I cant even begin to describe amount of time effort and care that Mr. Alex Hinshaw put into my case, he was very firm with the court and was able to help me get something behind me after 3 years of waiting on the courts to do anything. The first lawyer I hired didnt want to mess with it and just wanted me to take a deal and refused to take it to trial. There is no supporting evidence and Im innocent, no way I was going to take a deal. After 4 years, I started making calls to find a lawyer that would take this to trial and get it over with. I made contact with Mr Spoon, set up for an appointment and immediately had a piece of mind after the first meeting. He never once tried to push me into taking a deal. After a few months of Mr spoon going back and forth with the prosecutor, he eventually got all charges dropped. The case is dismissed. This has been one of the most difficult times of my life and if it wasnt for Mr Spoon, I wouldve had to lie to a Judge and take a deal. I couldnt thank him enough, life changing.

Amazing experience. Every time I called and had a question Yolanda Leamer, the Legal Associate assigned to my case was extremely helpful. And lets not forget Alex Hinshaw who got my case dismissed. I am beyond grateful for them. Funny thing is Im from Chicago and as soon as I got off the phone with Yolanda I look to the right and I see the name Hinshaw. If thats not a sign I dont know what is. They don t have criminal defense attorneys answering the phone and the people who do answer the phone are unaware of their own civil rights. I couldn t recommend this firm.
