Arcade is clean and well maintained. I honestly was amazed how clean everything was. The staff is super friendly and helps out when needed. I used to take my kids to spare time in temple and some of the games were so dirty inside they didnt work right and you can tell the outsides arent cleaned that well. A credit per game here and the credits are super cheap. Kids can get an hour or two worth of games for $25 compared to $100 for 30mins at others. Made long term customers out of my family!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Chuck E. Cheese! Our 5-year-old son is over the moon every time we visit, and a big part of that is thanks to the incredible team here. The gentleman at the door today (Sat Aug 24 at 1300-1430) is amazing. He is so into his job. Very cheerful and playful with the kids. Hes very nice and is checking everyone to make sure kids leave only with their guardians. A+ he deserves a raise. I wish I grabbed his name. The food was also good, and the place was clean. Food was good. Atmosphere was good. However, I rated this location low because since we arrived at 1800, there was not an attendant at the entrance/exit. With CHILD ABDUCTION so high in TX, this is unacceptable for a service I held Chuck E Cheese to the highest regard. For safety. After today, Killeen has officially ruined Chuck E Cheeses reputation. Sorry. You have got to do better. The cashier nonchalantly asked how can I help you. Asked for stamps and her response was, I can do it here. Thats helpful but do you say if someone just storms out with a child while you were taking orders? Terrible service. Customer service was bluh...

If youre just looking for a place to take the kids to have fun and get them out of the house for a bit, its fine. If you are looking for a place with decent food, and your kids actually care about winning prizes, then you should check elsewhere. The food is mediocre at best, and the prizes are an absolute rip-off, far worse than any other arcade Ive taken my son to. Not to mention the games themselves barely reward any tickets. If you do decide to go for the deals with food and gamecards, check the gamecards before you let your kids go play, for some reason the people on register always seem to mess up at least one of them. Either not activating it at all, or mixing up credit and playtime amounts.

Horrible service yesterday, the young lady with two puff ball and blonde hair was very rude to my mom. Her wings weren t cooked all the way and I felt them they felt like raw meat. And my mom asked if we could get another fresh batch of wings and the lady said yes. But the young lady returned and told my mom she could not get another fresh batch until an hour later. We went to the manager up front with the curly long hair and wanted a refund but could not give us a refund. So she gave us credit for a toy for my nephew, the manger told the girl with blonde long hair to give us any toy we wanted at the bottom. When the manager walked off the girl proceeds to ask the rude young lady with two puff balls, so what am I doing, I don t ring it up? And my mom asked if there was a problem with getting toy of her choice the manager gave her. And when my mom explained what happened the manager became rude towards my mom and said pick something now. And I could tell my mom felt so uncomfortable and we chose a toy and left immediately. The whole staff needs to be replaced, this is a kids play area and the fact you have staff that are young and rude makes it even worse. Will never come back again and will definitely be spreading the word to everyone it s best to go to Austin and actually have great service then settle for Killeen horrible service.

Food (pizza) very expensive and takes awhile to get to you, but was made the way I asked. Manager was very friendly and accommodating. Took my 6 year old granddaughter and she was very happy with the atmosphere, so as long as she was happy, I was happy. Kid-friendliness: Games and rides for little ones. Chuck E. Cheese comes out and dances for the kids, especially the birthday kids. Kids get tickets on their cards to exchange for small prizes before you leave. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to enter and exit, handicap accessible restroom. Accessible tables.

Had a great time at the party I attended. The games were great with the all day pass they gave us. The picture booth ran out of paper so we did not get to keep a picture. There is a lot to do for toddlers, I saw they separated the older kid games and younger games nicely. We had the pizza and wings and they were both good. Seating was limited for adults as we only had one row of tables. The party package seemed very nice as it came with the treat bags and the desert with drinks for the kids and the dance from the mouse which was nice to see the kids enjoy! The booth for the prizes was empty- so we waited a while for service but overall it s nice to go for children elementary age. We enjoyed ourselves. Kid-friendliness: All ages will be entertained

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately today s visit was less then ideal, the three people working the front were to busy talking to each other or sitting down in a booth to take the time to help. The women s restroom was nasty, one toilet seat had human waste on it and no paper towels . When I asked if they had any Parmesan cheese I was told they were out, a few minutes later I was walking to grab my kid and guess what I found the cheese. It s really sad to see how this place has gone down hill, now I m not expecting this to be the top of the line place but come on make it a little better.

This franchise is more expensive and more poorly ran than others Ive been to in many states. Cheese is considered a topping. Pepperoni is automatically 1.50 more, no matter if the pizza is ordered from the photo. They charge more for the parties by nearly 75$. I will not be having another party here. My kids had yearly parties up north at Chuck e Cheese, and we always spent summer vacations and halloween there. Im truly sad that this business can not figure out their operations enough to not rip off the customers. The staff blatantly hates what they do, and they force every employee to be a part of the celebration. I miss the genuine staff from the other locations.

