Talen was our server and did an absolutely outstanding job, so friendly and on top of everything that we needed. The food was prepared quickly and when it came out, you could tell that it was freshly prepared. Most definitely will be coming back soon!

We ordered to-go and got the Monte Cristo with queso fries, the appetizer sampler, and the Italian salad. The website allowed us to remove some of the meats from the salad, we only wanted the rest of the veggies and the Canadian bacon. We pick it up and get home and its literally just a box of chopped iceberg lettuce and the thinnest nastiest sauce. I go back and they say they cant remove some of the meats because theyre already premixed. They remake the salad which was $15 dollars to begin with and its the most pathetic excuse of a salad literally ever. By the time we got home again all of the rest of the food was soggy and cold. They didnt offer anything but an Im sorry and were never going back there again. I can only imagine the good reviews are from drunk bar flies who will eat garbage after a few drinks because this experience was HORRIBLE. Never again. 10/10 do not recommend.

Great place to catch the game. I wish they would expand the beer selection a bit to some more than typical domestics. Maybe some ipas from a local brewery. Bubbas always has a great atmosphere. We dine here and also at the Colorado Springs locations often. On this visit, we ordered the 33 Delux Supreme Pizza, which is always delicious. I had the Bloody Mary and Chris, a Dos Equis. The issue I have was that this was the SECOND time in LESS THAN ONE WEEK that we have been to the Amarillo location, and the booth seats were FILTHY!!!!! The seats have NOT been wiped down and cleaned prior to seating guests. The booths have still been littered with crumbs and greasy hand prints from the previous patrons. So again, we had to find someone to wipe down the seats which leaves them wet so I am forced to use the dinner napkin wrapped around the silverware to dry the seats so we can actually sit down. Then, I later have to request a new dinner napkin. Might I add that I am suffering back and spinal injuries, so the normal act of walking or standing for any period of time is excruciatingly painful. Its frustrating, yet I still try to push myself to get out to spend time with my loved ones however, the additional standing there next to the booth waiting because someone didnt do their job in the first place inflicts more unnecessary pain.... And yes, I did bring this issue to one of the shift managers attention. Please DO BETTER Bubbas 33.... as we are regular customers and do spend an EXCESSIVE amount of money at your establishments.

Have been a few times and every time the food is amazing and so is the service, never left disappointed. I love the specials for burgers on Monday and pizzas on Tuesday also the drink specials the frozen marg they have is awesome ! Good music anda great place to watch some sports like hockey, baseball, and football... and grab a beer. Food is always awesome love their burgers, nachos, and Philly Cheese Steak. If u get a burger got to get the fried jalapeño cream cheese hockey puck in it and some fire fries ok the side !!!

I had a pick up order website was easy to use and different things to pick from. Food came out quick and hot. There was no waiting for a pick up spot since there was roughly 5. Very nice place! The staff gets you seated, served, and checked on very quickly. We both had burgers which were better than they sounded. There are some original burger styles so well be back to try those or some of the pizzas. They brought me a refill tea before I had to ask. The background music was on the threshold of being too loud but was okay. Any louder wouldve been a problem. We are retired to Amarillo and enjoy trying all the restaurants. Will return to this one.

I have eaten here several times. I love the fish and chips, ribeye steak, and burgers . This time, I was there, I had the Monte cristo sandwich. I usually enjoy them. This time, I did not it was burnt, and the cheese left during the cooking process. One of the ends opened up during cooking and I guess was not noticed by staff. This is unusual, and I have always had an excellent experience with above average quality food. I understand no one is perfect and highly recommend, just not the Monte Cristo.

So Saturday night 6-15-24 we had our employee dinner at bubbas33. The food was great... but the service from our server Codie, was absolutly beyond great. She watched our table, while checking on her other tables, she never missed anything, on any of them, that I could view. The drink glasses were never allowed to be low, before she had a replacement there waiting on each one, always before it was even needed. She checked on us always with a big smile, graceful personality, and a definite interest in providing our table and her others with the upmost in customer care. I complimented her on her service, and she said she had only been doing this a short time. Well Codie keep doing what you did on Saturday and you will definitely be one of bubbas 33 greatest. First off, it was hard to even get to the door. Lots of dogs, a radio station, and even a boy scout...all soliciting people trying to eat. Secondly, the server didnt know how to enter the order correctly, so it came out wrong. Then the appetizer side salads didnt come out until after the entrée. I sent one salad back, and they did take it off the ticket. Oh, and the ticket was overcharged by $10, so good thing I checked. The manager eventually took it off after explaining the server was at fault. Theyre so busy they can afford to be bad and it really doesnt matter. Ill be spending my money somewhere else from now on, though.

Good food. Good drinks! My favorite burger is the Spicy Habanero burger with a fried egg! I have never been an egg on a burger kind of person, but this burger is absolutely amazing! It has a layer of cream cheese that makes it taste like a jalapeño popper. Also, the onion rings are an absolute must for an appetizer! I love the sauce that comes with the onion rings, but the rest of family loves them with ranch.

Burgers,?? Absolutely the best! This is my go-to place when I want a cheeseburger! Im going to have to try something different because their menu has so many good things on it. I have never had a bad experience here, the service is always a number one plus, and theres always a service manager that checks up on us. I have the app so when I know Im going there I put my family on the waiting list so when we get there weve got a table. And I would suggest that. Im severely allergic to wheat & Celiac, so my review will focus on my GF experience today. Upon arrival, I requested a gluten free menu & was told by the hostess that they dont have one. Then the lady who seated us said that the server would be able to give me some recommendations. Our waitress said there were no options, so I asked for the manager (Keith). He was very nice & helpful. He told the waitress how to write it on the ticket & personally went to the back to be sure the cooks understood the need for safety. Basically the options are: salad w/o potato straws or a grilled protein (steak, chicken, or salmon) seasoned with only salt & pepper with broccoli & and side salad w/o the potato straws. My food was good & fresh. The house lemon-basil & balsamic vinaigrettes were both delicious!!! They alone were worth the trip, IMHO. Dietary restrictions: Read my review for gluten free info.

OK so I gave it another try because I was tired after running around and my husband wanted pizza and beer....we were close to Bubbas so I said ok. So, I wont nit pick everything just the main things. My drink was so weak. I rarely have alcohol. 1 drink and my husband usually has to drive. I felt like I had a sprite. Second the pizza. Ok on mine, the crust was good, but the rest was nothing special. It tasted like a take home and bake from the grocery store. My husbands they brought out was so burnt they did immediately tell him look were sorry its burnt anothers being made for you, but its been so long we thought you might be hungry so brought it anyways. Which I guess was a plus they noticed. He just ate around the burnt part. His new pizza came out after I was done with mine. I can deal with so so food. But, when a drink seems they put no alcohol in it that they wanna charge me $8 for that bugs me. I am really sensitive to alcohol. So its obvious when ones been super low balled. Im done trying this place.

Service SUCKS! The lady manager with blonde dreads was a complete . Jerk!! (Not the word I want to use, but for internet purposes I ll use jerk Food was decent, had the manger not have been so rude it would have been a much better experience.
