Went to be seen to be turned away, explained that I had two BCBC one ppo and other hmo , the hmo didn t need a referral since it s second but was told no from other female who said in a rude voice we don t accept it.. i understand that part not stupid I also work in medical other workers though was nice and even offered another location she gets a thank you as other female be better , corporate whoever sees this maybe you need to fix your network contract , yall are listed per my plan type anyway thanks again

The provider assigned to me during my Telehealth appointment did not listen to my concerns and ordered blood work despite my explicit request not to, which I was subsequently charged for. Additionally, I was misled into believing they were in-network. When I raised concerns about my bill, I was promised that a provider would contact me, but this never happened. Instead, I have been receiving harassing communication from someone who does not work at the office-

We ve been coming here for over 5yrs. for all of our minor medical needs. They are always very quick and efficient. Never had a wait more than 30mins except during Covid. Even then it was very reasonable. The Dr is always so friendly and she s funny. We don t go anywhere else.

I don t post reviews very often.. but I cannot even begin to express how impressed I am with this place! The entire staff was beyond friendly and you can always tell when people like their job. My initial encounter started with a phone call and the amazing receptionist that I spoke to on the phone helped me when I got there and remembered our conversation. Then I remember hearing her talk to another colleague and she said, I m not quite caught up with my paperwork yet, but is there anything that I can help you with or paperwork that you need scanned, too? I m happy to help you catch up. WOW! I work for a very busy dental practice, and at our office we pride ourselves on having this mindset. I never got her name, but I just want to commend her teamwork, customer service, and joyful mindset. The world needs people like you! Clinical staff was amazing, too. The medical assistant who worked with us was very compassionate, and took her time to educate and build a relationship with my daughter who was very nervous about getting a couple of vaccines. So thank you for not making her feel like just another patient and for your kindness. I will tell everyone about this place from now on, and if I could give you 6 stars I would!

This is by far the best urgent care situation my family has ever been too. There s hardly a wait time, the staff is extremely friendly. Chelsea one of the staff members goes above and beyond to make us feel like family every single time. We will never not go here for emergencies sicknesses with our four kids plus ourselves. The doctors are phenomenal and don t try to beat around the bush and help in the best way they can to always ensure we are taken care of! If we forget anything or have questions they are seriously the most pleasant staff to talk to and are always so sweet and positive! I definitely recommend them and since moving still drive 30-40 minutes to see them because I don t trust anyone else. Chandler McElyea

Epic fail. #CouldHaveKilledMyBrother. Last week my siblings and my mom went to this ER. My older brother and my younger brother had Covid. My older brother takes multiple meds and he told the doctors this. They prescribed him a med that interacts toxically with the ones he already takes. If our pharmacist had not caught this, my brother could have died. My mom called today to ask about this and very politely told them the situation. The dr deflected and claimed my brother said something that I know he didnt. I would not visit here, I would not take any of my family and I would not recommend anyone come here ever.

My son was seen here last week for Covid symptoms. He was not asked what medications he takes and they provided a medication for Covid that would have caused toxicity in him if he took it. Lucky our pharmacist was on the job and did not fill it. Please make sure that they ask what you take. Would not go here again. Called the place and they were not helpful

These people truly care! They want to see you feel better! Amazing bed side manner, beautifully decorated, smells lovely, but nothing tops the care and attention I got from each staff member there!!! I left work and came to this urgent care since it was the closest. I m glad I did because I had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I do not have insurance so I was self-pay and they were transparent about the pricing upfront, which I appreciated. There was a quick intake form and a short wait time. The doctor was extremely helpful and efficient and thorough. He explained everything and took his time answering my questions. I d recommend giving this urgent care a try and I plan to come here again if I need to in the future.

