I wanted to share my positive experience working with Wendi Splawn from the TLC Real Estate Team. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, making the process of selling our existing home and buying a new one stress-free. Wendis negotiation skills were impressive, and she was able to get us builder incentives that exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the quick sale of our existing home as well and would highly recommend Wendi to anyone in need of a fantastic realtor. Her guidance made the entire experience a pleasure.

Wendi is the best! We are moving to the Dallas area from out of state. We were not familiar at all with the area. She listened to our needs and made great recommendations around communities and neighborhoods, she drove me all over, told me about pros and cons of different areas, listened to what we wanted and found us a number of great places to tour. While we toured the properties Wendi was happy to use face time to give my wife a virtual tour at the same time. She was with us every step of the way and made all of the complicated steps seem easy. We found an amazing house and she helped us get it under asking. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! Thank you Wendi!

We have been in the US for more than a decade and have bought & sold few properties in Iowa & now in Dallas TX. We have dealt with various real estate agents/realtors in different states. In 2019 we decided to move to Texas from Iowa and started looking for various properties, trying to contact listing agents/realtors. That s when we met Wendi and few others in the due process. Wendi stood way apart from the other realtors because there were significant distinguishing qualities she had over other agents we met. I can write an essay about the extraordinary qualities she has but to keep it short let me say this- she was the best among the all those we met. Her acumen, Her approach, Her Never Give-up attitude was very apparent in the very first meeting. We ended up putting an offer which got accepted but due to issues in inspection the deal fell through. From then onwards, Wendi was not only our REALTOR for LIFE but an part of our family. She exactly identified our needs, choices & taste. The market changed drastically in 2020 onwards but Windi did not. That talks volume about her character, how dedicated she is and how much she gets involved to find people their desired HOME. For 3 years there on, we identified various houses, put few offers but nothing worked out. The only light at the end of the tunnel we had with us was Wendi. She went to countless houses for us to take pictures & videos to make sure that before we travel from Iowa to see the house, we have a clear image in our mind. In this process every realtor in the US was extremely busy and so was Wendi, but we never found it difficult to reach her or get any information we wanted regarding any house we identified. Houses were sold in days & hours from the date of listing but she tried to make sure that we look at most possible houses those met our criteria. At last in June 2023 we ended our expedition of HOME SEARCH and finally got an home under contract. Once that was done Wendi walked us through, as she did in the past as well, to get the inspection done, get everything in order and finally we bought our HOME. I can say one thing for sure that- Wendi made it possible. If anyone is looking for a realtor, take my advice, look no further. She is the best. You will not only have a best realtor but a friend for life. Wendi-Thank you so much. God bless you!

Wendi was great to work with from the start. We met her at an open house she was hosting and she helped us identify other neighborhoods that might be a fit for our family. She was very efficient at sending us homes that fit our needs and even got us into see homes that werent on the market yet - the last one of which we bought. She is a true professional, with no games and no pressure. We highly recommend her!

I am so thankful that we entrusted Wendi Splawn to help us sell our first home as well as buy a new one. The process of buying and selling a new home can be stressful with two kids but she did everything she could to make this stress free for me and my family. For that we are so grateful. We had an offer in 16 days during the holiday season which is fantastic as it is normally a slower time. She is knowledgable, friendly, and a go-getter. In Wendi Splawn you get more than an exceptional real estate agent; you get equal parts friend, advisor, and deal-maker. We raised our kids in the home we entrusted to Wendi. She not only sold it for above asking price, on opening weekend, but also did it while providing much-needed comfort to my wife and me. And she accomplished this in mid-August, after the real estate market had entered its current downtrend. She is remarkable both as an agent and a person.

I m not sure how we found Wendi or how she found us, but we couldn t have found a better agent. We were buying a second home from long distance and Wendi was our feet on the street. She worked tirelessly to give us all the options in our targeted area and other areas that she thought we might be interested in. She located the home we wanted in the community we desired. Even after we closed, Wendi exceeded our expectations by offering to do things for us that we couldn t. Wendi is the hardest working agent that I have ever known. Wendi Splawn and the Grisak Team are incredible. I contacted Wendi when I was considering listing my home. I was expecting a delayed process as we were entering a slow time of year for real estate. Wendi and her amazing team quickly gathered the information they needed to guide me through the listing process. The photographer did a fabulous job precisely capturing the uniqueness of my property. The very first walk through (by the buyers realtor, not even the buyers) yielded an above list price offer. The second walk through yielded a full price backup offer with no inspection contingency. I closed within 30 days with no surprises and no issues. The process was seamless and would only have occurred through the Grisak Team and Wendi Splawn! Thank you for everything!!!
