Very delicious. Ive been wanting to try this place and finally got a chance. The bread basket they bring you is free. Comes with marinara. They looked gummy but werent, they were absolutely amazing. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it came out piping hot and it was a huge plate. Also amazing. Service was great, atmosphere is comfortable and they have a good looking bar if you like to sit and have a drink. Great place, Ill definitely be back.

This is a great -easy going place to have dinner. The bread that they give you for appetizers is AMAZING. after this I believe that the dinner was going to be another great experience. All the food was good, my kids like it. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Family went in to eat dinner. Dirty tables, flies everywhere. My wifes food came out and I swear the chicken was bad. On top of that a bug crawled out of the amarillo special. Totally lost our appetite after this. Wait staff had to call owner to come down to take off the plate with a bug. This place has went downhill fast.

Our experience at Napoli s was unfortunately unenjoyable due to an excessive amount of gnats and flies. Although the food was good, they sat us next to the window and there was a swarm of gnats living in the window and up in blinds. They flew around our table and were crawling on the wall beside us. Hopefully this is not a normal atmosphere but it was unappetizing. We asked for a to-go box, and our waiter brought us one. We opened the box and inside, it was full of dead flies and gnats. It was disgusting. We told a waitress and she explained they have had it sprayed, but it seems to have gotten worse. As we walked out, we saw every single window had the same amount of bugs in it. We will not be going back any time soon. The restaurant felt and smelled unclean. With a different atmosphere and a good cleaning I would imagine it would be a different experience.

Ended up having lunch here after looking at 4.4 rating on google. This place is full of flies and even in the food (photo attached). Told the waiter about the fly and he tried to convince me it was a grape vine moreover it stinks everywhere like sewage. If you end up here pizza might be the best option.

I have always liked Napolis, this review is not about our dining experience but rather the fact that apparently in down town Amarillo AFTER a place closes, you STILL CAN NOT use their parking lot. A friend of ours took some people down town, after hours, to try some of the places like Chesneys, Rain, Crush and the Barfield. Yes it is posted, Napolis Parking only but after hours? Apparently you can not park anywhere regardless of the time. They had their vehicle towed by Senor Towing. Ridiculous. If the down town business want the opportunity for consistent business by people who actually LIVE HERE, this is NOT going to build any ones business. For example with these native, next time they will NOT be going down town but will choose places like BJs, Cask n Cork, or Public House. The effort to revitalize our downtown will not succeed when the business there treat locals like this. Again, I understand the posting for parking during business hours, but after hours? Really? Napolis has lost all of our business as well.

Wanted to try Italian I have to say this is one of the most perfect spots in Amarillo I absolutely loved the atmosphere The meal I chose was delicious. I had a very lovely afternoon there, I highly recommend just going and enjoying the atmosphere and the activity outside its a great way to experience exactly what goes through Amarillo. We had a party of 7 where most of us ordered different items. All of us really enjoyed our food. The garlic bread knots that came with the meal was light and buttery. I had the lasagna. It was very good and I was pleased with the serving size. Others got various versions of pasta and their plate sizes were huge. Some of the choices were veal Parmigiano, Vickys special, Amarillo Special, and Linguini with shrimp. We took lots of to go boxes back with us. We all got desserts. The chocolate mouse cake was very rich and wonderful. The turtle cheesecake was a huge hit with the others. The Italian cream cake looked fabulous.

Ordered food on Doordash to deliver to my hotel and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Baked Penne - it was a big portion, perfect amount of sauce for me, noodles were al dente and it was steamy hot! It came with garlic bread - soft, parmesanny and a little bit of salt, so yummy! I also ordered a house salad and tiramisu which I havent dug into yet. I needed to eat this baked penne while it was hot. Ill order again Napolis!

We were looking for some good Italian food and were impressed with the reviews, so we stopped by. We were early for dinner and were able to park right out front on the street. TBH, we were the only party to be seated for about 15 minutes lol. Other people trickled in and the restaurant turned on their oldies music and sprang into action. We got our drinks and garlic knots right away. The knots were super delicious and they were devoured. Our food came and was simply some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Our waiter was very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Italian food and I absolutely look forward to returning in the near future!