I used to bring all my family members to this urgent care for years. However, last week when I brought my daughter for a clinic visit on 4/7/2024 around 10-11 am, we waited longer than the nurse told me. Since we had another mandatory meeting, I went to the front desk and asked the lady if we could leave and come back later. I understand what she said but her attitude was rude. I felt like she doesn t care about my situation and frustration at all. I wanted to speak with her supervisor about it. When I asked for her name, she firmly and rudely replied, No! At that point, I became very upset. I believe I have the right to ask for her name as long as she is an employee there. I realized it was time to consider alternatives. Ive already found a nearby urgent care facility where my family and friends will receive our future care. Its unfortunate that one individuals behavior can impact the reputation of an entire establishment.

I have collections calling me from March of 2022 over a $40 bill???? I had went there and paid my balance as I did not have insurance & paid out of pocket whatever the charge was. Pretty convenient to send an extra bill after I leave? $40 is now in collections, and I refuse to pay. Thanks - Management feel free to reach out or please remove this $40 collections bill.

I was in the examination room for over two hours waiting on a doctor or nurse to come in. I walked out the room and went to reception to ask what was going on. That s finally when they decided to help. Would not recommend unless you have half a day to waste.

Yesterday my son has a bad allergy. We just moved to Dallas from California. The front desk lady doesnt accept my California insurance. Doctor Jurry heard our conversation. He said: We can try! I will give him a shot. He will feel better. looks like poisoned by plant . In that moment Dr. Jurry didnt worry about my insurance company can pay bill or not. But care about my sons safety.Wish all doctors can like him. I appreciate for it so much. After got the shot my sons full body skin turned to normal from rash.

In 2021, I visited for Covid 19. They examined me and I paid for $129 before leasingi there. After 4 days, visited again because I was still bad. They didnt do anything to me an the second day. The doktor just role me to go to the hospital. They didnt charge me anything at that time. After 4 montaj, they sent me a bill $129. They really dont deserve this payment. It is unfair. I request them to clear this payment

Terrible experience. The receptionist lied or has no knowledge about her job. Told my mom a certain shot is available. Rushed her there all the way from Richardson. She has covid. She threw up and felt worse from the drive just for the dr ( the owner) to tell her there is no such shot n she didnt need to come. Just take Tylenol. The receptionist did not apologize. Denied what she said. My sister has gone there and got the shot and the dr says its impossible. They just want money.

Dr Lee & his staff is phenomenal! I got the opportunity to meet Dr. Lee and receive the antibody infusion because of the high risk I am and was also COVID positive. Within almost 24 hours my smell returned, my taste returned, I am out of tachycardia, my blood pressure should be baseline & malaise is GONE! I thank Dr Lee and his team so much as a person living here by myself it s hard to be sick and live alone! Thank you so much for giving me my health back.

Hands down the best urgent care in Allen, if you dont believe it, then try a visit to other urgent care clinics in the area to realizehow great FastDoc. The staff at this clinic was able to see me 10 min before they closed on Sat night and they were as professional as it was 8 am Mon morning. I also prefer to take my kids here now vs. their PCP since we almost never have a same day sick appt there so I only consider FastDoc as first choice.

My son had a mild injury while rollerskating. We went to FastDoc to check his injury and had a great experience. Staff greeted us promptly and were very friendly. We only had to wait a sort time before they had us in a room and with a physician. The doctor checked him thoroughly, and took X-rays. All along the process they explained what they were doing and showed kindness and sympathy to my child, to put him at ease. STAY AWAY! The most unprofessional, poorly staffed urgent care or any medical facilities. No wonder they dont have any patients comparing to other urgent cares in Allen. No medical doctor onsite twice we went to this location. It is run by a bunch of confused teenagers who lack the required experience or knowledge. They were very helpful in referring me for additional screenings as well. Just thought I would add that I came in after being very flustered from being turned away at a nearby urologist that I had an appointment with and the team at FastDoc really turned my day around! I wish I would have gotten the doctors name, but he was so amazing!!! We thought my son had an ear infection because of him being dizzy and hearing ringing in his ear. It turned out to be an upper respiratory infection, how scary! He also noticed my daughter had a stye in her eye and immediately helped her out as well. I will always come back to this urgent care!!! I am extremely grateful to have found this incredible urgent care, so I have to share this review for those who need peace of mind when choosing where to go. My experience with my child at this practice was so on point the staff is excellent, it s clean, and we were seen immediately (I m sure the timing is based on the crowd and time of day that you go in), but it was just definitely a five star experience all the way around. They believe that if you take care of the community, the community will take care of you. I felt that, there was a great deal of care and consideration that went into our visit with the way P.A. Jury handled my son s medical needs. I am one of those people that do a lot of research, I m very thorough and thoughtful and ask a lot of questions this was my type of place, and I plan on taking my boys here any time that they are sick or get hurt from now on.

