sanitation conditions inside the store. Shame on a once great pizza company for letting this type of establishment represent you.

This is a top notch pizza place. They have carry out or delivery options. No dine in service They have fresh prepared crusts prepared daily. They also have a dessert cookie that is a great dessert to add too. You wont be disappointed.

My husband is on duty with his job and called for delivery. All he ordered was a basic pepp pizza and wings. The woman who took the order obviosly wasnt listening b/c he had to repeat himself over and over. Then she didnt even asked how he was paying. He had to tell her it was credit card. He basically had to do her job for her while on the phone as a customer. Then an hour and a half later (when they said his order would only take 45 mins) he called back up there to see where his order was. He was on hold for over 5 mins. Finally when he did speak to someone they told him the person who took his order put it down as carry out not delivery. So he had to get out of uniform into civilian clothes to go and pick it up. I was livid as we have a 2 yr old who was also waiting on this food. So I called up there only to be put on hold multiple times. Finally got to speak to the manager who sounded 12 and also gave excuses blaming other people as to what happened with his order. That is not very business like as a manager. Your supposed to apologize and fix the situation. Then she told me they wouldnt charge us for the order which was over $20.00 and come to find out they still charged us. I see I am going to have to go up there and talk to someone else about this as the experience with them was horrible. Never again ordering from them. La Bella pizza has better pizza and customer service by far!
