Since I was first introduced to my legal assistant Esther Alvarenga she has provided me the best service when I reach out to her she is always helping to find me and my husband the right treatment after our car accident. She always takes my calls and is very courteous and nice. The office staff is also very courteous and leaves Esther a message to return my call and she does right away. I was rear ended in a car accident last August 2023, and had to seek a lawyer. This was my first time ever experiencing anything like this, and I was nervous about connecting to a legal team that would be honest, transparent, and supportive. I took a chance when I came across McCraw Law Group, and am SO GRATEFUL! I am in Denton, TX for reference. For the past 9 months (my case is still pending), my case manager Esther has been my main point of contact. She is so personable, empathetic, and caring, and has been such an invaluable source of support and connection during this time. Esther has provided regular and timely updates about the case, and has checked in with me to see how I was doing with physical therapy throughout the past 7 months while I wrapped that up. She also checked in during any medical visits to see how they went, and how I was feeling. She is also very uplifting and you can tell she genuinely cares because of the questions she asks and how she responds to feedback. I had to change my PT in the middle of treatment, and she was right on it. She took care of the logistics and the transition was seamless. Anytime I had questions, it was very easy to get in contact with Esther, and she provided fast status updates. I have also had positive experiences with the lawyers at McCraw Law Group, especially when answering any of my questions. My lawyer Thompson has been patient, very friendly, and I really like that he explained the entire process. He let me know when he would reach out to me and the next steps too. Esther and Thompson provided excellent communication, and explained things very clearly too. I highly recommend this law group, especially Esther and Thompson, as I have felt very supported throughout this time. Its been a very transparent process, my questions and concerns have always been addressed, and each step of this journey has been laid out so that I knew what was happening. I was waiting on a red light and got hit off my motorcycle by a drunk driver. Lucky to be alive, I went out on a whim in search of hope. I was rear ended and hurt badly with multiple herniated discs on my thoracic and lumbar spine, I was referred to Hunter & Kalinke by multiple people. Told the case manager over the phone that I originally had problems prior to the accident after a year of physical therapy I was completely better and had great quality of life (after my discharge). However, once I was in the accident everything came back but worse. The attorneys didnt even want to talk to me and just gave me a number to see if a new bar certified attorney would want my case. Well these new attorney are fantastic they couldnt understand why in the world Hunter & Kalinke didnt want to fight for me, especially because my problems came back in a HUGE way. Happy to say after a great legal battle, and tons of physical therapy Im getting better and was helped financially. Do yourself a favor dont call Hunter & Kalinke!

This firm works hard for their clients and their best interest. One thing I would like to add is if you want updates regarding your case E-mail them and they will get back to you. Highly DO NOT recommend. WOST SERVICE. This was a complete waste of time. However, I learned to make as many questions as possible on how their/any law firm process works. If they cannot answer your questions, or rephrase themselves to help you understand your concerned questions as a victim BEFORE you decided to do the intake process. You have the right to not proceed with the law firm. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and I can state how unprofessional and unkind Kathi Amos was with me with every phone call I made to the law firm. I made sure to address this issue with the attorney however nothing was done about it. My case was dropped after a year of dealing with this unprofessionalism. I m happy to report I am working with a law firm who actually takes their time to help me understand and makes sure I am fully informed of the situation before ending our calls. Hunter and Kalinke promised to work hard and settle my rear ended car wreck that totaled my car and sent me to the hospital. They achieved none of it. H&K delayed and delayed while asking for more and more documentation. They failed to get me a fair settlement and pressured me to take a low ball offer. They passed my case to other H&K attorneys and appeared to side with the other Driver s Insurance company. When my case was almost to the 2 yr. non-litigation limit; they dropped me as a client and forced me to go alone against State Farm. In my opinion, they cared more about making quick money and not being their client s representative. Never ever use them or you will be sorry in the end.

The lady from this location actually parked her car under the over hang at the childs gymnastics center beside their location, and went home leaving her car there, during an evening of severe storms blocking 4 parking spots and forcing children to walk out into the storm in order to attend their gymnastics lessons. What kind of horrible human being would do that to children.

Waiting on an answer to my auto accident case. I still give them 5 stars they worked on my case but couldnt get an answer from the other insurance company with supporting documents so they dropped my case. I understand they have a lot of cases and the would rather solve the easy ones. I honestly think that if they forced it to court and made the other insurance company produce written and properly dated paperwork the case would have went well. But if you have an easy case theyll help you and get you a settlement. The staff is friendly and will answer your questions to the best of their ability. I just personally think they could have done a little more to get it done. I ended up with badly damaged ribs and back and a stack of medical bills with it, but thats life.