What can I say about FastDoc Urgent Care that others haven t mentioned. Long story short, we were out for dinner and while waiting for my order, FastDoc came to the rescue. I was out of my meds and my primary would not order a refill until I had my yearly and that would be a month or so out. However, again to my rescuer FastDoc was able to get me in right away and the doc was fantastic. I was basically in and out and was able to enjoy a great Ramen soup dinner next door. If you need hep with meds or pain or anything, give these guys a go, they are there to help you. Can t thank them enough for their kindness, guidance and fast results of getting me in and out in time for dinner.

24 hours after my sons sick visit appointment and we are still waiting for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy! Weve called twice and were told they werent sure why it wasnt sent and a provider would call us back. NO calls back. Will probably have to make another trip to another doctor to get a script. What a waste of $$ and time! Ive been here numerous times with no issues, but this headache has definitely caused for a review!

My mother-in-law had a pretty ugly puncture wound last night. We made the quick trip over to FastDoc. We were greeted with smiles and promptly moved to an exam room. PA Jury was amazing. His bedside manner was wonderful. He cleaned, and sutured her ankle with the utmost care and sent us out the door. We were in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend FastDoc over a trip to the ER. We will use them again in the future if needed.

Oh wow! Great experience! So clean. Smelled amazing (important ) In and out super fast. Awesome customer service. The doctors were so nice and great with our 5 year old daughter. Went in for a last minute covid test, and only asked for a covid test, which is fully covered by insurance. They had a small charge for services, which I didnt expect, but it made sense. I guess they decided to test me for everything else as well, slapping me with an unexpectedly large bill, a few months later. Honestly, the only reason Im not rating at one star, is because they were very nice and efficient, especially given the high volume on the day I got my test. I am giving 2 stars, because this is honesty outrageous. They did not tell me that they were running over 10 other tests, nor did they tell me that a large bill was on the way. Fortunately, my insurance covered most of it, but even then, the bill was almost $300! I feel like thats definitely something you should yell your patients, and especially give the option to decline the extra tests.

Despite the situation, my three year old daughter had a positive experience at Fast Doc Urgent Care. She had vomiting and diarrhea for a few days, got behind on fluids. It s never easy placing an IV in a toddler, but the staff was excellent in consoling her, distracting her, allowing her to get the treatment she needed. Would like to specifically mentioned Gail and Natalie, they are very devoted to their patients. While we hopefully won t need to visit again, I would not hesitate to refer others to Fast Doc Urgent Care.

The staff does a great job at making sure the process is understood. We had to go in unexpectedly for a test and thankfully, Fast Doc makes sure to assist all Allen ISD staff and students same day. There was a bit of a wait as we were walk-ins, however, you were able to see that patients were being called and seen. There was never a point where we wondered what was taking so long. The staff set realistic expectations for the wait and will even call you if you choose to wait in your car. My daughter was seen by PA Jurry and he was able to send us off without any questions left unanswered. Fast Doc is definitely taking care of Allen.

Came in to get booster shot, the directions I got on the phone where different from in person. After 3.5 hour wait I finally got my shot. I did get contacted by office with apology for miscommunication on wait as there shouldnt have been that long of wait time. Hoping to see improvements in the future, but overall happy they were able to get me booster shot without having to wait for 2 weeks for appointment. Staff is patient enough but would really help the patients if staff can provide an estimate of the wait time. People have been waiting for hours and hours with no food thinking it would be their turn next. When asked about the wait time, they tell how many people are ahead of you and even if it is like 3 people ahead of you it could take up to 1 hour. It would better if they can provide an estimate of the wait so that patients can go home and come back. I have been waiting in the waiting room for 4 hours so far and it is not my turn yet. Being sick and with no food makes me pass out. I am not sure how they are sending the patients in. This facility should be renamed as SLOW doc and not FAST doc.

