AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Never came here before and will never return. I let the server know Im allergic to lactose so no milk, cheese, etc. There was an error with my order and they put cheese on my meat asada and beans, I asked for it to be corrected and the cook came out of the kitchen with an attitude about it. It was a simple mistake but it didnt need to go that far nor to be treated that way. I said NVM Im leaving to charge me for my beverage. They still charged me for the dinner that I couldnt eat!

I was there on Saturday and the waitress was horrible she brought us someone elses order 3 times. Then it took her a min to bring out the enchiladas that we ordered and for 4 people our bill was 89.00. We have been coming here for yrs but the service was poor.

The crispy chile relleno was crispy, did not have much flavor. The beef enchilada was good with green sauce and the taco was good. The waitress did a good job but when I checked out she was on a ear phone yapping with some one. The chile relleno used to be good but I havent been there in quite a while.

Ordered menudo Sunday. I should have read the reviews here on their menudo. A large was nothing but broth , undercooked menudo meat and little hominy at that. Take out order. No attempt was made by manager to remedy when I called. Not going back.

Was very disappointed. Ordered a large menudo and paid $13 for one very small floor tortilla and an almost halfway empty 44oz cup of menudo. Not only am I missing menudo but there were NO GARNISHES whatever. No lemon, no onion, no cilantro.... Highly disappointed. Will not make the same mistake. Posted a pic in the pictures section to show just how much was not included .

We stumbled on this place after getting tattos. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. The waitress was friendly. The Horchata was just sweet enough. We had the menudo which was great and we also had the chicken flautas. The chicken was not dry. The beans and rice were good. We will be back.

This place was like a tiny oasis in the middle of nowhere. Ive never been here before, so I didnt know what to expect, and I was HUNGRY. Be prepared though, this place is cash ONLY, so make sure youve got some scratch on hand. The food was a bit pricey, but overall pretty good. Not the absolute best Mexican place in town, but I will definitely come here again. No doubt. It also helps they have a kids menu of stuff like burgers, chicken strips, and such... helps with cranky kids. Ill come here again, not in my absolute Top 5 in town, but I will definitely come back here. And anyone reading this should definitely try it as well.

Never knew this was there until we passed by today while cruising around looking for what to eat. Very glad that we turned around! Since they serve breakfast all day, we decided to order some breakfast burritos along with some sides. It come out fast, fresh, and very tasty! And it only came out to $11 and some cents! They did an excellent job at keeping up with the service AND cleanliness for each table of guests. Definitely turned into a new spot for us after just one visit and we will for sure be recommending it to friends and family!

We have been loyal customers of Mexico Lindo for almost 10 years...until today. We called to place a TO-GO order; after being asked to hold, we waited 10min before someone hung up the phone. Calling back, they finally took our order, said it would be ready in 15-20min. We arrived at the end of the 20 minutes and sat and waited...and waited...and waited. It appeared our order was at the counter just sitting there. Three different people walked by me, all saying they would be right with me. Twenty minutes passed by. After waiting even longer, I stood up and looked at one of the employees, who made eye contact with me but didnt say anything. I waited another 5 minutes and walked out of the building and a young lady chased after me saying, Your order is ready. Do you still want it? Her excuse for my wait was We are really busy....but TO-GO customers are customers too. I followed her back into the restaurant to get my order (Side Note: They also no longer accept credit card...ONLY cash...in the 21st century!) Upon arriving home, our order was NOT complete. We ordered a large queso...received a small queso. A Mexican plate missing a taco, no sauce on the enchilada, and a meat relleno instead of the cheese one ordered. No salsa was included. And we paid for all this food, and didnt get our correct order. Total time from first call to receiving my order was over an hour! The lack of customer courtesy after 10 years of patronage, the rudeness of the staff...they have lost loyal customers!

We have loved eating here for years and they have been pretty good 95 out of the 100 times. My issue is with the call in. This has happened the last 3 times we tried to order from there. They pick up the phone then ask if I can hold then after 2 minutes or more of waiting they hang up the phone. I Call right back and phone say they are not taking calls. Today I called back 6 times in a row and and kept getting this message ( as when you call a cell phone). So odd. I am sure they are aware of the issue. Its very frustrating and disappointing when all you want to do is place and order. Please fix this issue.

I asked in a Facebook forum where to get a passable plate of Mexican food, thats cheap, and fast This place got the most mentions. Man, they did not disappoint. The food was fast, cheap, and delicious. Funny fact, if your ever in Tulsa Ok there is a place with the same name, (not the same owners or anything like that) that fits that same description. This one in Amarillo is Cash Only and does not have an ATM. So bring 10 or so dollars each.

I have been coming to this place for years now and I will probly go until the day I die. They have the best gorditas and Barbacoa around and there enchiladas and fajitas are not too far behind either. As of June 9, 2020 you can go in and dine however seating is spread out due to covid regulations but the food is still amazing.

As of 9/1/2019 CASH ONLY!! My first and second experience there was absolutely great. Chips are light, salsa is excellent and not spicy. Chicken Quesadilla was very yummy. However, they have really weird hours and on September 1, 2019 will only be taking cash. So if you go, make sure you plan your trip! If you want a small plate, they will not let you order off of the kids, they will allow Senior Citizen to order from it, so be prepared. Food came out almost immediately, waitress was a little on the inattentive side, so it was reflected in her tip. But she was very pleasant.
