I ordered on the app and showed up 25 min later to pick it up. All the lights (interior, exterior, signage) were turned off. The staff member answered the drive thru window with a blanket wrapped around her body. It took me waiting another 15 min for them to get my food to me.

Waited about 10 min for two orders, and the girl at the cash register was confused by a simple substitution. BUT Devontae was clearly doing EVERYTHING behind that counter. Stopped there yesterday afternoon to grab a bite. There were 3 different employees that saw me waiting at the counter to place my order not one of them said anything. One came from behind the food prep station looked at me and went to the back. Another was drinking her drink while prepping food, acted like she didnt see me and turned around. The one working drive through saw me and turned around as well. I stood there and waited a few minutes and left and left. I understand if they are busy they can at least say hello, we will be with you shortly. Say something dont just ignore the customer. The customer service they have is extremely bad. Customers should not be treated like that.

Update: I was able to contact them and the issue was resolved quickly. Came through the drive-thru and ordered a Baconator combo but swapped the regular fries with baconator fries and removed mayo from my burger. Was told to pull up and wait since they were waiting on fries. Waited for around 10 minutes with a car in front and behind me, also waiting for their food. I saw a man not in uniform (perhaps the manager) deliver the food to the car in front of me. After I pulled up to wait further, I saw the same person inside chatting with another person and not helping deliver food or making food for customers. After I received my food, I drove off and soon realized I did not receive my drink. After returning home, I found that my burger still had mayo on it. Update: The burger was not even a baconator. It is a double cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, and onions. This was not even what I ordered.

4/23/24 update. No issue with the service but the food was a mess. The two patties on the burger were severely overcooked and looked like they had been sitting out for a while. No way could they have been cooked that hard in the time between when I placed my order and when I got it. The fries were a mixed bag- some were hot and crispy others were limp and greasy. For the final insult they were out of Strawberry DP. I think my infrequent visits to this place will become nonexistent. Always use the drive through without incident except for one time where the person taking the order just could not get it right so I drove away. Food is usually hot and good.

They premake all eggs and meat for breakfast and leave under a heat lamp which they grab the premade breakfast food. I thought Wendys had better standards and served customers fresh food. I was wrong here is the proof. Wonder how many health code violations... Cant believe i have been eating breakfast here. Disgusting. The day of fresh food is gone i guess. Is it a health code violation to store cooked eggs and meat in the same container under a heating lamp?? If you have been getting sick after eating at this location.. This is why...

Went through the drive through to get lunch for the kiddos...this has always been a favorite of mine, the only thing Im displeased with is how damn much it cost...nearly 20 bucks for 2 med drinks, 2 chicken sandwiches of the value menu and 2 med fries...damn is there a chicken shortage??? My granddaughter is employed here. She is a single parent of 2 babies. When the daycare calls she has to respond. When daycare is closed she has no one to care for the babies. She is doing her best to provide for them. Wendys has taken her off the schedule for a week as punishment! Whats up Wendys?

It took 15 minutes to get our order taken and repeated. They had it wrong 3 times before getting it right. No drink carriers they said. We even left before the guy in front of us got his food. There were several employees outside when we pulled up just standing there giving us dirty looks. Don t think we ll be going back to this location. The lady who brought our food to us was the only person who seemed to care.

I ordered two burgers add jalapeños, the man working the window asked if the 50 cent upcharge was okay. I said yes. He told me my price and I went to the window to pay. He never gave me a receipt so idk if he charged me for the jalapeños or not, but neither burger had any. I wouldnt be so upset by it, but I was the only car in their parking lot, how is such a simple order so easily messed up.

This place is a joke.. our bill came to 12.10 gave the cashier 20.10 but she back 7.90.. We couldnt help her understand that 20.10 -12.10=8.00 after while it wasnt about the 10 cents, is was just ridiculous that not only her but the people she called to help her couldnt make change either.
