I find that fast food restaurants are serving less quantity in food but charging either the same or more in price. The food is always decent but there werent many fries. I hope the quality and the amount of food served remains good with this franchise.

My family and I frequent Raising Canes often (it was a pregnancy craving last year lol) and each time weve ordered, food is fresh and hot even during super busy hours. Ive never had an issue, maybe occasionally, overly salted fries, but other then that, Id recommend this location.

The food is what really lowed the score here. I went here to eat dinner, and I bought the box combo! It wasn t filling it felt like a snack. It is overrated and they over salted my foods. The canes sauce that everyone dies about, tastes absolutely disgusting. The only thing they do know how to do well here is control the AC. That was the only nice part of my experience. The customer service was okay but the tables are crowded. There is no leg space and only about 4-5 people can fit on the benches. The table setup was absolutely terrible. The lights are too much. I m sorry I don t see the hype in this place ):

I should have went to Canes on 157 by my house because these people cannot follow SIMPLE instructions. Asked for Extra Crispy tenders and didnt get them, went inside (wasnt dressed properly) to make them aware, took it and returned it back with Extra Crispy Tenders and Fries. OMG. I didnt ask for the fries to be done this way and if you were unsure, come ask, Im standing right there. Had to eat hard fries, and why keep going back inside, obviously they have ZERO comprehension skills. NEVER AGAIN

I love going to canes don t get me wrong, I would walk there during my breaks from work. Saturday night I walked over to refill my cup that I bought earlier that day. As I walked over to the fountain drinks they stopped me and told me I had to pay 2.47 to refill it! Absolutely outrageous!

You can never go wrong with a Canes,unless you come across one that the employees dont take pride in their job. But I love canes ,I think thats why Ive seen so many chicken expresss closing. Stopped by Raising Canes the other day, and it was a great choice. The food? Spot on. Their chicken fingers are just the right kind of crispy, and that Canes sauce is something else.... Bad news first: we ordered sweet tea and forgot to put in the sugar. The tea without the sugar tasted like bland butt juice. Otherwise, Raising Canes in Arlington, TX beats the location in San Bernardino by miles! Cool and funny workers working thanksgiving/Black Friday too. Super friendly greeting at the drive through. Menu is simple and easy to follow. Person taking order was patient and verified what was ordered. Asked if there was anything else needed. Total purchase price was clearly stated. Prices are higher now because they are higher everywhere, but the value for what you get is still very good. One of our favorite places. Paid quickly, no confusion on what I owed. Food was delivered quickly, hot and moist chicken strips. Still a good value.

This location started off good when it opened. The chicken hasn t been fully cooked. It s chewy and slimy. Don t bother asking for extra crispy cuz you wont get it. Also noticed they are giving weird chicken strips. More fat on them and more tendons. Like canes is buying cheap pieces of chicken now. They use to be all white chicken breast strips. For the price it s not worth it. I rather just go eat at chick fil-A chicken. This location just sucks.

Music so loud, hard to enjoy meal. Requested that it be tuned lower. Told no problem, after 5 minutes had not been lowered on the head-banging music. Asked again and was told we re a little backed up now. I quess two in the drive-thru and three inside dining on their order and one outside dining on their order is backed up! Usually wife and I eat here once a week. Spending $17 to &22.00, Usually the staff is very helpful.

Theyve got a really limited menu, so youd think the orders would be pretty accurate. They managed to forget a sauce, and give the wrong drink, even when questioned about it at drive through. Coleslaw smelled almost rotten, gave off a dirty diaper smell. Drinks were mixed up and the drink I did receive, which was the wrong size, was flat as if the syrup bag hasn t been changed in a while. Chicken was mediocre at best, dry as a bone. Pretty disappointing considering I spent $50 on a fast food order, could have sat down and had a much better meal and experience somewhere else.

I ate their food today, and I got food poisoning. I know for a fact it was from Cane s because it was the ONLY thing I ate today. I had a weird feeling when I started to consume the food and it didn t taste right, but I let it go because I thought I was going crazy. About an hour later, I got sick really badly and can t eat anything without getting sick.

I tried Raising Canes at someones suggestion. The chicken doesnt taste as good as it smells. The fries taste better - they look plain, but are secretly seasoned. The canes sauce doesnt stand out as far as seasoned mayonnaise goes. For the life of me, I dont understand how a 3 CHICKEN TENDER STRIPS meal (+fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, drink) costs almost $10. Thats overpriced. A 3 piece chicken meal at Popeyes costs less than that.

The food was good but what happened? The fries aren t the thick ones anymore and the tenders are much smaller than they used to be. Besides the food though, my box had oil melts all inside of it everywhere. There weren t any paper between the food and the box so I m sure I got some styrofoam box melted onto my food. It wasn t even just a few melted areas either. It was at every inch of the box and the oil burns were about an inch or two in size each. Employee was nice, food came quickly, and it gave me enough energy to get through my 3 matches that I had an hour later. They really need to add some kind of layer to prevent the box from melting from oil. I don t even know if the food should still be dripping with that much oil when they put it in a to go box.