Update: Asked the receptionist why it was taking so long considering a patient who came after was taken back before me. It was an obvious we forgot about you situation. The MA spoke as though she was 15. Example: My throat is sore. MA: I hear that. Good response if you are 15. Its was extremely unprofessional. I am writing this review more with the intent of giving feedback to FastDoc, not to throw them under the bus. In the past I have been to the clinic for Covid tests and everything went well, and I was seen promptly and had good discussions with the healthcare provider. I took my daughter in last week and I dont feel she was evaluated thoroughly. She had been having a lot of congestion for a few weeks, and both her throat and ears hurt. While she was swabbed for lots of things to send off to the lab, she was never actually examined by the female medical professional we saw. She never looked in her throat, listened to her chest, or looked in her ears. (I dont know if she was a doctor or a P.A. or nurse or nurse practitioner.) We felt rushed and were told theyve been seeing a lot of this and she simply prescribed a Zpack. As a side note, the medical professional was wearing her mask around her chin the bulk of the time. I would expect more in a medical office. I hope these things can be addressed as I have had good experiences there in the past.

- Negative 5! Unfortunately I can not give a good review for this establishment, quite the opposite if its medical competency that you are looking for. My partner came in for the J&J (specifically) vaccine. We called to confirm availability and confirmed again at reception. My partner, then again, just before receiving the injection confirmed that it was the J&J he was receiving. The attendant confirmed that she was indeed administering the J&J vaccine. As we were leaving the establishment my partner glanced down at his vaccine card and noticed that the product sticker said Pfizer, not J&J. He returned to the establishment to complain and was quickly escorted into the back of the facility. The manager confronted the female who gave the injection (manager would not give her name) and she claims that she read the vial incorrectly. So now my partner comes out with a new product sticker saying that he received Moderna! So which is it, J&J, Pfizer or Moderna? Good luck if you choose to go to this health care provider!

Took daughter in to check out her throat and they decided to check her blood pressure. They didnt know what they were doing and put the wrong cuff on, or put it on too tight and daughter was screaming. Afterwards, my daughter had red marks/lines on her arm for over a day in a couple of spots from the blood pressure cuff/sleeve being too tight. They do not know how to take care of toddlers. Day 1... Dr Lee was amazing yesterday. How often do you get to see the head FastDoc on a Sunday!?! He actually took the time to listen to me and even came in early when the nurse was asking questions so he didn t get the information secondhand. Then he came back after the test results instead sending in the nurse. But that would ve been ok because Maritza the nurse was spectacular!! I left feeling better than I did even though I was still sick Day 2... Still not on mend as fast as I hoped. Called up front desk where EVERY OTHER office would say to come in or no one can take your call. Not FastDoc! We had a great experience today. A few kids on my sons basketball team recently tested positive for COVID. My son has had some minor sniffling and I decided to get him tested. The PA noticed my sons lymph nodes were swollen and his throat was irritated. The COVID test was negative but it turns out he has strep. I am glad they were concerned about his overall well being and took the extra steps to check him over. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes AND they called his prescription in to our pharmacy. We found this urgent care center right off the freeway. When I think of urgent care centers I assume long waits and minimal care. FastDoc provided care beyond my expectations. The staff took exceptional care of my family. We had little to no wait time and aside from receiving our Covid results quickly, they were caring and thorough with each of our symptom concerns. We didnt feel rushed and to be honest, I felt they provided better care than my own family doctor.

My little one got sick and was running a fever and feeling miserable and with covid I was nervous to take him out to the dr. We called FastDoc and were able to get a tele visit and then an hour later the nicest PA Michael was on our doorstep to do an assessment and a covid test. Not having to take my little one out was HUGE! They were fast, efficient, friendly and calmed my nerves. Michael did great with my 6yo and had him laughing even though he felt miserable.