I havent been to chuck E. Cheese on 13yrs so it wasa very pleasant experience. My cousin definitely enjoyed jere birthday and the kids lobed being able to game. Love the salad bar option they have now. Definitely have to save up to come here though. 4 drinks and large pizza combo was like $40 with tax. Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar and cheese pizza . Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options. Parking: Definitely a lot of parking spots but its hard to find on the weekend. A great place for kids to burn energy for hours on end! The pizza is pretty good. Some of the games dont work, and you often dont know until after you swipe your card. The place needs to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly as well. The last time I was there, the person at the door just disappeared, and no one knew where he went. So, there were so many people waiting to get in or to order food that it spilled over into outside. After a while, folks just decided to come in because it was clear he wasnt coming back. I like that they have someone at the door with the stamp because it gives me peace of mind that they make sure some random person doesnt walk out with your child. I always follow my five-year-old the entire time, but it still helps to know they work to prevent that because you just never know!

My son and I love this place! We always have a great time. It has become a bit of tradition for us to go and get him a prize by racking up tickets, lol. The food is good, but a bit too greasy for my standard (its pizza, though so ). My only real issue is the service. We wait much too long for someone to service us. Prizes are pretty terrible. What kid wants a calendar after earning 700 tickets? Place is clean, food isnt bad. Kid had a fun so thats all that matters. When ringing up our tickets for a prize that we thought we would have to use tickets and money for the cashier couldnt find it in the system the manager said the tickets we did have would cover it. Pretty cool! I bumped them up a star for that.

Chuck and cheese has change soo much, is no longer an affordable place to take your kids. I took my daugther this past weekend 60 minute play time was $29 a very tiny 6 inch small pizza 9.99 unlimited salad bar was $12. There was almost nothing to eat at the salad bar, it has change so much there is no ham, and just one type of lettuce. I spent $60 never gain.

I go here with my 3 y/o daughter almost every week. Sometimes, twice a week. The staff here , every single time, are always on point. The managers are always extremely friendly and helpful. The employees are the same. They go out of their way for us every time we go. And I do mean every time. I have never felt like a burden or rushed when asking questions or taking a minute to order anything. We are just waiting for the large Bella bunny stuffed toy and Pasqually, so she can have them all. I brought all 5 of my grandchildren here and they had 90 minutes of unlimited game play. I let them play, run, and dance with Chuck E. Cheese. They had a blast and its really affordable game play. It has been long time and saw things have changed. There are unlimited play cards for limited time. We paid $35 for 1,5 hours just for play time. Some games obviously adjusted according to not winning any tickets. Food is same, not good as always. Floors are dirty due to the carpets. I think after renovations they did not change the carpets which is not okay for a place for kids with high traffic. Also there is a weird food smell inside.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party and she had a lot of fun with the children. However, she did not care for Chuck E at all. I remember this exact location from childhood. Experience-wise, they could ve done a lot better. I even remember the roller coaster ride that I would always get on as a kid. It s the exact same as when I was a kid, they can use some updates in some of their older games. I do love the cheesy bread, but a lot of their dishes can also be updated. For example, the pizza could be fluffier.

It was all so much fun and we had a great time. If my opinion is of any use, I want to let you know that the staff at the counter are not friendly or kind at all. They left us standing at the entrance unattended for more than 10 minutes with 3 other families. that they were angry that no employee came to tell them anything! In the end we got in without a bracelet and they didnt tell us anything. but they also didnt tell us that we could pass without a wristband, and they just left us waiting at the entrance and the employees looked at us and didnt wave or say anything. that was annoying! why we wasted time and were late for the party we were going to. Even the families behind me murmured that it was very bad service that no one was able to tell us to come in! and that there was only one very slow cashier!

I was waiting for someone to help me, and while I waited I saw a female worker making a pizza with no gloves on, and then her phone rang. She stopped making the pizza to answer the phone and walked around talking on the phone, touching other things in the kitchen and when the call was over, she went right back to making the pizza. She didnt wash her hands, or use sanitizer. If wearing gloves is not a policy it should be. With the world we live in today that is unacceptable. Ill find another place to take the kids. That place is going to get someone sick

We came to Chuck E. Cheese for my baby cousins party And miles and jada were extremely Great they made sure we had a good time and our table was decorated perfectly just as I would do it , she made sure our drinks were full and we had a fresh hot pizza and when it came time to sing happy birthday she was there with the kids singing and I will definitely love to come back and have her as my party host again, and miles made sure we had fresh food as well and helped with the tokens he was great as well
