This location feels like a Ghost Kitchen, like they were barely taught the basic bones of Wild Wings recipes. The chicken of the sandwich was juicy but tough, scalding hot, and the rest of the sandwich, bun especially, was cold. I dont recommend at all.

Such a scam. I bought 10 wings which should be $14.99 and 10 more free. They charged me $22.49 for the wings. I attached pictures for menu price vs my receipt price. It s such a scam to do this to people. Not the right thing from this Owner of this Store. The employee did nothing wrong but push buttons. My items on the receipt show the correct descriptions. My prices on the receipt do not reflect accuracy on the menu prices. I will get ahold of corporate for this.

I get pizza from next door and wings from here. They are back to their old ways. Called for 20 min straight no one picked up. Decided to call when I was getting my pizza and I could see that the call was completely ignored. Only a few orders on the screen that I could see so I m not sure why they couldn t answer. My guess is the set the phone so it will show busy and disconnect you eventually. No one seemed to be in a frenzy making wings which would be only reason not to be a ke to take a call. If I owned this location I would be extremely upset.

Solidly average. Nothing bad, not particularly great. Its what you expect, nothing more and nothing less. Wings were sauces with the minimum that is expected, potato wedges were done quite well, and prices were high, but properly given to customers. If you need a bite to eat, and youre willing to pay for the convenience, then you wouldnt go wrong with this Buffalo Wild. Personally, I prefer the value from the Dominos next door, but this place is properly competing with them.

So I came in today as usual to get my wings , my phone had died while waiting in line so I couldn t unlock my card when it was time to pay . I stepped away to charge my phone the young lady at the front proceeded to take the food from me when I was checking the food making sure it was correct and put it back up as if I was going to do something to my food . This was fine because I hadn t paid yet anyways.Once I got my card unlocked , I paid for my food and she got it out the heater. And placed it on counter while still holding on to food. I told her I didn t need a reciept and reach for my food that I had paid for and she couched it closer to her like she was not going to give it to me . I proceeded to grab the bag out her hand and leave which she was upset and starting saying I snatched it . Moral of the story is customer service is horrible !! You can force customers to get a receipt nor can you hold their food hostage until they take it!

I get there and pay for my order and started home and something told me to check my bag, and all the wings are honey barbecue with no fry..I go back and the cashier that took the order playing dumb and now telling me I didnt order the bundle I just ordered wings. Ive ordered 2 nights in a row. Sunday night, the asap time for an order was an hour. Monday night it was 20 minutes, and they were busier on Monday night. The celery was questionable, soft squishy ends, and limp. The carrots are just visibly dry baby carrots, the safer bet. Both sets of traditional wings I got were tossed in a good amount of sauce. The tenders are something were excited about being on the menu now, although there seems to be some bugs that need to be worked out with them still. When selecting a sauce for these online, it appears as though theyll be tossed in the sauce, exactly like all the other forms of wing. This is not the case, reason given the breading will come off of the chicken. The sauce is supposed to be given on the side. We did not receive the sauce for our tenders, which is a very disappointing thing to find out once youve driven in traffic all the way home. The 26 sauces are a major factor of why we select this wing restaurant. The tenders on their own were good, but certainly not acceptable. If I ordered the curry wings I crave all the time, and they came plain, Id be devastated. Yes I like food, too much. Melissa was nice enough to help me with my issue, and I hope it gets resolved for all future patrons as well.

I visited this Wild Wings on Saturday midday. When I entered the restaurant 2 young guys (workers) were standing in front talking and playing around. I looked around the restaurant it was at least 4 large tables that were nasty & full of half eaten food that needed to be cleaned off. One of the young men set me next to one of those nasty tables then I looked closely at my table and it was greasy. I asked if it could be wiped off. The guy came and wiped it off and while he was wiping the table the rag he was using fell on the floor. He picked it up and continued to wipe off my table. I was looking at him like are you serious how disgusting is that. I then spoke with the manager who just smiled and said oh Ill speak with him. This restaurant is nasty to say the least. I will never go back here again. If this is a practice that is openly done in front of customer who know what else is done that people are unaware of. We are still in the middle of a pandemic. So Save your money if you want a clean & sanitizer place to eat do not go here.

This place is terrible!!!!! I have tried it twice, thinking the first time was due to them not being open relatively longer. The first experience the wings we overcooked with hardly any sauce or flavor. The second time, well after they have been open, they completely got the order wrong, and dont provide a detailed receipt where you can dispute it. The staff is clueless as well. Order was completely wrong and took extreme amount of time to get here. They do not send you a detailed receipt so theres no way you can even prove the order is wrong save your money order somewhere else.

I ordered Wings and a side of fries thru door dash. The fries we ok, but the wings were so overcooked, dry and tough. WORST wings I have ever had. Couldnt even eat most of them. Trash :-(

Tried to order through delivery but didn t realize it was an hour before closing so they allowed us to walk in 30 min before closing and Scott was happy to help us out and even threw in a large drink to accommodate us!! Love this little bdubs on the go !! Only took about 15 min to get our food!

The place is good, the food is good, only the staff is not the friendliest to say the least, I also asked for some ketchup since we like it a lot and she just said, I already put a lot in your order, I dont know for you, 3 packages of 5 grams is enough for you. 2 large orders of potatoes

Not a disaster compared to their restaurant but not too good either. Meal was ready on time which is a plus compared to the 99 location. They got our kids chicken tenders meal completely wrong and gave us some weird spicy chicken sandwich instead. Our regular hot wings were ok but our thai curry wings were awful. No sauce whatsoever