Food was great! My waitress was really sweet and got everything out to us in a timely manner, but the manager of this restaurant ruined our whole experience. He kept yelling at the waitress and was being incredibly rude and disrespectful. We felt so bad for the server because he wouldn t stop making a scene. I believe his name is rus. We have ordered for delivery twice and picked up our order once. The food has been excellent every time. The two times we ordered, the delivery service sucked. The delivery service, Karma Services charges around an $8.00 service fee (before tip)for each delivery. This is on top of a $3.99 delivery fee already charged. This time they didnt bring our dessert with our order. When I called the restaurant they didnt know who I was until I told him what I ordered. Im not sure how the delivery service works, but I wont make that mistake again. I will go get it myself. The food is truly amazing though.

This used to be a favorite, downtown location to eat and one of the best Italian restaurants in town but since 2020 it seems to have given up on itself. I had an enjoyable meal and time Napolis. I like the garlic bread twists. I ordered the lasagna for my entrée. It was fresh, cheesy, and good. My friend had the Penne Ala Vodka. (Delicious! Im ordering it next time.) The tiramisu was light and creamy with a bold expresso taste. Its not the cake form I am used to, but it was a pleasant surprise. Ill definitely have it again. With my lasagna, dessert, and tip I spent under $30.

Went last night for Valentine s & our Anniversary. We went early and they were really not that busy yet. We order our drinks and food. My husband got his dinner first and I was told mine would be out in a few minutes. We waited and I told my husband to go ahead and eat while it was hot. He took a bite and gave me a bite and it was not that hot. I know I waited for my dish 15 minutes or longer. Husband was pretty much done and he ate slower then normal. We asked the waiter when he finally brought mine out why mine took so long. He said they were so busy and overwhelmed. Again it was not that busy and there were several tables still empty and no one waiting to be seated. I started eating mine finally and it was all warm not hot. So I was so disappointed with our night out that I just wanted to go home.

I gave 2 stars because they were really apologetic. But, my Valentines dinner experience was a . Unfortunately we were forgotten about. There were 4 tables of couples that were seated after us but have not only gotten their salads, entrees and desserts, but they paid and were long gone and we still had not received our entrees yet. I even asked 2 separate people to check on our food and how much longer. Had to finally ask for a manager and apparently our ticket was turned in way too late as it was forgotten about. We weren t even checked on for any drink refills. Sadly, we won t be back but really hope your experience is much better.

Napolis is a great traditional Italian restaurant with wonderful pizza and stromboli where the crusts are just the right thickness, not too thin or too thick, balanced with just the right amount of toppings and cheese, nothing skimpy here. The stuffed mushrooms are a delicious appetizer. The Italian pastas and tradional entrees are delectable. Go easy on the fabulous garlic bread rings because you will want to leave room for one of Napolis awesome deserts. My wife and I love the background music, loud enough to be enjoyed but not so loud as to drown out quiet conversation. The staff is professional, affable and courteous. Napolis makes for a great romantic evening. I have sent flowers ahead with a card that were waiting on our reserved table for anniversary dinners (41 and counting).

The food was better pre-covid. Love the bread and love the atmosphere. Ive been here many times over the last 10 years and this was the first disappointing dining event. The food was lacking the flair. The Caesar salad was not wearing real Caesar dressing. Im hoping that quality will improve when the economic factors improve.

Napoli s has the best chicken fettuccini alfredo and at lunch it comes with a salad. Their bread is awesome. I highly recommend Napoli s. Their staff is fantastic.

My daughter and I went for 1st time, staff was nice restaurant seemed nice, but our food was not great, we ordered chicken alfredo and the sauce had a different taste to it thought okay different restaurant not olive garden, but at the end could not finish it, and the garlic knot breads were a little hard, both my daughter and I were sick for 2 days.

Been here 3 times when Amarillo was a midway point on a vacation. Everything I ve had here has been really good. Great meatballs. The mushroom caps are a fantastic appetizer. The Caesar is well done. The staff gives great service and very friendly. The garlic knots with marinara are a nice touch. I ll be back.
